Zoho Social is a powerhouse for agencies and small businesses alike. It’s affordable, user-friendly, and packed with enough "smart" features to save you hours of manual work every week.
Pros: The visual planner is a game-changer. Being able to drag and drop posts across a calendar view sounds simple, but Zoho’s execution is flawless. It gives you a bird’s-eye view of your entire strategy, making it easy to spot gaps in your content schedule.
Cons: The bulk upload can be a little tricky, but usable if you get over the sticking points. I have used it, and I normally have to go back and fix a few small issues
Angelo B. · Manager · Retail · May 14, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho Social has been excellent. It has completely transformed how I handle digital presence for multiple brands. Instead of jumping between tabs, I have a "single pane of glass" that handles everything from high-level strategy to daily execution. It strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity, making it indispensable for anyone managing serious digital growth.
Pros: The SmartQ scheduling and the visual content calendar are game-changers. Being able to see the entire month’s strategy at a glance—and drag-and-drop posts to different days—saves hours of manual work. I also love the Canva integration, which allows me to design and attach visuals without ever leaving the dashboard.
Cons: While the reporting is very clean, I’d love to see even deeper historical data (beyond 6-12 months) for long-term trend analysis. Additionally, the mobile app is great for quick checks, but I still prefer the desktop version for complex multi-channel scheduling.

Pros: The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and the scheduling tools save us a huge amount of time across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. The analytics dashboard is especially useful for tracking engagement and identifying which content performs best.
Cons: So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues with Zoho Social. Smooth and reliable experience. Recommended.
Tamas Z. · CEO · Security and Investigations · May 11, 2026
It has been excellent. I open it once a week and schedule all my posts for the next week, and I'm done.
Pros: I liked how easy it was to schedule all my posts weeks in advance. It also provides great metrics for the published posts. Even the pricing is great. Total value for money.
Cons: There is nothing that I have encountered till now. If something comes up, I will share it at a later date. I am not a big influencer. So this is fitting all my requirements as of now.
Cdr Bimal R. · CEO · Education Management · May 11, 2026
It is an excellent all-in-one hub for managing my social media, with intuitive scheduling, clear analytics, and a clean dashboard that saves me a ton of time every week.
Pros: Easy to use for a beginner and access to all social media accounts. Easy to setup and and configure.
Cons: I have yet to find something I don't like about Zoho. I suppose if I had to pick something, I wish it was a little cheaper.
Mark H. · Principal Developer · Computer Software · May 11, 2026
The platform feels reliable, professional, and well-designed for both individuals and small teams managing online communities and brand communication.
Pros: The scheduling tools are intuitive, and the analytics dashboard makes it simple to track engagement, audience growth, and post performance. I also appreciate how organized the platform feels compared to many other social media management tools.
Cons: They could cover more social platforms and give access to bots One limitation is that the platform could support more social media networks and deeper integrations with automation tools or AI bots.
Alessandro M. · President · Non-Profit Organization Management · May 10, 2026
overall great and looking foward to using more if it espessially with the premium package maybe we can get our brand out there a little better
Pros: It was really easy to set up and connect multiple apps, it's made posting campaigns a lot eaiser across board
Cons: these may already exist nd i havn't found them, but it would be nice to have inegrations to platforms like canva or ai agents
Sanele R. · Director · Accounting · May 9, 2026
Overall a 10 out of 10. I have not been able to use all the tools they offer but will at some point.
Pros: Fantastic application! Did not skip a beat during out severe weather coverage. Very easy to use and maintain. Makes it super simple to utilize several market media outlets at once instead of having to update each one individually. Task management is an A+. Customer support was fantastic and the value is beyond the expectations.
Cons: Nothing to report in all honesty. If anything our internet connection was the only thing bringing it down during out severe weather coverage.
Dustin P. · President · Information Services · May 7, 2026
Overall, Zoho Social has been an amazing tool for me, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their social media management.
Pros: I’ve had a great experience using Zoho Social. It’s made managing my content so much easier, especially being able to post to both Instagram and TikTok from one place. I also love how simple it is to schedule and share posts directly to my Instagram Stories—it really helps me stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. The platform is very user-friendly, and everything feels organized and easy to navigate. It saves me time, keeps my social media flowing, and lets me focus more on my business instead of stressing over posting.
Cons: One thing I don’t love is that the Reels options aren’t as flexible as I’d like. While you can post Reels, the experience isn’t as smooth or fully featured compared to posting directly on Instagram, which can be a little limiting at times.

Pros: seems easy to use the only thing i wish it had was a way to put in lots of pics and have it make sevral posts from them
joseph w. · owner · Retail · May 5, 2026
Smart scheduling, great approvals plu our team picked it up quickly, and the difference it has made to how consistently we show up for our audience has been remarkable.
Pros: The platform is straightforward to set up & easy for a small team to adopt without training. Zoho gave our small but dedicated social media team a structured, professional way to plan, schedule, and track content across platforms, without the overwhelm.
