Overall, my experience has been very positive. I’ve been in the sign business for over 40 years, and this is the best software I’ve used for managing day-to-day operations. It has helped bring structure and organization to the shop, especially with tracking jobs and keeping everything moving through production. I would definitely recommend it to other sign shop owners.
Pros: ShopVox does a great job of bringing quoting, job tracking, and invoicing into one system. In a custom sign shop where every job is different, having everything organized in one place helps keep work moving and reduces confusion. It has been a big improvement over anything I’ve used in the past.
Cons: Like any system, it takes time to fully set up and learn. As I continue using it, I’m still working on refining workflows and using more of its features to improve communication and delegation within the shop.

Overall my experience with shopVox is good. When learning to use the software it was intuitive on how to create a sales lead through the quoting, job and invoice.
Pros: Some of the features I like the most about shopVox is quote management, invoicing and customer support.
Cons: One of the features I like the least about shopVox is the email feature. When sending an email to a customer via shopVox many times it is labeled as spam.

In general, I enjoy the platform, and I like how quickly I can receive help through the live chat support and help documents. It is a great management system for print companies.
Pros: I really like the eCommerce features and proofing system. I also like how you can track workflows between departments. It is very convenient how eCommerce orders can be converted into sales orders.
Cons: While I like the eCommerce features, there are some limitations. I wish web stores could allow for orders to be placed without payment, as we typically charge additional art, shipping, and installation fees. It would also be nice for customers to be able to choose quantities for shipping to multiple locations. Currently, I have to set a custom field with all locations, and have the customer specify in the additional notes the quantity per store. Some sort of grid might be a better option? There are some other issues I have experienced, but I can't think of them at the moment. We also use the platform OrderMyGear for web stores, and it would be nice to have these systems talk, but it requires writing an API currently.

My experience with shopVOX has been mostly positive. If I were to nitpick, I would say that it isn't always user-friendly, especially with niche needs. However, the support team at shopVOX more than makes up for its flaws.
Pros: ShopVOX makes it streamlined for both our company and our clients when it comes to even the most challenging orders. ShopVOX is a great tool that is easy to understand with a gentle learning curve. I learn something new about this program every day.
Cons: ShopVOX isn't always very user-friendly when it comes to user error. It can sometimes be difficult to undo actions and issue discounts. I would also love to see a section where our company could put examples of jobs we have completed so that we can send them to clients straight through the system-- no extra folders necessary!

Shopvox user it has been a great experience using Shopvox and just to have a peace of mind that if we have any questions issues or concerns it's just a chat away from having a live person helping you through whatever issues you might have.
Pros: Shopvox is a very important part of our business and we rely on Shopvox every single day. The Customer Support has been second to none compared to other companies. We have dealt with in the past the features and upgrades just keep on getting better if you're a small medium or large print shop I highly recommend using Shopvox as it will scale with you regardless of what stage of business you're in we have been using Shopvox for about nine years now. #Shopvox
Cons: The Customer Service when we first started, it was not the best but throughout all these years, they have really stepped up their game to be on top of their product. I wish we had an open API system so I can integrate it with our AI business, software, and integrate, sending, and getting in receiving invoices and estimates.

From purchase to quick online support and onboarding help to PRO version has been great. I have not had any bad experiences with them.
Pros: As a wholesale print shop I needed a software that could handle all of our projects. I tried multiple different programs and nothing really fit the wide format printing we do. With SV the look and feel of the software was a good start. Once we got into it we realized very quickly that it’s more than just a pretty looking piece of software, it’s a beast. The ease of use for my salesman and production team to collaborate is great. The quick conversion from a quote to sales order and invoicing if flawless. The connection between SV and QBO was seamless. Also like how they do not lock you into a contract like some of the others did. I am guessing it is because they know they had done it right.
Cons: I didn’t find it sooner. I wish I could go back in time and would have found SV. I feel like I wasted a ton of time messing around with other options that just didn’t fit our needs.

Their on boarding and Live Chat support are great. I am 100% satisfied with using ShopVox. To this point it has done everything we needed it to do.
Pros: Easy quote creation, getting information to customers and back from them as well, sending proof to customers.
Cons: Job tracking across multiple days in a calendar view. They just released a new one so this may be just what we need. We have not had time to look into it and test.

Pros: It was cheap when we started using it. Beyond that it's difficult to think of a positive. When you boil it down it's basically quickbooks with a square foot calculator.

It is a program with many tools to help our business run smoother. Reps have been helpful with helping set it up and us understanding it.
Pros: There are a ton of features that are super helpful to our business for both clothing and signage printing. From quoting all the way to invoicing.
Cons: The system can seem overwhelming and daunting as there are a ton of features that sometimes takes a bit of time and effort to setup. ShopVox reps have been needed and very helpful to setup

I would recommend anyone in the sign business to sign up. Keep track of all your needs in one centralized location. ShopVOX has a huge helpful team that is there just a click away.
Pros: User friendly, keeps track of everything needed to run the business smoothly from quoting to order entry to completing the job.
Cons: Really don't have any complaints. Everyone is always eager to help with any issues we may run into.

