Pros: I liked the digital nature of the art books. This was key for us during Covid as we couldn’t have our art shows
Cons: It was clunky and froze often. This may have been upgraded since 2022 which is the last time we used it.

I love using Flipsnack and feel the tools it offers has enhanced my presentations and website creations. There are so many different layouts, editing tools, and GIF options. It also allows you to add links as needed or buttons, it really is a great site to create an interactive informational page on what you are marketing.
Pros: Flipsnack is a wonderful software to use for presentations, as there are many options to choose from. I have used Flipsnack to create brochures, interactive social media pages, and flyers. It truly is the best marketing tool with many different templates to choose from depending on your specific needs.
Cons: I’d say the biggest con to Flipside would be the cost aspect. While there are different options for the package you choose from, as well as a free version, we have had to pick the extensive plan due to the security restrictions and the amount of users needing access. I believe paying for the higher package in general should allow multiple users.

My overall experience with Flipsnack has been excellent. It’s reliable, secure, and fast. I’ve been able to create interactive content that looks professional and engaging without needing any design background. The value for money is great, considering the quality and features it provides.
Pros: I really like how easy it is to use Flipsnack. The platform has a very smooth learning curve, and the templates make creating professional-looking flipbooks effortless. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I didn’t need much time to get started. I also appreciate the publishing options—it’s quick to share my flipbooks online or embed them on my website.
Cons: Sometimes the customization options could be a bit more flexible, especially with advanced design tweaks. But overall, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience.

To me it was not convincing as I was a starter. So in essence, the pricing and implementation where an obstacle. The end result looks really good though. I miss the possibility to insert video or maybe I this has been added.
Pros: The examples in the portfolio were appealing and the previews of projects and magazines made with this slide, page turner.
Cons: I couldn't find a free trial use and I didn't want it to be too complex in the integration in my Wordpress site at the time. So I opted for another app which allowed me to try a few magazines at first.

Thought monthly subscriptions would allow more flipbooks. Contact with customer support is very limited
Pros: Ease of use. But customer service and quantity per subscription is not worth the cost. Trying flipxtm5, seems a lot better.
Cons: Only allow a small amount of active flipbooks. Must delete to make more. Cost more than others with this feature

Great experience and the results are a perfect directory.
Pros: Flipsnack does a wonderful job on crafting the Footwear Show New York Expo's directory. User friendly platform with quality results.
Cons: Thus far I am happy with results nothing negative to share.

I absolutely love this platform! We’ve been using Flipsnack for our Sooo. Magazines for several years now, and it has been a game-changer. It’s stable, user-friendly, and makes designing and publishing effortless. Plus, Flipsnack continuously improves its functionality, keeping up with evolving needs. What truly sets them apart is their responsiveness— they’ve actively listened to our requests and even made custom adjustments to help us grow in the direction we envision. Highly recommended!
Pros: The Magazine feel, the digital solutions. Easy to use.
Cons: Can't really think of any negative issues regarding Flipsnack
Siv S. · CEO · Publishing · January 31, 2025
It could be more automated. I have to type in, redesign everything anew with each new issue.
Pros: The multi functions to create a magazine!
Cons: I mislike that with the starter account you pay around 200 Euros per year, but stay with 10 issues, which in the end you have to overwrite that is reuse to create new issues. Why for the money paid not obtaining a new set of 10 extra magazines. Why pay each year and for what in the end?

My clients love that I put all their consulting documents, collateral, timelines, and resources in one easy to navigate place.
Pros: Ease of use and ability to edit published documents.
Cons: Navigation is a bit tricky at the beginning, but once you learn your way around it is pretty easy.
Rusty L. · President · Professional Training & Coaching · January 30, 2025
It’s generally easy to use. And I have my finished collection of reports easily available.
Pros: It’s a beautiful way to share back reports to clients instead of sending a pdf. And the possibility to insert videos in my docs.
Cons: The price. And limited functionality outside publishing our docs.
Lene L. · Director · Education Management · January 30, 2025
I had a fantastic experience using Flipsnack! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create, customize, and share digital flipbooks effortlessly. The intuitive interface allows for smooth navigation, and the drag-and-drop features make designing publications a breeze. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding! The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s clear that Flipsnack values its users and is committed to providing a seamless experience. Highly recommend Flipsnack for anyone looking for a professional and hassle-free digital publishing solution!
Pros: The easy interface, flexibility, professional customer service, and variety of options
Cons: I haven't found any yet. Even when I encountered a problem or even wanted to check out an upgrade option, they came to me and allowed me to experience a more advanced plan without obligation so that I could make an informed decision about whether to upgrade.

