My experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP has been positive. It simplifies endpoint management with automation, reliable remote access, and centralized control, though initial setup can be slightly complex.
Pros: 1. Cost‑effective compared to many MSP tools that require multiple add‑ons for similar capabilities. 2. Centralized web console with logical grouping of features (patching, configurations, tools). 3. Requires some upfront time to understand policies, configurations, and automation logic. 4. No dependency on third‑party remote tools. 5. Consolidates patching, software deployment, asset management, remote control, device tracking, and security controls in a single console—reducing tool sprawl for MSPs. 6. Reliable OS and third‑party application patching with automation, detailed compliance reporting, and flexible approval policies across multiple customer tenants. 7. Good Automation and Scripting: Supports custom scripts, scheduled tasks, and policy‑based actions, helping MSPs standardize operations and reduce manual work.
Cons: 1. Performance may slow down when managing a large number of endpoints. 2. The interface can feel cluttered and not very intuitive, especially for new users.

Very professional, Very supportive, and made onboarding our devices super easy. We were coming from NinjaOne after a horrible issue with them and their billing. ManageEngine was able to make it so simple we moved operations quickly and without major impact to our users. 100% ManageEngine > NinjaOne. The value you get also puts things like Altera where you pay a massive fee per tech for "unlimited" endpoints. Except its not unlimited; its limited to how many 1 tech can do...

Pros: The inclusiveness of the product, the segementation between Device management and mobile device is a long running unnecessary division. The product has a natural and easy to use flow that can be picked up quickly by a Helpdesk I to a Sr. Engineer
Cons: There is not a ton I dont like, #1 issue the drop down from changing clients sometimes is a bit sticky and takes a second selection. A few more wizards would also be nice.

It's a great tool; I would recommend it to many clients and anyone who needs to manage their devices, given the wide range of devices it supports.
Pros: the use of the remote troubleshoting tool, it is easy to use, and it help use to have a faster helpdesk than others tools
Cons: The way the settings are arranged is a bit messy; it needs to be more organized in terms of where each setting should go.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It’s a great product for IT teams looking to automate patching, streamline software deployment, and provide reliable remote access. It simplifies daily operations and enhances productivity across the board.
Pros: ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP is very easy to use and straightforward to set up, even for teams that may not have a lot of time to dedicate to deployment. The interface is intuitive, and its remote access capabilities work seamlessly, allowing technicians to quickly and reliably assist users. The platform’s patch management and software deployment features are among its strongest advantages—both are automated, efficient, and help significantly reduce manual workload. These capabilities make it an excellent tool for maintaining a secure, well‑managed environment across multiple endpoints. Overall, its combination of usability and powerful automation features makes it a great fit for MSPs and IT departments.
Cons: Support could be improved. While the product itself is strong, responses to support tickets could be faster and provide clearer guidance.

Overall, our experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP has been very positive. The platform provides a comprehensive set of tools that allow us to efficiently manage endpoints across multiple clients from a single interface. Features such as patch management, remote support, and automation significantly reduce administrative effort and improve service quality. Once configured properly, the system runs reliably and helps maintain a secure and well-managed endpoint environment. It has become an important part of our daily operations and enables us to provide consistent and efficient IT management for our customers.
Pros: Excellent multi-tenant management, making it easy to manage multiple customer environments from a single console. Strong patch management for both operating systems and third-party applications, which helps maintain security and compliance. Remote troubleshooting tools are reliable and make it easy to support users quickly. Automation and policy-based management reduce manual work and help standardize configurations across clients. Software deployment and inventory management features provide good visibility and control over managed endpoints.
Cons: The user interface can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new administrators. Some advanced configurations and reports require time to learn due to the large number of available options. Initial setup and policy configuration can take some time to fully optimize for MSP workflows.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central has proven to be a solid and dependable solution for managing endpoints across a diverse environment. One of its standout features is the layered update policy system, which allows for granular control over how updates are deployed. This ensures that updates are rolled out in a structured, non-disruptive manner—ideal for organizations that value stability as much as security. Another major strength is its extensive third-party application patching. The catalog is impressively broad, covering everything from mainstream browsers and productivity tools to niche utilities that often get overlooked. This significantly reduces the manual overhead typically associated with keeping third-party software up to date and secure.
Pros: Layered update policies provide flexibility and control. Broad third-party patching support streamlines security operations. Centralized dashboard offers clear visibility into patch compliance.
Cons: Initial setup may require some time to fully optimize policies. UI could benefit from a bit more polish in certain areas.

