My overall experience with WorkforceHub has been positive. The platform helped simplify employee scheduling, time tracking, and workforce management by keeping everything organized in one system. It made day-to-day operations more efficient and reduced a lot of the manual work involved in managing schedules and employee hours.
Pros: One of the things I liked most about WorkforceHub was how much it simplified day-to-day workforce management in one place. The platform made scheduling, time tracking, and employee management much easier to handle without needing multiple systems. I especially appreciated the user-friendly interface for both managers and employees, which helped reduce the learning curve compared to other workforce management tools.
Cons: There were occasional bugs or slow loading issues at times, and some advanced features took a bit of time to fully learn. However, overall, the convenience, organization, and efficiency the software provided outweighed the minor issues.

Overall it's a great tool that can help payroll department to provide better service with tracking employees hours.
Pros: I love the fact that I can easily integrate with payroll software and track employee hours plus it's mobile friendly.
Cons: Implementation process takes too long which it creates clients disappointment and often changing their mind to not move forward.

Overall experience has been god using this system. I would enjoy it more if it had a more modern look. Providing a face lift to the pages and easier navigation while using. It tends to be a learning curve when working with our new employees.
Pros: What I like about WorkforceHub is that our managers are able to prepopulate workers schedules and change them as needed. We are also able to view time off and where coverage is needed in one location. For our employee they are able to adjust hours, make time off request, and view PTO balances for more effective request.
Cons: I am not in favor of the system not displaying what hours will be allotted during the next cycle. For our organization, pto accruals occur every pay cycle. It would be nice to either see what the new balance will be with added time or what the balance will look like if time was taken.

Pros: I appreciate how WorkforceHub centralizes scheduling, time tracking, and employee management, saving a lot of admin time.
Cons: The system can lag when multiple users log in, and the design feels a bit outdated compared to modern platforms. That also makes the learning curve a little bit higher.

Easy to use. Would recommend! Having the phone app is also helpful. I am able to log in and approve everyone’s hours from home!
Pros: WorkforceHub is easy to use and easy to navigate. Our staff has no complaints. The mobile app makes it very easy for me to do payroll at home
Cons: The website is not the easiest to find if it’s not bookmarked on our browser. Hard to find via google but otherwise we have no complaints.

Service team is quick to respond. It works for our unique situation but honestly is not as user friendly/sleek as BambooHR.
Pros: Allows for different pay rates for types of hours worked. Easy to use App for clock in/out and time off requests.
Cons: Clunky. Hard to make changes, feels dated and does not have an easy to use system for employee file management.

I worked mostly in a very old version of Swipeclock. I did not like it at all, and everything was super manual. I received great trainings and implementation calls with [sensitive content hidden] and Swipeclock and really enjoyed the updated platform. The looks and ease of the tools and platform were great. In the future, if we ever decide to implement a time tracking app again, especially if Workforce Hub could integrate with Rippling, we will definitely consider Workforce Hub again.
Pros: The cosmetic and innovative upgrade from previous version to this one. Unfortunately, my company did not spend much time in the newest version of WorkForce but we spent a great amount in the old one and just from the training and implementation calls, as well as the short time we had the new version, it really was much easier, cleaner, and easier to use.
Cons: Unfortunately we were unable to sync Workforce Hubw with our HR platform, Rippling. We also have a unique company where our employees are salaried so the everyday use of a time tracking app would create an inconvenience rather than benefit our time.

very easy onboarding process, customer service was very informative and addressed all question at start up.
Pros: both website and mobile app are very user friendly, easy to use and navigate. Employees appreciate the ease to clock in & out and request time off.
Cons: we have absolutely no complaints at all, customer service is great and has addressed and corrected all concerns.

Overall, the interface, the effectiveness of all the features, the customer support, and overall configuration has been great. No roadblocks!
Pros: We enjoy the enhanced dashboard for managing Time, especially the Time Off Requests! Also, being able to lock the Swipe Clock usage to within our business network is vital. It works great!
Cons: We are hoping to get better reporting out of the system. As a company we are getting better and getting the needed data, but it takes some effort.

In general, I've heard fewer issues so it would seem that things are going much better that I'm aware.
Pros: The fact that this is saved in the cloud and therefore a little less stress on myself to have a local backup of the system.
Cons: Compared to our prior timeclocks with Icon Time, not as flexible when a fingerprint doesn't go through, as the old system we had, you could bypass the fingerprint and at least have a picture taken to verify identify. This does not.

WorkforceHub is relatively user friendly for admin as well as the employee side. Customer service support has been excellent.
Pros: WorkforceHub is easy for my employees to login and logout and capture information needed for reports/payroll
Cons: As an administrator, I wish I could send invites, etc. from my app. Maybe I can and just don't know it. :)

Cons: Some of the new views after the 2024 upgrade are not the best. And would be nice if we could print group timecards as before instead of emailing WorkforceHub for the timecards.

So far it has been excellent to use and has great support. A quick phone call and I get the answers I need
Pros: The simplicity of the product, I have been able to figure out all the functions without a training.
Cons: The ability to add new people, sometimes finding all of the fields is difficult. I wish there was a quick add screen.
