Easy onboarding and low learning curve; Support team is very accommodating and swiftly responses to our concerns.
Pros: Simplicity and Focus-oriented dashboard. Helps me track and prioritize what matters the most without overwhelming me.
Cons: For now we're still awaiting future developments, like the project dashboard and dedicated reports tool.

The best work organizer at least compare to Trello and Asana, which works fine but charges a lot of money.
Pros: The UI is very good. It works fine and it fits may work routine. The premium is affordable, I didn't have to pay large amount of money. My concern is that since I'm using this for my freelance work, none of the members like to use it pressure them while doing the job.
Cons: It should be more active in terms of notification. Since, I don't have time to always use it, it should at least have a feature where it can always remind of you any unfinish work.

my team and I, are happy with bordio! when i first signed up, they contacted me immediately over the phone and via whatsapp to help me get going. I told them that i didnt need help at the time, it was easy to use so i didnt really need help with onboarding, but they are very quick to respond if i have questions.
Pros: it is easy to use, technical team is very helpful and responsive. there are things to fix, but they listen to their users. we are happy using bordio, big help! great job!
Cons: there are a few minor bugs and glitches, but they are very responsive and they listen to their users. technical support is superb, so i dont mind encountering hiccups, because they will sure fix everything.

Its all awesome to work . Often we can upadte through the app which one is too better to communicate the further works
Pros: Really this app can feel free to work. Evenmore the group of us can update our date to day works. This app is really useful to work.
Cons: Actually the price of the first 3 months is too good. Afterwards u can charge more. So its the least one and negative side of this app

Love it. Still learning it but will recommend to others!
Pros: UI/UX not jarring. Very easy on the eyes. The calendar integration and display does the magic.
Cons: No way to track budgeting. Yet. Need an integration with zoom or a billing/invoicing application or if there could be a format inside the app itself would be nice.

Very efficient with easy usability for all level of working personnels.
Pros: Its easy and simple enough to work around.
Cons: The scrolling right-left cannot be done easily like in Trello if you have alot of statuses. Also, there was once case of server down for several hours, which affected our work.

Overall the experience with the Bordio software for task management with the tracker was outstanding, and I'll recommend to my team.
Pros: It is one of the best and easiest task management tools I have used. I recommended it to my office colleague.
Cons: Task Reminder Setting of the bordio website

Pros: simplicity and UI/UX makes it easy to track all projects with teams
Cons: Not that user friendly on mobile, can't navigate easily to personal tasks and team tasks

I was very pleased. Very useful and very adaptive
Pros: Very easy and intuitive to use, best tool to connect with your team and assign tasks in real time
Cons: In one year I couldn’t find anything to dislike

I use Bordio for work every day and have recommended it to several colleagues. I used to use Microsoft To-Do and honestly found it to be such a nightmare to work with. It was overwhelming to see all my tasks in one spot and not be able to see them in a calendar view. Bordio has made me much more efficient. Rather than being overwhelmed by email requests and having to remember my tasks by looking back through my emails, as soon as I get an email with a task I need to do, I quickly jot it down in Bordio. It has removed a lot of mental stress from my work.
Pros: I love that the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It's easy to drag and organize my tasks and visually compartmentalize everything. I love the calendar view for getting an easy visual of my day and week. It helps me to not feel overwhelmed when I can see my tasks spread out and scheduled over multiple days.
Cons: I wish that rather than booking a time block for tasks I could instead set a start and end time like an event, but still be able to mark it complete like a task. This would really help me organize my time better.

Pros: The Flexibility and constant updates to make it better
Cons: Honestly, nothing. Any suggestions I had have already been implemented
Kaylee P. · owner · Hospitality · July 12, 2024
We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp/Trello to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed. Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.
Pros: A huge advantage for us is the convenience and minimalism of the interface. Our team consists of many young people who are used to simplicity, and when we tried to implement other solutions (we tried OrangeScrum, Odoo, Trello, Jira), they were almost always met with resistance because they were complex and inconvenient.
Cons: We love Bordio, but there's one small feature we'd appreciate: the ability to move multiple tasks at once. Currently, rescheduling tasks individually can be time-consuming when projects get complex. Despite this minor inconvenience, we're impressed with how responsive the Bordio team has been to user feedback, and we're excited to see how the platform continues to evolve to meet users' needs.

