Ideals Virtual Data Room

Pros: Easy to use and navigate. Full range of functionality and file management. Great platform for overall deal management and the email notifications are helpful.

Cons: No cons to note. I have never had any issues with the platform and it is fully fit for purpose with no training required.

Cons: Algunas funcionalidades avanzadas requieren configuraciones manuales que podrían estandarizarse para reducir tiempos de preparación. La personalización visual del entorno es limitada y, en determinados momentos de alta carga, la exportación masiva de documentos puede tardar más de lo deseado. Sería deseable una integración más fluida con herramientas de productividad externas

Pros: Control of Documents, Participant access, customization features, cloud availability, customers' ease of use starting up and maintaining data.

Cons: It's hard to find the toggles for participants notification settings if you don't remember where the option exists (one place) and what it looks like (it says something different. Also, invitations are sent to recipients junk mail way too often.

Pros: The organization of documents, rooms and permissions for due diligence processes made it easy for even those who aren't quite tech savvy. Our contact was helpful when/if we reached out.

Cons: When downloading files the downloaded file included the location number in the beginning of the document title, this was burdensome when needing to duplicate a room. I would have to download the entire room, rename each document and then go through the process of creating a whole new data room. It would have been much easier to be able to simply copy a data room as it was set. Some of the documents had too long file paths when downloading which would create 0MB files, not helpful.

Pros: The UX is very straight forward - even a toddler could start using it. The basic package we use is also a good value for money.

Cons: Once you reach a certain data volume it can get pretty pricey fast. Maybe a more staggered approach would be better.

Pros: The platform’s ease of use, file uploading, and workgroup management. Professional and timely customer support.

Cons: The inability to edit questions and answers in the Q&A section. The fact that the recycle bin counts toward the storage space used.

Pros: Ergonomy and user experience is great i've been using iDeals for years now, with different companies

Cons: I've had difficulties in removing old datarooms due to permissions. It would be easier if there was a intuitive way to remove old data rooms as I was unaware I had to click archive.

Pros: I like how easy it is to navigate and use by us and our clients. iDeals staff is also always very helpful and replies to enquiries very quickly.

Cons: There is nothing I came across that I would not like.

Pros: Support to set up the projects and VDRs. Ease of use. Visibility on the interactions between users and the VDR.

Cons: During the 4 months we've used it, I couldn't find any cons. There are obviously some minor suggestion on the product, but nothing I'd classify as a con.

Pros: One of the key aspects I liked most about iDeals Virtual Data Room is its ease of use. The platform is user-friendly, allowing for seamless navigation and quick access to documents.

Cons: I have not had any reason whatsoever to dislike anything about the platform. The only thing i could say i would like to see improvement in is the pricing structure which could be more flexible for smaller projects and companies with limited budgets.

Pros: No direct communications communication with bidders, since all communications are managed through the iDeals platform

Cons: Forming the groups like sellers, buyers etc. and assigning the appropriate rights should be more simple or at least there should be a test to check that the rights are assigned properly.

Cons: It's very good, overall, easy to manage, no issues so far.
