GoodDay

Pros: GoodDay has numerous likeable features. My favorite being the user interface feature. From the start, it was easy to navigate and use. Even for those who are not technically competent.

Cons: GoodDay has some disadvantages. The main one being its tendency to crash and be unresponsive at times. If this happens, then all work is not saved and has to be re-done.

Pros: Great tool which can easily beat other competitors. Very fast and well developed.

Cons: Unfortunatelly it is not very well known because there is no marketing, communication towards customers and customer support is non existent.

Pros: Easy workflow and project management, it's a life saver handling 60 some people

Cons: Logging in was sort of an issue at first

Pros: Easy to customize for our business. Ensures important tasks are not lost/forgotten. Improved communication.

Cons: The main project list is hard to scroll down, but there are multiple other options to get to the information so it is not a deal breaker.

Pros: The ease of use and smooth and responsive software.

Cons: Nothing, I just hope you include timeline as well were I can create a product roadmap with sub-task that will be a game changer.

Pros: GoodDay is very easy to use despite a sheer amount of functionality, tools and cutomization options. Many of our teams and departments have had great success in implementing GoodDay in their everyday work and processes. Sharing tasks, information, files and keeping eye on resource usage, including work time, is very simple, yet powerful enough for any project management flow.

Cons: This is a hard one, so far no major blockers or issues have arisen. The constant, high quality flow of product updates and new features makes it very difficult to want to move away from it.

Pros: - Ease of use - Pricing suitable for small-midsize businnesses - Customizable - Time Tracking - Can easily switch views from Gantt to Board or WorkLoad etc...

Cons: - Basic search function not very powerful (advanced search works great though) - Cannot send reports by email (Executive Reports or Any) --> There are Reports but all online. And there might be a way to do it, never asked for it.

Pros: Able to add comments to tasks. Multi devices possibilities

Cons: Possibility to look at other users on mobile device

Pros: - complexity - clarity - ease of operation - lots of pros ;)

Cons: - some features I have mentioned in the survey special status for project manager (no changes avail without him knowing) - maybe administrator has that right? not sure. in my organization we are all users (just operation director is an admin) - so we all have equal rights - I had situation when someone changed delivery dates and I have not noticed that. didnt even know who changed it.

Pros: Value for money, flexibility, good on-line documentation.

Cons: Difficult to customize views (e.g. tasks by users), the options are limited.

Pros: I manage my projects and responsibilities. It is quite easy to use, making it simple to organize and keep track of everything I need to complete. The time tracking for work was easy to use and customized workflows helped me to complete our software goal on time.

Cons: It was overwhelming at the beginning when I did not use it properly. It had a lot of features and customization options which led to complexity for me. Sometimes the complexity can slow you down.

Pros: Easy enough setup. Layout looks okay to deal with.

Cons: Repeating tasks. could not get that to work properly.

Pros: Para empezar es una plataforma que me ayuda a crear y organizar tareas,subtareas,eventos y elementos de trabajo personalizado,es flexible e intuitivo,proporciona una variedad de herramientas de colaboracion que permite a los equipos comunicarse de manera rapida ,te ayuda a gestionar varios proyectos a la vez.

Cons: la atencion al cliente deja mucho que decear.

Pros: J'apprécie vraiment l'intuitivité de GoodDay. Il offre d'excellents outils pour la planification et la gestion quotidienne des tâches, rendant ma journée de travail bien organisée et productive. Il est facile à mettre en œuvre et adopté rapidement par mon équipe.

Cons: Cependant, j'ai remarqué quelques problèmes d'ergonomie, ce qui peut rendre certaines fonctionnalités un peu compliquées pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. J'aimerais également voir plus d'intégrations avec d'autres outils que j'utilise.

Pros: Best in tracking easily all of our project tasks, and their progress, and storing files in one spot. Compared to other tools on the market, it is more accessible for me, which allows a novice user to easily navigate the platform.

Cons: No cons as the platform works perfectly fine as of the moment.

Pros: Easy to use and integrate in your company.Easy to setup.A lot of features that help manage all your projects.

Cons: Tracking could be better.

Pros: Managing multiple projects. Easy to use.

Cons: Manual sorting is not consistent between templates and created projects. Can't edit task title from table/list view.

Pros: L'ampia possibilità di personalizzare i tipi di progetto e di task è molto funzionale.I colori sono molto utili per individuare le categorie di progetti.

Cons: Non è stato piacevole apprendere che la creazione di nuovi tipi di task non è più gratuita come nelle precedenti release.Per poter avere una visione globale sarebbe utile avere la possibilità di creare utenze fittizie per poter tracciare l'assegnazione delle attività a persone che non sono integrate nello strumento (collaboratori esterni)

Pros: The best thing about GoodDay is that it has all the functionalities that we need to keep us Organized both in production and in management. I wish we’d find it earlier. Amazing product.

Cons: The crm functionality that isn’t 100% implemented in the projects. But after talking face to face with GoodDay (amazing support) they informed me that it’s on their to do list the next weeks.

Pros: It's extremely easy to use, it's got all the functions you need, really a few useless functions so that choosing the right one is fast.

Cons: Really a few things. Let's say I don't like the fact that I can't track my time in advance, that in some occasions could be useful.

Pros: Ho provato svariati software per il project e task management. Questo è quello che mi ha convinto di più (anche tenendo in considerazione il prezzo). Dopo un periodo di prova gratuito, anche se avremmo potuto continuare ad usarlo gratuitamente rinunciando ad alcune funzionalità, abbiamo deciso di pagare l'abbonamento perché è veramente di grande aiuto. Il costo è comunque molto inferiore ai suoi diretti concorrenti. Le soluzioni gratuite invece sono inutilizzabili.

Cons: L'unico difettuccio che ho riscontrato è che nel Gantt, quando si regola la lunghezza dei sotto-task, il task (o folder) contenitore non si regola automaticamente esempio: se faccio un task che dura 5 giorni lo divido in due task, uno da 2 e l'altro da 3 giorni, poi decido di ridurre la durata del secondo sottotask a 2 giorni, mi piacerebbe che il Task che fa da cappello si auto-regolasse a 4 giorni. Sarebbe comodissimo.