Cons: The initial setup had a few bumps linking our Facebook page took more effort than expected. The linking process was more complicated than it needed to be and caused some initial frustration.
Thabile M. · Head of Shared Services · Non-Profit Organization Management · May 4, 2026
Pros: Great task management tool! It is very easy to use, smooth, and intuitive. The features are well-designed, practical, and highly useful for organizing and tracking daily work efficiently. Highly recommended!

Zoho Social is a powerhouse for multi-channel management. Its intuitive dashboard streamlines scheduling across all major platforms, while the SmartQ feature optimizes post timing for maximum engagement. With robust analytics and seamless collaboration tools, it’s an essential, cost-effective operator for agencies looking to scale their digital distribution efficiently. 🫡👊🔥
Pros: What stands out most about Zoho Social is how it simplifies the chaos of multi-platform management. It is incredibly easy to use, featuring a clean, intuitive interface that removes the steep learning curve found in other enterprise tools. The drag-and-drop calendar makes visual planning effortless, while the SmartQ system takes the guesswork out of timing by identifying when your audience is most active. For an operator managing multiple brands, the ability to monitor real-time interactions and schedule weeks of content from a single dashboard is a game-changer. It’s built for speed, efficiency, and total control. 🫡👊🔥
Cons: While the platform is a workhorse, the mobile app can feel a bit restrictive compared to the desktop experience. It’s great for quick checks, but deep-dive analytics or complex post-formatting are definitely smoother on a larger screen. Additionally, the reporting customization is solid, but if you’re looking for hyper-granular, white-labeled reports for a dozen different clients, the standard templates can feel a little rigid. That said, for day-to-day distribution and scheduling, these are minor hurdles in an otherwise top-tier system. It’s a reliable tool that just has a few "office-only" preferences

Overall a good experience. I am looking forward to adding more brands and using the task and content management features.
Pros: Easily managed to connect my clients and teams to Zoho socials. So far the best agency version I have used.
Cons: Doesnt have Instagram stories with trending audio so difficult to post to reels to Instagram. You have to manually post from your phone sometimes.
Itumeleng M. · Founder and CEO · Marketing and Advertising · April 29, 2026
Overall, my experience has been very positive. Zoho Social has helped me stay organized and consistent with my content strategy. It simplifies planning, posting, and tracking performance, which is key for growth. For the price, it offers great value and covers most essential needs.
Pros: Zoho Social is very efficient for scheduling and managing multiple social media accounts in one place. The interface is clean, easy to use, and helps save a lot of time. I especially like the scheduling calendar, bulk posting, and performance analytics. It’s very useful for small businesses and content creators who need consistency.
Cons: Some advanced features are limited compared to more expensive tools. The mobile experience could be smoother, and occasionally there are delays when syncing posts or analytics. Also, integrations with some platforms could be improved.
walter d. · ceo · Broadcast Media · April 28, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho Social has been positive for core social media management, especially scheduling and multi-platform publishing, but it's held back by shallower analytics and occasional mobile hiccups.
Pros: I appreciate Zoho Social's intuitive scheduling features most, as they streamline posting across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok from one dashboard. Users frequently highlight how the drag-and-drop publishing calendar, content queues, and SmartQ predictions save significant time compared to tools like Buffer.
Cons: its limited customization for advanced analytics and reporting,Lacks advanced segmentation or custom dashboards; exports are basic CSV-only
Anonymous User · Growth Engineer · Judiciary · April 28, 2026
Pros: It was simple, straightforward, and had all the features I need. Apps like Facebook and Meta are notoriously horrible. I have used many others like Later.com and Hootsuite. This is the best by far. I am shocked
Cons: Honestly, nothing. The only thing anyone can really complain about is that it's not quite as "slick" as the other apps visually. But I prefer that. Some apps go too far in trying ot be user friendly that they end up being user-frustrating.
Aidan H. · Chief Consultant and Creative Officer · Marketing and Advertising · April 27, 2026
Zoho Social’s been pretty solid for me. It makes juggling different social media accounts a whole lot easier—I just hop onto the dashboard, and everything’s right there. I really like how it handles content planning and keeps track of engagement and performance. Honestly, sticking to a posting schedule feels effortless now, and my social media game’s definitely smoother because of it.
Pros: Value for Money: You get solid features here without breaking the bank—especially handy if you’re a small business or a startup juggling multiple social accounts. Ease of Use: The dashboard’s clean and easy to navigate. There’s a visual content calendar that makes scheduling and publishing a breeze once you get the hang of it. Features: The essentials are all here—post scheduling, real-time monitoring, and detailed analytics. These tools genuinely help boost your content’s performance. Marketing & Brand Management: It’s great for keeping your brand’s voice steady and your posts consistent across different platforms, all from one spot. Task Management: The collaboration tools are pretty straightforward. Features like assigning roles and getting approvals work well for small teams trying to keep things moving. Customer Support: Support replies quickly and usually has answers. Plus, the guides and documentation are actually helpful when you get stuck.