Overall the experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP was smooth and thrilling. We are loving Endpoint Central and everything around ManageEngine.
Pros: What we loved about ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP is the ease of use and deployment. In less than 20 minutes we had everything running.
Cons: Sometimes we faced latency issues, due to server locations not being available in Africa. But besides that the experience was always smooth.

I like Endpoint Central MSP, it's essential for a good control of your company and customers. And it offer rebranding.
Pros: I have used on premise and cloud version and it is very good solution for control and monitorice your company and customers.
Cons: You pay for users, for extra functioanlity, for multilanguage. I would like to learning portal and more integration with a different ManageEngine applications.

I run an MSP and use Endpoint Central to manage multiple mid-size clients. It’s not just another tool — it’s a control tower. After implementation, we cut troubleshooting time in half and gained real visibility over patch compliance and endpoint health. It takes effort to learn, but once properly deployed, it gives you scale, traceability, and peace of mind. It’s ideal for teams that manage infrastructure seriously and need to show compliance and results, not just "monitoring with pretty graphs."
Pros: Patch management that works. Reliable, flexible scheduling, and solid reporting. Built-in compliance reports aligned with CIS Controls help justify decisions to leadership. Easy-to-use asset inventory with exportable, filtered reports for hardware and software. Complete vulnerability management, with CVE correlation and direct remediation actions. Replaces multiple tools by centralizing patching, inventory, scripting, compliance, and more.
Cons: The platform is very extensive, which means a real learning curve. It’s not plug-and-play for junior techs. The interface feels dated in some areas, and reporting dashboards require manual setup.

We are very happy with the platform and the remote support feature is top of the line all in all a stable platform under constant development
Pros: The support is just amazing. When ever we have questions the support is very helpfull Most things get solved withing the hour via chat
Cons: Missing the next gen anti virus, for a complete solution not being nessesary to look for other platforms - this should be high priority
Christian Bundgaard O. · IT operations manager · Information Technology and Services · June 4, 2025
Overall the experience has been really good, there has been no issues so far in my time with using the tool
Pros: Ability to remote onto user devices is really helpful as the end user can be helped by the service desk user
Cons: Workflows could be quicker Agent deployed could be better overall
Eddie O. · IT Security Graduate · Food Production · May 1, 2025
Reliable for managing multiple clients' devices with good support; a few usability improvements would make it excellent. Great amount of features for a price.
Pros: Comprehensive device management, strong automated patching features and a centralised dashboard, good integration features with other ManageEngine core products such as Service Desk Plus MSP.
Cons: Some limitations for smaller customers, sometimes errors encountered aren't clear but support always helpful.
Omar A. · Senior IT Infrasturcture Engineer · Information Technology and Services · April 28, 2025
Great product for managing clients and servers on the customer network. I like that patches are downloaded only once via the management node and then distributed internally. Anyway, I recommend the product!
Pros: The best product to manage Microsoft updates and third-party applications
Cons: nothing to say. I would like to have monthly billing ...

Very good support, if problems should pop up. Overall great experience
Pros: Quick and easy management, simple onboarding and efficient management. PowerShell and EventViewer access without remoting into the machines.
Cons: MSP Version doesn't support deploying configurations to multiple customers at the same time. Update schedules need to be created on a customer to customer basis
Yannick G. · Senior Systems Engineer · Information Technology and Services · March 12, 2025
Rather good, we have great visibility of our different customers' fleets, the functionalities offered by manage engine are ultra interesting and successful, allowing us to optimize our time on many tasks (patch deployment, software, etc.).
Pros: Easy to learn and use, manage engine is a powerful tool that provides a wide range of everyday solutions. And there's plenty of documentation for all kinds of tasks.
Cons: Small bugs can sometimes be a handicap, but the support team is very responsive.

