InventoryCloud helps SMBs manage inventory across multiple locations with barcode scanning and real-time tracking. It’s most used by logistics and warehousing teams handling daily stock tasks. Reviewers highlight ease of use and cloud access, though some report speed and mobile issues. Advanced tools like custom reports and API access support deeper integration.

Works great, would recommend to anyone needing an inventory system. All of the menus are very intuitive, for anyone to use.
Pros: Ease of use, real time data on my phone app. Quick reliable software. Love the picture option, and it make great lables.
Cons: Moving parts to a new location, you just cannot move inventory from here to there. You must remove inventory and then re-enter it into the new location

Great product from start (implementation) to ongoing support and year over year cost competitiveness. Very easy system to use, efficient!
Pros: Overall value is great for what it cost vs the operational benefit we get. We manage over 600 spare parts and if one is missing, it shuts down our operation which has a significant cost impact to production efficiency / output.
Cons: Can't customize some elements as it relates to what info is on what screens, alerts, on-order still shows in low inventory. More customization would be beneficial to our specific needs but understand that cost money and resources.

I have been using it long enough to pretty much know how to do everything I need to do without having to call tech support.
Pros: Being able to move and make inventory adjustments quickly and easily. Also being able to export my current inventory to my IT managers.
Cons: Not being able to correct PO numbers or Serial numbers quickly and easily. We have to remove the items and reenter them.

We are very happy with WASP. We have been using it for many years and will continue to use for many more.
Pros: Very easy to use. Fast and dependable Many reports availabe to look to any transaction from different angles.
Cons: When returning products it returns them at the "item cost" not the cost the product was sold at. This is a problem. Perhaps allow a cost of the item to be populated at the time of the return.

We are a non-profit organization that is part of a church denomination. We finished set-up of our system nine days before Hurricane Helene hit. Implementation was definitely a trial by fire but worked very smoothly. We had staff from Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas come into our Georgia facility and I was able to quickly train them on our procedures. It was great because I had realtime numbers (number of items and value of items deployed) to give our director and board and we were able to print reports to use as packing lists. We could have spent a lot more money and built a customized system but I am glad that we selected InventoryCloud as an inexpensive off-the-shelf solution. We have upgraded from the Basic to the Complete solution and will be bringing on additional locations during this year. I don't know how we ever did our jobs before we had InventoryCloud. I do know that we are now much more effective and efficient. It's a game changer.
Pros: InventoryCloud has made our inventory control much more efficient and effective. In the past, we just used a spreadsheet. But over the past few years our inventory has grown considerably and I found myself taking an inordinate amount of time making manual entries. The best thing about InventoryCloud is that it is very easy to learn and the reports make keeping up with inventory very simple.
Cons: There are just a few things that I would change about InventoryCloud. None of these are a big deal, but would make our process quicker. We are a non-profit that does disaster response work and we send a lot of items out into the field for our teams to use. When we do this we "remove" inventory and sign it out to the customer (in this case, the church that is responding). I have to enter the customer number as I remove each item. This is a minor annoyance but it could be improved. But this is a much smoother process than our previous one.

Overall it is a very nice tool and crucial to our day to day operations, we think it has been an overall great experience
Pros: IT is very simple to use, the desktop is more detailed but the scanner and app makes it quick and versatile
Cons: Having to refresh on my own the app to update the quantities of products I think it should be automatic or unusable until you update
Ryan M. · Finance Manager · Construction · June 17, 2025
It was so easy to setup and start using. We have had to expand our goal because so many users were requesting access.
Pros: The ease of use. It really is easy to use. I rarely have any users that report having any issues .
Cons: So many options that you can use the software for. billing, reporting, automation is available .
bradley a. · IT Specialist · Research · June 17, 2025
Extremely positive. The training before implementation wasn't as helpful as the training after implementation, but that was because I didn't know what to ask at first.
Pros: It's very easy to use to keep track of our supplies. I also like that I can add new items and make changes.
Cons: Initial setup was complicated, but the technicians were very helpful in that process. There were mistakes I made because I didn't know what I was doing, but they guided me through the process.

