Netstock delivers a smooth, efficient inventory management experience with standout support and forecasting tools. The overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, but businesses with highly specialized requirements or unusual ERP setups may find its limitations more noticeable
Pros: Supply Chain Management. It’s designed to be intuitive, so even smaller businesses without dedicated analysts can make sense of their inventory data.
Cons: Reports and dashboards are somewhat rigid; users can’t always tailor them to unique business needs. While the interface is user-friendly, mastering advanced forecasting and optimization tools takes time

Transitioning to Netstock was rather quick and simple (at least to us as users). It's value was immediately evident due to how simple the report generation process was.
Pros: Helped cut down decision making delays with reordering as it's ABC categorization was extremely helpful, Easy to learn, with intuitive designs that was simple to follow based on the training material provided.
Cons: Some nuanced had to be considered for vendors of the same company name and different location worldwide. Otherwise, no problem reminded a problem for too long due to helpfulness of the customer support.

As we are only a few months in, we are already seeing improvements in stock outs, fill rates, and efficiency.
Pros: Visibility in areas of concern, abilities to filter/upload/download reports, Disaggregation for different regions,
Cons: being 1 day behind our ERP, has been a challenge in the scheduling of our processes, as well as having to wait for changes to update
Chad H. · Replenishment Mgr · Wholesale · December 11, 2025
We're still trying to figure out how we can maximize the use of all the data. Also the surprise rate increase was rather unwelcomed.
Pros: The forecasting and easy visibility for stocked out and potential stocked out items has been a major benefit for our company.
Cons: The lack of live data has been a real challenge when looking for backordered items specifically. We often still need to be looking in our ERP system while ordering.
Colin M. · Buyer · Automotive · December 11, 2025
Without Netstock we would still be processing us data manually. It has taking our purchase and inventory controls to the next level saving us time and money.
Pros: The dynamic forecasting and lead times allow us to better manage our on hand inventory and turns throughout the year. It makes for a more efficient process.
Cons: There has been a steep learning curve with the setup. We have 100s of vendors and they are all different.
Jonathan P. · Vice President · Wholesale · December 11, 2025
My overall experience with Netstock has been very positive. The platform gave me clear, actionable visibility into stock levels, excess, and forecast risk, which made daily decision-making much faster. Its automated replenishment recommendations and intuitive interface helped streamline purchasing, while the forecasting tools improved accuracy across a wide range of SKUs. It integrated well with our ERP, and overall it contributed to more disciplined, data-driven inventory management.
Pros: Exceptionally clear dashboarding — real-time visibility into stock levels, excess, and potential stockouts made prioritizing tasks quick and intuitive. Strong demand forecasting tools — forecasts were easy to interpret and adjust, improving purchasing accuracy. Intuitive user interface — simple to navigate, minimal training needed, and the workflow feels logical for planners. Automated replenishment recommendations — saved significant time and helped maintain correct stock levels across multiple locations. Great scenario planning — ability to model different forecast or lead-time changes supported better decision-making. Helpful alerts and analytics — proactive insights on low-stock, slow movers, and excess inventory allowed early action. Good integration with ERP systems — smooth data sync reduced manual errors and improved efficiency. Strong customer support — responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help optimize the setup for business needs.
Cons: Some forecasting models are rigid, requiring manual overrides for unique or volatile SKUs. Lead time accuracy is heavily dependent on ERP data quality, so results vary if master data isn't clean. Reporting customization is limited, and deeper analytics sometimes require exporting to Excel or BI tools. Learning curve for advanced features, especially for businesses without a mature inventory process. Dashboard can feel simplified, lacking deeper drill-down options compared to enterprise planning tools.

One of the best systems I've encountered and very flexible. I work at a midsize company but I don't see why you couldn't use Netstock at a large corporation with the capabilities and capacities offered. Support is always top notch as well.
Pros: The ease of product hierarchical set up and navigation within the system allows us to cater to numerous audiences within our organization. As a demand planner we need to present at many levels and Netstock allows us to do that quickly with ease.
Cons: Exporting large data sets require you to breakout the data at times, but overall this is still not a problem. There are options so you can still export at .csv in this instance.

The experience with Netstock is transformative for the company. What began as a quest to improve inventory management quickly becomes a catalyst for operational excellence, cost savings, and enhanced customer satisfaction. By harnessing the power of data and advanced forecasting techniques, the business not only achieves its immediate goals but also lays a solid foundation for sustainable growth in a competitive market.
Pros: More accurate forecasts, optimized inventory levels, cost savings, improved customer service, and streamlined operations, ultimately contributing to overall business efficiency and profitability.
Cons: Involve costs such as software licenses, implementation fees, and possibly ongoing maintenance or subscription fees. For small businesses or those with limited budgets, these costs may outweigh the benefits.
Ajeshni S. · Manager - Retail Systems · Retail · July 26, 2024
Pros: Makes our daily ordering easier than what is previously was
Cons: Our back end team is based in a different time zone, making it difficult when the reporting doesn't refresh overnight
Skye P. · Purchasing Officer · Security and Investigations · July 15, 2024
Overall, my experience with Netstock was largely positive, with significant improvements in inventory management and operational efficiency. Despite a few challenges, the benefits and features of the software made it a valuable tool for managing inventory effectively.
Pros: Overall, Netstock's combination of ease of use, advanced features, integration capabilities, and cost-effectiveness makes it a highly beneficial tool for businesses looking to enhance their inventory management practices.
Cons: The effectiveness of Netstock heavily relies on the accuracy of the data entered. Inaccurate data can lead to suboptimal recommendations and decisions, necessitating stringent data management practices.

