using it for work. I think it's a lot better than Slack which I found difficult to navigate. I like that we can add our own pictures and send DM's to to co-workers.
Pros: Its easy to use. I am able to stay in touch even when I'm not at work. I like that I can customize the side bar to my liking.
Cons: I wish i could customize it more. I do like that you can change colors, etc. however, I am not a huge fan of the side bar. It just looks cluttered to me for some reason.

I have highly recommended it to my friends, colleagues, and vendors. I find it to be a very secure method of communication.
Pros: I love that it provides an instant form of communication with my clients. They feel immediately supported and I am able to handle things in real time.
Cons: Sometimes the sound does not alert me to an incoming message. This means that I get behind in my messages from time to time. On the other hand, I also have to handle some things when I'm in the middle of other things.

very convenient and very easy to ise. Its very accommodating as well. Newly updated for easy use and convenient
Pros: It is very easy communication with all of your coworkers in the building without having to use your personal cell phones. Also you are able to get work related messages across the building from one department to the other department without hassle.
Cons: nothing. I think this system is very easy and convenient for anyone who is working in any industry really. Because it csn be useful in any industry.

Overall, it's almost on par with the other chat tools out there. It's easy to use and easy to share files.
Pros: Easy to use. I can paste GIFs and pictures quickly while chatting with my team and sharing insights.
Cons: There were a lot of moments where I had good internet coverage but when I had a video call with my manager, either we got cut off or we couldn't see each other.

Overall I am happy with the product. It is an affordable communications platform for my organization.
Pros: The software ports data from slack very easily. The ui is similar to slack as well, supporting the transition. The notification sound sounds nice.
Cons: I would appreciate a 'catch up' or ICYMI function that Slack and Discord has, respectively. Side menu could be less cluttered.

Great system.
Pros: Easy of use, search feature, video calling. Pumble went down one day and customer support was a ble fix the issues within 10 to 15 mins.
Cons: Can not search words from a person. Can not send more than 10 pictures at a time. Having to get a code every time using different device.

Pros: I liked the fact that you can use both direct and group messaging, voice and video calls, screen sharing, all in one platform. I like it's integrated with Clockify. I think threaded conversations are great to keep information organised.
Cons: Maybe the threaded conversations can be a bit complicated at first. But that's not on Pumble, you just have to learn to use them in the correct way to organise information efficiently.

I think it really helps to better connect teams- in and out of the office! That is a must as more companies are transitioning to WFH scenarios.
Pros: It is super similar to other platforms that I've used in the past and that makes me feel like it's easier to get in contact with my team members!
Cons: There truthfully isn't anything that I like about it so far, other than the fact that, it can be a little overwhelming with all the options on the left. But, I like that you can hide some of them if you choose.

Pumble is a great place to interact with remote teams. I can create separate boards to discuss various topics and even send private messages to other members.
Pros: Pumble is easy to use. Best for remote teams to connect and share files. I use both their desktop and mobile apps.
Cons: Not getting desktop or mobile notifications sometimes. I have to open the app to ensure that I am.not missing any message.

I use the app every day, and it’s incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate how well the web-based version works for quick access on any device.
Pros: Same as slack and UI colors a better than that. Channel creatation UI is easier than slack and userfriendly.
Cons: The UI Color and the Thread column in right side. The web app is works perfect as desktop apps. Better PRICE.

My overall experience with Pumble has been great—I really love it. The platform is very user-friendly, and I didn’t have a hard time navigating through its features
Pros: I really love using Pumble. It’s very easy to use, packed with helpful features, and I didn’t have a hard time navigating it at all
Cons: I honestly did not find anything to dislike about Pumble. Everything worked smoothly and met my expectations.

Pumble does the core job very well: quick team chat without bloat. Our onboarding was smooth, and day-to-day messaging is snappy. It’s perfect for small to mid-size teams that mostly need channels, DMs, and simple file sharing. If your workflow depends on deep integrations, advanced compliance, or heavy video meetings, you may feel its limits but for focused, reliable collaboration, it’s a win.
Pros: Customer Support: Quick, friendly replies; clear help docs. Learning Curve: Super easy—new hires onboard in minutes. Security: Solid basics (roles, 2FA, permissions) for SMB needs. Bugs & Issues: Rare; fixes roll out fast when they pop up. File Sharing: Drag-and-drop is smooth; previews fine for common formats. Remote Work: Stable across mixed networks; presence/status helps coordination. Meetings: Built-in calls are perfect for quick huddles and ad-hoc syncs
Cons: Fewer native integrations than bigger competitors Video/voice meetings feel basic compared to Zoom/Teams File previews can be slow with large files Admin controls are good but not very granular Occasional sync hiccups on mobile when switching networks

This platform allows us to stay connected anywhere we are we have some employees who work remotely in different countries, and they are able to stay up to date with us.
Pros: The ability to make video/audio calls. The ability to have multiple group chats. The team overall likes us interface. Easy to navigate. Customer support has always been s eager to help with any problems. When we had the issue getting the log in codes support was on it and fixed our problem asap.
Cons: One of the issues we have with this platform in drivers are not able to share more than 10 photos at a time. Sometimes they need to send 100+ at a time. It would be huge help if they could share more than 10 at a time.

Pros: I can easily communicate with my friends. Video calls are also a helpful tool for communicating with them. The app is overall easy and extremely useful.
Cons: There aren't any. I love everything about the app so I really don't have anything bad to say about it.