Good, our team uses the InventoryCloud daily and we all enjoy it and find it adds to our overall success.
Pros: Easy to use, we have multiple users and we are self taught for the most part. We enjoy this feature greatly.
Cons: Sometimes the search function is difficult. You have to learn the key words or else you can get frustrated.
Walter D. · Operations Manager · Construction · June 17, 2025
overall its a good system but necessitates too many work-arounds to simulate options that should be built in but are not.
Pros: consolidation and tracking are great, the amount of reports available is amazing and the ability to flag slow moving inventory has been a huge cost saver no more losing out on return dollars be the item is outside return window
Cons: does not seem optimized for fast turn around and high volume. cannot bulk receive, all items on an invoice need to be received individually. fine for a few lines but 200 plus line item orders are cumbersome, cannot create or populate orders from handheld must be done at workstation and again fine for a few lines but larger orders can be a slog.
Matt D. · Warehouse Manager · Construction · June 6, 2025
Suits our need relatively well - manage consignment inventory at a customer's warehouse. Works well when set up. Setting it up can be a hassle because many of the options and features are not intuitive to find or use.
Pros: Inexpensive and relatively easy to use for the uninitiated. The tech team is responsive to user questions.
Cons: The tool for customizing reports is gruesome to use. Historical data is insufficient - you cannot get inventory levels at a point in time for audit purposes.
Gary K. · Director, Supply Chain · Automotive · June 6, 2025
We have being using WASP for the last year now. So far we like the program. There has been some learning curves but overall it has been a great system.
Pros: Like being able to pull up my inventory on various computers within our organization. The ability to be able to pull it up sitting at my desk instead of having to go to a special computer has really saved us time.
Cons: I do not have any really cons to report about WASP at this time. I wish it would average my cost automatically for me is the only thing I can think of.
Gary M. · Accountant · Government Administration · June 5, 2025
We have had a great experience so far and we are looking forward on growing our business with saving time on inventory.
Pros: Customer support and the training process was awesome, we really got to try multiple different avenues on how we wanted to organize our beef inventory that worked best for our company with saving us time.
Cons: Pulling some of the reports on how I envisioned it are different but the reports do offer all the data needed.
Abigail H. · Chief Administrative Officer · Farming · June 5, 2025
The overall experience has been great. Theres been no issues once we got everything started. I hope to continue to use this software for years to come.
Pros: The layout is very easy to read and understand. Ive also enjoyed the ability to tree everything together and also see everything in our system separately.
Cons: Nothing Ive had no issues whatsoever with this software. Of all the softwares we've tested, Wasp was the simplest in design.
Steven A. · Sales and Buyer · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · May 22, 2025
Very good software to help manage stock control. Very easy to use, manage and control multiple SKU items
Pros: Easy to use, does what we require and able to manage stock our way with the software. Able to print QR codes for Batch number and best before dates.
Cons: Not being able to edit the functions on the handheld devices. The hand held device has sometimes played up, where it has not list an item in best before date order, meaning the wrong stock has been picked.
James W. · Logistics Manager · Hospitality · May 22, 2025
My experience with the product and the team has been very positive.
Pros: The process is simple and easy to navigate. I appreciate that it is designed in the same way as Asset Management, so if you're familiar with one, the other can be implemented without any confusion or down time.
Cons: I would like to see the reporting and label configuration easier for those without understanding the schema.
Christy C. · Program Manager, Business Affairs · Higher Education · April 15, 2025
While I think this can be a good software for another company, it just didn't fit our needs
Pros: This software is easy to use and seems to be easy to understand.
Cons: Trying to access it on our phones, we found it did not work properly.
Katrina H. · Logistics Manager · Consumer Goods · April 14, 2025
So far the system has been great for our municipality.
Pros: The convenience of accessing the information needed. It's very easy to navigate.
Cons: The extra tabs not needed. Pick Orders, kits, build orders.
Melissa H. · Purchasing Agent · Government Administration · April 8, 2025
Still in the process of using but overall updated takes too long.
Pros: Range of use available for various options for our needs.
Cons: Support. We wanted a Toyota and got presented a BMW.
Steve P. · General Manager · Retail · April 7, 2025
great and wonderful. will continue to use and purchase this program.
Pros: the software is probably the best inventory system i have used. easy access and very user friendly
Cons: nothing the system is wonderful and easily accessed.
Betty S. · Office Manager · Utilities · April 3, 2025
We are doing a workaround with a custom field, so we are making the program work for us. I wish I had been able to talk directly to the person who did the implementation instead of emails back and forth which, I think, made the process take longer than it needed to be. We may be able to rate it higher after we've had more time with the program
Pros: Familiarity. We were using an old version of Wasp Inventory so the transition to this version was just a matter of getting acquainted with newer features.
Cons: InventoryCloud is way more complicated/involved for our needs. We simply want to know what we have and where it is. We would like to know how many skids we have and how many pieces we have total. skids can be inconsistent and might have different quantities per skid. We can put it in by pieces but don't seem to be able to get a skid count.
John S. · Consultant · Logistics and Supply Chain · April 3, 2025
I’m very happy with the system, it is a very easy to use web based interface which has all the functionality we need and more.
Pros: The inventory cloud is just what my business needs to manage spares, the system is very user friendly.
Cons: The online training was very dry and covered lots of aspects I had already said we won’t use.
Joshua J. · Electrical engineer · Environmental Services · March 28, 2025
I enjoy having data at my fingertips, such as reports. My experience has been very positive.
Pros: I like the easy functionality of adding/ removing inventory and making it as detailed as I want with establishing par levels and notifications of low inventory.
Cons: I have not received our printer yet but previously at other locations I struggled with the settings of the barcode printer and getting it aligned properly.
Lino G. · Night Facilities Operations Supervisor · Facilities Services · March 28, 2025
its 100% better than Deskera that We've been using for 10yrs!!!
Pros: The ability to keep an accurate inventory by performing audits
Cons: A simpler way to do returns w/ less steps
IZZY G. · Operations Manager · Automotive · March 27, 2025
My interaction with WASP has been great! At the beginning it was easy to book time with our Sales Rep and to get all my questions answered. Now when I have questions, the response time of the Support Team is very quick.
Pros: It's very easy to enter your inventory. Even though our company is unique in the way we use the software, we were able to make it work for what we needed it for.
Cons: The reports are not very user-friendly. I thought I could design my own reports to meet the needs of our company, but it turns out not all data is available to use as a source on every report.