I generally have a good experience with Bordio. We use it as it is and it’s been effective for us. We can also make multiple projects but still keep everything organized. It’s just the perfect task list for the people in the creative industry.
Pros: Everything is easy to setup. Literally takes only 1-2 steps to use a feature.
Cons: A little bit of popping colors would be great because it makes me more inspired to create new creatives.
Eva O. · Marketing Content Specialist · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · May 17, 2024
Bordio is a very convenient, useful and simple platform. It is important for me to have all my tasks in one place. Bordio has it all. Create, track tasks and lose nothing. And you can also communicate with colleagues directly in the task, which greatly simplifies the work process.
Pros: I like Bordio as a planning and productivity tool.
Cons: I'm happy with everything, but I would probably like a larger selection of colors.
Andris C. · Program director · Professional Training & Coaching · May 14, 2024
I'm not going to try a new app very soon because I'm loving every part of Bordio. It doesn't look cluttered at all and its pretty simple to setup. I like that I can track everything in a single board from our daily task to montly plans. We use itto setup daily tasks and expectations. we make sure that all of our members review their daily tasks and send messages in the message box for confirmation. If we don't get any replies or notifications , it means that we know we have to contact this person. Like this, our process has become more organized and efficient.
Pros: Minimal learning curve and useful features.
Cons: Would like to be able to insert a table in the notes sections for easier data representation.
Amanda Z. · Project Manager · Food Production · May 14, 2024
It has been really amazing with Bordio. As a coach, I can easily set appointments with my clients. I don't have to email them one by one just to do it. Bordio's Google Integration makes it easier to invite my clients to a meeting. They do not even need a Bordio account for me to do it. It saves me so much time. If are a person you who does a lot of meetings, I highly suggest that you use Bordio. You'll will be surprised on how easy it is.
Pros: I am more than satisfied with everything and there are no problems with the functions.
Cons: I can create many projects and see all tasks in one space.
Dimitri R. · Coach · Gambling & Casinos · May 13, 2024
Totally enjoying Bordio. Planning our daily operations has never been as easy as this. I get to pick how I view our work calendar and the most helpful is the filter function. I can choose and pick a member and see his availability for the whole week. Then, I can immediately message him within Bordio, too! But really the best part is anyone can see everyone’s schedules so we’re maintaining transparency and fairness to everyone in the restaurant.
Pros: I can see everyone’s schedule at a glance, and easily filter whose timetable I want to see.
Cons: Clock in and clock out system is a nice add on to Bordio’s features.
Julien K. · Business Owner · Food Production · May 13, 2024
Perfect! Is there anything to add there? And I’m not overhyping. The experience we had Bordio was extremely great. All of my researchers, writers, and designers were glad that we found and used Bordio. Paying extra $5/month was worth it because we were able to plan, create, and launch new programs for the new year.
Pros: Its features are similar to a basic Google Calendar but way, way, better.
Cons: It lacks colors to be honest. I wish there were more color options just to brighten up our project spaces.
Zanna B. · Educational Instructor · Primary/Secondary Education · May 7, 2024
I think Bordio is very underrated. I didn't find it through ads, but it showed up when I searched for a simple project management tool. I am leading an editing team of 5, and I want a tool where we can put all our inputs in one place so that I can have access to all of them. We used to have Google Drive to save all our documents, but I think it's less hassle if everything is in one platform including our communication. Not only that we can save up our files, but we can also exchange messages within the task card itself. Also, the notes section is helpful if we want to include some remarks and notes to a task.
Pros: All of features are helpful in making our editing process better and faster.
Cons: I wish I could customized the notes features even more so it’ll suit my editing.

It’s the only one that stuck to my whole team. Bordio is user-friendly, so my whole crew became so easily adapted to it. It’s an effective tool with a simple enough interface that looks like an office board. And it’s a negative thing because it makes our daily operations easy to follow. Bordio’s features are more than enough for us to stay consistent with the service and work we do at the hotel. I can’t think of any other apps that helped us on this level.
Pros: You can get so much just even just for the free version. But, with the paid version, it has become a more powerful tool to do exactly what we want!
Cons: I can’t think of anything major aside from a dark mode option.
Vladislav B. · Head of Operations · Hospitality · May 6, 2024
Other may like other fancy way of organizing a project, but for me, Bordio’s single board view is the best. I like that I can move forward and back, tasks cards and see them in a single board. For me, it’s a simple to look filed cards. And when the cards are done, they turn gray, still giving me something to look back at the end of the day or weeks, or during our evaluation process. I don’t lose any of my task cards. They stay to when you assign it to be.
Pros: It makes it simple to organize a bunch of orders using its simple task card system that can be seen in one view.
Cons: Sometimes, I’d like to keep a task card private to show that it’s already done instead of the task cards turning gray.
Maxim R. · Production Manager · Printing · May 6, 2024
You can play around the task cards and put much information and files you need to explain it. It is good because you can include everything your member has to know for the specific task. It’s pretty basic to understand, so you just to open the task card, see the details of the task, the deadline, and you can start working right away. There’s also chat box on the right side which is insanely helpful because it’s real-time! It’s like I’m using Telegram but built-in in Bordio.
Pros: Everyone can use it, even the most senior employee of your company. It’s so simple to use.
Cons: I love the messaging features of Bordio, but I would enjoy it even more if it has gifs and emoji options.
Vadim S. · CEO · Furniture · May 3, 2024
After a few months with Bordio’s premium subscription, I’ve easily become proficient on how to use it. I’ve already maximize its potential to use as our main task management tool. It basically allows me to lead my team in our marketing campaigns without confusing them with their tasks. Instead our schedules and deadlines have become clearer to them. They do not rush their content creation because they can have a great overview of our whole marketing campaign.
Pros: Bordio has a good number of features that most teams would actually use.
Cons: I wish there’s a table option in the notes section for better visual representation of data.
Sergejs K. · Director Sales Marketing · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 3, 2024
We use task cards as our to-do list. I assign tasks for each of our repairmen for the whole week and set deadlines for them. Also, I can see who doesn’t have much work to-do, so I can assign another task to him. When it comes to task task progress tracking, Bordio is so easy to use. Whenever the task is done, it automatically turns gray. I also like that the finished tasks/gray cards do not disappear in the system. It allows me to monitor everyone’s work for the day and every for the whole week.
Pros: I like that everything can be seen at a glance, making it easy to use.
Cons: We’ve been using Bordio for our everyday task management, but it would be better if they also have a time in and out of all added members.