Top notch experience. It also helps that I have someone to contact.
Pros: The Cloud Endpoint is perfect. Remote support for my clients has saved me money and time.
Cons: None so far. Still trying to learn the patches and vulnerabilities
Lisle B. · Lead Tech - Owner · Information Technology and Services · February 4, 2025
I have been using Endpoint Central MSP for about two years now, having previously worked with the on-prem and UEM cloud versions. It has been a reliable and comprehensive solution for endpoint management, with consistent updates improving the cloud functionality. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.
Pros: The ease of deployment and the broad feature set make Endpoint Central MSP a powerful tool for managing multiple clients efficiently.
Cons: The cloud versions still lack a few features compared to the on-prem version, but improvements are continuously being made.
Edin K. · Principal · Information Technology and Services · January 29, 2025
Overall as a former SCCM user, Manage Engine Endpoint Central MSP is a good complement and offers some great values. It is taking more ground as improvements are made.
Pros: The possibility to manage different customers in the same UI. You get best practices on how to for example configure patching so it is easy to figure out a good way of providing a secure environment for our customers.
Cons: The agent still seems a bit unstable. The client connection often goes red as soon as I try to connect to client. Still want a easy way too switch Agent between customers from the UI instead of the need to uninstall and reinstall the Agent.
Markus S. · Client Technichian · Telecommunications · January 24, 2025
Great experience, also with customer support
Pros: Easy to use, powerful tool to manage all endpoints of our customers
Cons: The price is too high to manage all endpoint for our customers
Andrea S. · Sysadmin · Telecommunications · January 20, 2025
Pros: In ManageEngine, browser security is excellent.
Cons: The issue I faced was that the URL was not restricted to private browsing mode.
ARUNPRANAV K. · Security Analyst · Computer & Network Security · January 8, 2025
Overall experience is good as we have been using this solution for past 2 years. And we would recommend this to other customers as well.
Pros: Managing multiple endpoints of various customer under a single pane is really good and time saving.
Cons: We haven't noticed anything as of now. Maybe the DC-DR architect setup for MSP seems to be little complicated but i wouldn't call it a bad experience.
Karthick S. · Security Engineer · Information Technology and Services · January 6, 2025
ManageEngine support is always on point and easy to reach. They handle every query professionally and ensure it’s resolved in a timely manner.
Pros: ManageEngine does an excellent job of grabbing detailed information from endpoints from maintenance to capturing every single detail efficiently.
Cons: ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP is a great tool, but I recommend using the cloud-hosted version instead of the on-premises setup for better scalability, easier management, and reduced maintenance overhead.
Sourabh C. · System admin · Information Technology and Services · December 18, 2024
superbe tech support team. They are always available, flawless and prepared.
Pros: I find the management of individual customers on the MSP platform very well done
Cons: nothing. every thing is perfect. This plattform is the best that i know.
MArco P. · ICT Specialist - Tech Lead · Information Technology and Services · November 8, 2024
Great timely support, fast web chat options
Pros: Fast and efficient support and solutions.
Cons: Nothing, maybe just keep developing software.
Brent S. · ITS · Government Administration · November 7, 2024
Love the support and that I can always get dedicated service whenever I need it. From actual people, thats the most important part.
Pros: The central hub of management is the best part. I dont have to jump around to various different servers and software pieces to achieve what I can achieve in one place. Love the dashboards and simplicity of being able to visually see what I'm looking for without having to investigate every time.
Cons: The cloud version has its benefits but not sure if they out weigh the benefits of the on-prem solution. Seems like the cloud version doesn't offer as much.