I've really enjoyed working with Netstock to date since it puts key metrics for demand and inventory planing at your fingerttips, whether you are in the office or on the road.
Pros: Netstock is easy to use so basic users can get the infor they needs quickly, while having enough depth for more advanced users to dive deeper in the data.
Cons: There is little customization possible and the support documentation can be basic at times.
Frédéric B. · Director of Operations · Wholesale · July 12, 2024
Pros: Best demand planning software that I've used to date.
Cons: Some of the users have voiced their preferences for live updates
Jonathan S. · Product Manager · Chemicals · July 12, 2024
Netstock helps us in having the right amount of stock in place, on the required dates. Whenever questions are raised, the consultants answer rapidly, which is really appreciated.
Pros: Netstock provides a customer friendly lay-out, delivers a great job on forecasting, taking all kinds of factors into account, like seasonality. It also has a dynamic daily safety stock calculation. Furthermore, our assortment is analysed in the Classification Matrix, which offers a clinical possibility to de-range products that don't contribute that well to velocity and margin.
Cons: In our situation it's not possible to have a correction in place regarding out-of-stock positions (I'm not sure if this is Netstock related or the way Netstock has been implemented for us).
Frank d. · Supply Chain Manager · Consumer Goods · July 12, 2024
Overall, great/valuable enhancement to our ERP system.
Pros: The ease of the exports is great. We use much of the Netstock info in combination with our regular ERP to create early buy presentations.
Cons: I really wish the TTM month sales data could be viewed at item level when exporting a particular Warehouses data in excel. Currently, the only way I know how to view TTM month sales data is click on each individual item and view it on the item's tile.
nate b. · Logistics Manager · Building Materials · June 14, 2024
Overall Netstock has been a useful tool to help with the purchasing process.
Pros: My favorite tool on Netstock is the BOM. This helps me see where the part goes and what part has the greatest demand. I also like seeing the recommended order amounts and the model stock holdings.
Cons: I dislike that it doesn't take blank orders into effect.
Kyle K. · Purchasing · Maritime · June 13, 2024
So far, it's been pretty good. [sensitive content hidden] was great with my onboarding and the learning modules were good too. Easy integration with Sage.
Pros: Forecasting, purchase order creation, data quality checks, enquiry screen, lead time calculation, safety stock calculation I also like that I could add vendors at my pace - so I started small and increased as my confidences and knowledge increased
Cons: Inability to move from one item to the next (with like an arrow) function. Not being able to add days to the policy overrides. Vendor report cards would also be nice. More learning modules after the on boarding would be nice.
Paula K. · Purchasing Manager · Wholesale · May 29, 2024
Amazing setup from the Netstock team. Clear communication and a great product
Pros: Being able to manage buying and keep stock of the right things. We don't overbuy things we don't need anymore!
Cons: Some complicated things to learn up front. The need to get other members of the company on the same page.
John S. · Operations Manager · Farming · May 28, 2024
Pros: The ease of access with in-app walk-throughs of the various functions. It made learning and mastering its uses very intuitive.
Cons: UI on the homepage is a bit crowded but you get used to it quickly.
Sarah T. · Project Coordinator · Information Technology and Services · May 28, 2024
Pros: Overall, layout is great, I can see everything on dashboard at once for easy inventory management. Many very helpful features.
Cons: Not completely customizable like I wanted it to be.

One of the most impressive outcomes of using NetStock has been the remarkable improvement in our fill rates. By having a clear understanding of demand patterns and leveraging the software's insights, we've been able to consistently meet customer demands and exceed their expectations.
Pros: For the past four years, I've had the privilege of utilizing NetStock, a demand planning software that has truly revolutionized the way I approach inventory management. This exceptional tool has consistently exceeded my expectations, offering an unparalleled level of control over stockholding, order management, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Cons: The main drawback encountered when utilizing NetStock revolves around the extended duration required for refreshing and importing data from our primary ERP software.
Marius S. · Supply Chain Manager · Business Supplies and Equipment · August 23, 2023
I am amazed actaully how helpful Netstock is
Pros: Easy to use and dashboards are created to make this easier even more
Cons: I would say price is the only issue. It could be slighlty cheaper
Katarzyna W. · Manager · Wholesale · August 9, 2023