Cons: Value for Money: A lot of the good stuff sits behind pricier plans, so if you're working with a tight budget, it might sting a bit. Ease of Use: At first glance, all the dashboards and options can overwhelm beginners. It takes a little getting used to. Features: When you stack it up against higher-end competitors, it doesn’t have advanced automation or those deep integrations some folks need. Marketing & Brand Management: Customizing reports or client-facing documents is pretty limited, so branding can feel a bit generic. Task Management: It's fine for basic teamwork, but if you're looking for serious project management, this won't cut it. Email Marketing: The email features are bare-bones—definitely not a stand-in for a full-service email platform. Customer Support: Sometimes, you’ll get help right away. Other times, especially with trickier questions, you might wait awhile.
Anonymous User · CEO · Financial Services · April 23, 2026
Pros: Zoho comes packed with great features that make posting to social a breeze. It's easy to use, there is great support and all within a cost effective package.
Cons: Posting to Instagram can take a little while, but this is often addressed and resolved quickly, without errors.
Oscar F. · Director · Marketing and Advertising · April 16, 2026
Smooth, clean, and intuitive—that’s the rhythm Zoho Social moves in. The dashboard is easy to navigate, even for teams juggling multiple campaigns and platforms. Scheduling posts feels effortless, analytics are clear and actionable, and onboarding new team members is quick. There’s no steep learning curve—just plug in, power up, and start promoting.
Pros: Zoho Social delivers powerful tools at a price point that feels almost unfair—in a good way. From scheduling and publishing to analytics and team collaboration, everything you need to grow a brand online is packed into one platform. For a mission-driven organization like Lifabetics Win, where every dollar matters, this platform stretches your investment and multiplies your reach. You’re not just paying for software—you’re gaining a strategic partner that helps amplify your voice without the high cost of larger competitors.
Cons: Trying to post the same message everywhere without tailoring it? That’s like wearing one outfit to every occasion—it just doesn’t fit right. Not having the ability to customize content for each social network while scheduling takes away the magic of platform-specific storytelling. Every channel has its own rhythm, its own language—and without that flexibility, your message can lose its punch before it even lands.
Anonymous User · Marketing Director · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 16, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho Social has been exceptional. It has transformed a fragmented workflow into a single, cohesive dashboard, saving me hours of manual scheduling while providing deep insights that actually help grow my online presence.
Pros: I like advanced scheduling, deep analytics, and intuitive design which making it the ultimate tool for scaling your social media impact effortlessly.
Cons: While the social inbox is functional, it could be more robust for handling high volumes of direct messages and comments across all platforms.
Nebojsa D. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · April 16, 2026
Overall, I would definitely recommend Zoho social if you are looking to outsource your social media management to someone. Even if you are handling it on your own, it gives a One stop platform to post content on multiple social media handles at one go.
Pros: Ease of use is the first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of Zoho social. It has a comprehensive list of features that one can use that makes scheduling, posting, monitoring a breeze.
Cons: On a couple of occasions the scheduled post did not get published. Apart from that everything was a breeze
Anonymous User · Director · Broadcast Media · April 15, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho Social has been very positive. It’s a reliable and efficient tool for managing multiple social media accounts from a single platform. The scheduling feature, content calendar, and real-time monitoring make it easy to stay consistent and organized with posting.
Pros: Zoho Social stands out for its intuitive interface, powerful scheduling, and insightful analytics, making social media management efficient and easy for both individuals and teams
Cons: Zoho Social has some limitations in lower-tier plans, occasional performance issues, and a UI that could be more refined, along with restrictions in publishing and platform support.
ABDUL W. · Digital Marketer · Design · April 13, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho Social has been good because it helps manage multiple social media accounts from one place, schedule posts easily, and track engagement. It saves time, though some features need a little learning at first.
Pros: Best platform for adding different accounts like linkedln and other social media platform at one place and marketing all together with just one post and scheduling future posts.
Cons: What I liked least about Zoho Social is that some advanced features feel limited in lower plans, and the interface takes time to fully understand for first-time users. Reporting customization could also be more flexible.
SHABBIR B. · DIRECTOR · Automotive · April 13, 2026
Overall, my experience with Zoho Social has been very positive. It’s a reliable and user-friendly platform for planning, scheduling, and analyzing social media content. The dashboard makes day-to-day social media management efficient, and the analytics are useful for tracking what’s working. While the pricing could be more flexible, the platform itself delivers strong value through ease of use and solid functionality.
Pros: The user interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate, even for first-time users. Scheduling posts across multiple social media platforms is simple, and the content calendar gives a clear visual overview of campaigns. I especially liked how easy it is to monitor engagement, track performance, and collaborate with team members without confusion.
Cons: The pricing can feel a bit high, especially for small businesses or solo users who only need basic scheduling and analytics features. Some advanced reporting and collaboration features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which makes scaling expensive. I also feel the lower plans could offer slightly better value for the cost.