So far for my first few days with Pumble, it's satisfactory. I do wish it to be more like Discord (possibly even the members tab to be on the right). Nothing really stands out to make it unique, but it feels functional.
Pros: It's similar to Discord and Slack, and it doesn't appear to have the 90-day message history expiry date. It's pretty easy to learn because it's similar, and it holds similar login methods to the previously mentioned apps.
Cons: I don't appreciate getting emails about new users joining, as well as how there was no underline to turn them off in the messages from Pumble (it felt as if it was not clickable). I also don't appreciate the many tabs above the channels; I feel as if it clutters the UI. There doesn't appear to be any voice call channels (at least in my server).

Pumble delivers a clean, simple interface that our team picked up fast. Setup took minutes, channels and DMs feel intuitive, and search makes it easy to find past messages and files. Notifications are consistent without being noisy, which keeps everyone in sync. It has helped us consolidate communication and cut back on email. Pricing feels fair, and the free trial made evaluation low risk. We still hope for more advanced workflows and an option to add storage, but for day to day team chat it has been a reliable hub.
Pros: Easy to use and affordable. It helped us streamline team communications and keep everything in one place, so we spend less time chasing messages. The free trial made it simple to evaluate the tool and confirm it was the right fit for us.
Cons: The free trial includes only 10 GB of total storage, which can run out fast. I hope there’s an option to add extra storage without upgrading the entire plan. Workflow automation still feels limited compared with other tools, so more built-in steps and integrations would help.

I have used Pumble for three months now, to organise different projects within a small research group. That helped a lot!
Pros: Pumble is a complete software suite, that has nothing less than other similar tools, although it's free for many functions.
Cons: I did not find any significant glitches at the moment, and ths for me is a very good experience so far.

6/10 - No native integration with jira - Notificaiton is usually not working properly, specially when login to PC and mobile simutaneously.
Pros: Communication for the team, storage the importance note or document so that the team can searching them easilyh in the feature
Cons: the notification feature is usually msssing across the devices, and team for e.g: - Usually, when a thread created or message is sents, the notification is usually not sent to the participant at least in mobile device. - Try to setting on web, app but it effective. most of time notificaiton feature not work

Overall pretty good experience with some minor hiccups. Most problems were able to be solved with workarounds but alternatively, there should be some minor tweaks to the platform to solve them.
Pros: The searching ability of the platform is fantastic and by far the best feature. The ability to schedule/remind about messages, custom notification settings, making user groups, threading, and other customization options are all welcomed. Support has been very prompt with responses and helpful forwarding issues/ feature requests.
Cons: The mobile app is pretty terrible in comparison to the web platform. Calls are my biggest complaint as they just haven't worked properly even once despite multiple tickets to support. I always have to call twice or receive a call twice before it will actually connect. Otherwise, it will show the other party as muted for whoever is making the call and connecting for whoever is receiving it. As far as the other dislikes: not being able to specifically mute a user in chats, lack of custom sorting options for chats beyond just recent/alphabetical, not being able to sort differently from the web/phone version, not having single sign on as default instead of having codes sent to emails and putting it behind a higher price tier.

So far it has been a learning process. I want to say that it is user-friendly, however I need a bit more time to explore the medium.
Pros: I enjoy the communication feature. Being able to communicate with the team as a whole as well as individually is helpful.
Cons: The busy-ness of the interface. There is a lot going on within the page-- makes focusing and finding the location of features a little difficult.
Alexander P. · Director · Education Management · September 1, 2025
Overall, a positive experience. Reliable chat, strong security, and responsive customer support. Minor issues don’t outweigh the benefits.
Pros: Very easy to use with almost no learning curve. Chat is fast, organized by channels, and secure. Great for team collaboration
Cons: Occasional bugs and delayed notifications. Limited integrations and not many advanced employee management options.
Alexandru-George C. · Customer Support · E-Learning · September 1, 2025
Overall, Pumble is a great communication tool for teams. It is easy to use, reliable, and cost-effective. It still needs improvements in stability and integrations, but for daily use it works very well.
Pros: I really liked that Pumble has a very generous free plan with unlimited users and chat history, plus an intuitive interface that is simple to learn and fast support that makes everything easier for teams.
Cons: What I liked least about Pumble is the lack of many native integrations and the fact that sometimes the app crashes or becomes slow during video calls or when loading large files, which can affect productivity.
João Victor G. · Creative Designer · Online Media · September 1, 2025
Overall it easily matches, if not bests, its competitors like Slack or Basecamp or others, especially without the heavy subscription fee.
Pros: Quick communication with my collaborator, an intuitive interface, ability to chat live while creating, ease of rolling in new coworkers and collaborators. And the price! I also appreciate the suite of other apps they offer, which I discovered thru Pumble.
Cons: Pumble works great in and of itself, but on my M4 Mac, for some reason it's extremely laggy. It takes a long time to start up, and every action goes slowly. I hope they will send an upgrade to fix this.

This is an excellent app to communicate with the team . Not complicated to use, I get notified on time.
Pros: It's easy to use and never had any issues with it ever since ive used it. It's not so complicated to add, mention or remove users from the group. I think it's secure (hopefully) :) but it's a fantastic experience
Cons: none so far as everything has been smooth and responsive. I would just like to suggest if you can make it easier to see the direct threads so it would be hard to look for a message I have accidentally closed.