I'm using Flipsnack for a couple of years now. From the start on it's very easy to use. Since I'm using it there where some changes to the product, but they were all subtle, so the original product stays intact.
Pros: Easy to use. It does what you expect of such a product. Interface is nice and clean. Doesn't take much time to publish.
Cons: Limited to only 10 publications (for the subscription I have).
Joost D. · Webmaster · Newspapers · January 28, 2025
Very positive! I really enjoy working with Flipsnack.
Pros: The innovations it brings to my projects!
Cons: There are changes/updates and I sometimes lose track. But I can still watch the videos and get up-to-date.
Elina V. · Homecare Agency · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 28, 2025
I enjoy flipsnack and use it as an integral part of my business however I do find it very time consuming to create documents
Pros: Its ability to use anywhere. The cloud based software is handy
Cons: Cut and paste doesn’t work well from a page more than 1 page away. The design functionality is difficult to master
Terraze A. · Director · Arts and Crafts · January 27, 2025
It's great. Flipsnack helps us to show all of our content in easily accessible ways.
Pros: I like that I can offer pdfs behind password protection or create bookshelves for similar content.
Cons: I wish there were options to easily split a PDF if I accidentally upload a layout instead of individual pages.
Megan M. · Marketing Specialist · Publishing · January 27, 2025
Very good, I have been using it for several years now, and they always move forward.
Pros: The fact that I can make multiple online catalogues. But also I can upload existing ones.
Cons: When you make a online catalogue, you can not use it for print. Allthough they offer a service to print it anyway, it’s expensive.
Myriam B. · Marketing Manager · Business Supplies and Equipment · January 27, 2025
So glad I found this resource and I would highly recommend it!
Pros: Ease of use and intuitiveness. Makes me look like I spent hours and hours on a custom brochure!
Cons: I always import my pdfs so not sure how easy it is to create in Flipsnack. Otherwise, I have no complaints!
Kelly D. · Graphic Designer · Graphic Design · January 27, 2025
Great experience! Whenever we have issues it's easy to chat with someone to help us resolve. This allows us to provide our clients a slick professional digital booklets for their employees.
Pros: Easy to edit - clean and straight forward platform
Cons: At first, we would forget if we published it as private vs public and you couldn't go back to fix it. That was a while ago... maybe that function is better by now?
Tricia B. · Senior Account Manager · Insurance · January 27, 2025
I think it works well for our clients but the price is too high for the enterprise option and we will most likely be downgrading our service. Having a separate dashboard for each client would be useful if it was the right price.
Pros: Flipsnack is a great way to add interactivity to PDF content. It is a great alternative to printing documents and making them more visually appealing and engaging.
Cons: I don't think there are enough benefits to having the enterprise account for the price it is. I think the addons for making the account exclusive to one client is too high and should be part of the standard enterprise account.
Chris T. · Senior Creative · Graphic Design · January 23, 2025
Overall I'm very happy with it. The software makes our lives much easier.
Pros: It is really easy to use and create flip books, the design features are pretty simple and work well. None of my team are graphic designers so anything that makes it easy to make beautiful flip books is a bonus for us.
Cons: Because we are a team we sometimes have two people working on different books at the same time. Flipsnack only allows one user to login to the system without having a expensive program. I wish we could have two users on the system at once.
Bradley L. · Golf Professional · Sports · January 22, 2025
I’ve used it a ton for a number of different situations.
Pros: It’s so easy to use. No training is necessary! I love it.
Cons: No real cons here. It’s easy and quick to figure out.
Susan M. · Owner · E-Learning · January 22, 2025
The service has been rock solid and provides another source to showcase client work and archive for sales purposes.
Pros: It is very intuitive and quite easy to use.
Cons: Sometimes organizing the folders is cumbersome. Pricing is a bit steep for a small shop that isn't a frequent user.
Jack M. · Owner · Marketing and Advertising · January 22, 2025
overall, very positive. a big fan of vertical scroll
Pros: customization with books - the ability to design them exactly how we want them to look is a big advantage.
Cons: inability to archive books so they always live on our account but don't count as one of our active flipbooks.
Tyler A. · Partnership services Director · Sports · January 21, 2025
It has been very easy to use, no problems learning how to use it - it is very easy.
Pros: Flipsnack is easy to use. We just upload a PDF of our newsletter and can easily change out pages if need be. It makes it so easy to send out a large newsletter for our members to read.
Cons: We have not encountered any issues nor do we dislike anything on Flipsnack.
Marti W. · Administrator · Hospitality · January 21, 2025
Flipsnack is a great choice for making items such as catalogs and newsletters but certain things and features can be prohibitive to smaller business owners such as cost, etc.
Pros: I love that it has tons of customization options such as colors, fonts, videos, and even animations which makes it a great choice for a wide variety of flipbook projects and Flipsnack also has a large variety of templates to choose from.
Cons: I don't like that the features on the free plan are severely limited and it can sometimes struggle with larger files and relies heavily on the user having a stable internet connection.