After moving to this from other software, we have been pleased overall with the features.
Pros: It matches our needs for pricing things in multiple locations. The software is very flexible in how you can configure it. It has many useful built-in features that are very helpful in our businesses.
Cons: Sometimes, new features are added without letting you know in advance. Generally, the new features are an improvement, but it would be helpful to be prepared by knowing before they are released.

We signed up for SV in 2016 when we had 5 staff and were doing roughly 500k per year in business. We've now grown all the way up to 23 staff and back down to 15 doing close to 3M in annual revenue. We would not have been able to scale to this size without SV. We continue to find new useful nooks and crannies of the software that we have grown into over time. Small shops can use what's only useful and relevant to them at the time and then start using additional features as they become more beneficial for them.
Pros: I've looked at almost every sign industry specific software available. All of them have great features but SV has the best all around package. Other softwares all have at least one or more SV features that we couldn't live without. The ability to combine jobs in a flexible way, having online proofs and quote approvals as well as the ability to do complex pricing on the fly using customized formulas is super helpful.
Cons: Some aspects of of the program are clunky for rescheduling individual steps because all the dates of a job are so intertwined but there are workarounds for them. Initial setup for PRO version is time consuming and complex but well worth the time savings on the back end once you have all your pricing formulas all set up. New feature implementation was lacking while they were working on the new UI but now that that is complete and launched we have seen lots of functional updates that continue to improve the quality of life use for the user.

Pros: Its ease of use and many different areas it covers within our company.
Cons: The learning curve, but now feel like we are pros. Like anything, something new is difficult to change too and adopt.

ShopVox is definitely been a game changer in our business. I have gone through six previous shop POS operations systems... and none of them hold a candle to ShopVox. Every member of our team lives in ShopVox 5 days a week... We have been using ShopVox for the past 8 years and always scratch our head wondering what we did before.
Pros: The ability to manage all aspects of our shops performance, from quoting the customer to provide a proof and each step of the production management. The customer support is extremely responsive and we are usually able to connect directly with a support representative within 2 to 3 minutes.
Cons: We would like there to be a little bit more control on customizing some of our reports, ShopVox has been able to build custom reports for us as well. The help desk is very responsive as well it would be nice if they could connect virtually and walk us through support or tech issues we are having.

4.5/5, highly recommend. The software can be a little difficult for certain staff members over the age of 50 to understand, but any computer literate employee should be able to get the general idea of how to run it within a couple weeks.
Pros: Streamlined and Organized our business immensely. We were a paper order to quickbooks shop before this and would spend hours a day just locating orders, transferring data to quickbooks, pricing jobs, etc. Shopvox has essentially cut our work load in almost half. We chose shopvox over other platforms, like Inksoft and Deconetwork because we found that shopvox let us quickly create custom products and build customer accounts on the fly, while the prior two were more webstore only based. Shopvox also offers free meetings and has on demand customer support to help whenever you need it, all the other software we have tried wants you to pay for setting up your account, or for any other questions you may have, which i find ridiculous. The software engineers are also very helpful, and are super willing to work with you to accomodate new feature requests you have that benefit your business. Most of the time I reach out in hopes of adding something that will help our company they pull through.
Cons: 90% of shopvox is great, there is the occasional bug, but that usually gets fixed very quick, one small problem we have kind of ran into is sometimes the shopvox support can have a little trouble understanding what you're trying to convey, I have found that sending screen recordings and screenshots works far better, and that most other alternative software, like Deconetwork and such, charge you per hour for meetings or help. Shopvox does it all free so you can't really complain too much

Overall my experience has been good. I've been using shopvox (and their earlier version) since 2012. It's great that we can pull up all details about any job since then almost instantly.
Pros: The ability to manage everything about our custom production in one place. From quoting/pricing and invoicg to production managment, it's all tied together.
Cons: It would be great if they could expand on their api so we can try to automate more of of the integration with our production systems.

Shopvox is our first online system so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, We made the transition from paper dockets to this program back in July and it has been a complete game changer! I am so happy that we decided to go digital and use this platform. It has helped us stay on track and move through jobs quickly. It is very easy to keep track of projects and see what stage they are at if someone calls to inquire about a specific job. Thank you Shopvox!
Pros: I love how user friendly it is! Their support team is fantastic and are always quick to help.
Cons: Inputting everything was a hassle but it helped us get more organized. Nothing to do with the program itself!

Pros: Customer service is excellent. There is very little wait time for a representative to answer questions. The reps are knowledgeable and friendly. I like the live chat option that shopVOX offers.
Cons: On a few occasions there have been some quirks when importing to QB Desktop. However, when I do run into an issue (which is very rare) a rep is always able to fix the problem quickly.

The ShopVox app also offers various communication messages to keep customers informed while also validating workflow. The app is designed to run all facits of the Custom Apparel, Signs & Banners or Promotional products business.
Pros: The User help options are well designed with immediate responses to chats. The Application is easily integrated with our financial mangement tools offering simplified management reporting
Cons: The cost associated with adding a second user to the system. A small business plan should offer at least 2 individul users designed to handle 2 indipendent user logins sharing the same business data.

Great customer service and support, awesome job and client management systems, great for invoicing, accepting payments, creating quotes and sales orders.
Pros: ShopVox makes it extremely easy to view all projects and jobs in one screen on the Job Board as tiles. I don't have to worry that I'm forgetting about a project!
Cons: The Express version does not have a finance charge option.
