Pros: Maintenance Management and the way it help keep the organization strong. And the way the system enhances the team work. Within our company.
Cons: So far i have not like the the system. Hopefully we will not have a part we like least. Just Hopefully we can tie our slack interface with our Maintanx.

We have been having a good experience with the product. The team has learned the basics quickly and now we are working on their clarity of reporting.
Pros: I love how MaintainX is very intuitive and user friendly. We have found it easy to teach our staff and deploy across the museum so staff can send us workorders.
Cons: It takes some time to get all the data loaded in about your facilities to really be able to take advantage of its analytics.

So far, my experience with MaintainX is great! I really like how intuitive and easy it is to build reports and customize dashboards. I also like how easy it was to integrate MaintainX with external software.
Pros: It is intuitive and easy to use. I like that MaintianX support staff are very responsive and helpful. The training academy is a valuable resource and very helpful to get one up and going in MaintainX.
Cons: At the moment, I cannot think of anything that I don't like about MaintainX. The only issue I can think of is a minor point. I would like to see where work order reports can be positioned side-by-side in a custom dashboard. This request has been submitted to MaintainX, and I hope to see it implemented.

Get overall experience. Great CMMS and excellent customer service. [sensitive content hidden] is our Maintain X tech support and does a great job keeping us aligned with our plant KPIs.
Pros: Very user friendly and fast learning curve. Great value for the money. Very easy to submit user requests and navigate work orders.
Cons: A little difficult to manage PM start times/due dates and technician scheduling availability in Maintain X since our plant works a 24/7 shift coverage.

I was an eMaint user for about five years, and to be honest, I did not want to switch to MaintainX—it was a decision made by company leadership. However, a short time ago [sensitive content hidden] stepped in as our Customer Success Manager, and that completely changed my perspective. After working with [sensitive content hidden] through several challenges, her passion for customer success and her ability to quickly understand issues and provide practical solutions became very clear. Her support, communication, and commitment to helping us get the most out of MaintainX made the transition much smoother and significantly improved my overall experience with the platform.
Pros: MaintainX does a great job simplifying maintenance operations while keeping the team connected and accountable, backed by outstanding customer service.
Cons: I would like the option to receive notifications for new work requests only. Currently, I receive notifications for everything, which can be overwhelming.

From the start, it's been wonderful! Excellent customer service and each time I have an issue, there's a thorough answer being explained to me. We've rolled out ~15 organizations at our company and its gained a lot of traction. Everyone i have worked with all say they enjoy working with MaintainX.
Pros: The simplicity of the software is unmatched along with the customer service team! Navigating through the software is very intuitive which helps with adoption.
Cons: There have been quite a number of changes that sometimes are hard to keep track of - for the most part they are communicated by the team and explained.

Pros: easy to operate and do reports tracking pm schedules. keeping records of what has been done and parts used for the work as well as what we have on hand
Cons: Need to upgrade to use AI. There really isn't anything else. except that extra full users cost more if you need them to have full access

Great platform that has helped us manage thousands of assets across many different locations. Easy to implement and add new users to expand its reach.
Pros: Ease of use and rich feature set. Consistently being updated with new features which make a different to the customers.
Cons: Metrics can sometimes be difficult to use. When the data doesnt align with what the graphs are showing which can require needing to correct some errors manually.

The overall experience with MaintainX has been great. Our maintenance teams enjoy how easy it is to use, the amount of features they can take advantage of, and the reporting functionality.
Pros: I enjoy the relationships built between my organization and the MaintainX account representatives and customer success teams. They are interested in our success and have been great partners to work with.
Cons: I wish there were more customization options within MaintainX. Additionally, more features related to Global Organization functionality that would help with managing our organization from an enterprise level.

Overall, it is a great program. It has been easy to use overall and keeps workorders organized for Maintenance needs.
Pros: Helps greatly in managing workorders. Scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly helps to keep things organized.
Cons: Need an understanding of Automations to see if this will work within the company. Pulling reports can be time consuming.

Pros: MaintainX was an upgrade from the previous system we used. We could create filters for tasks and properties as well as calculate pay for our maintenance teams.
Cons: It was a little cumbersome to use when trying to send pay reports to our maintenance crew. It also was glitchy.

Great. All my account managers and people I have talked to have been great. There was a time when they were subbing out support to foreign country and made things incredibly difficult with the language barrier.
Pros: The ability to track all aspects of our asset lists and see when work orders were created. Accountability is key!
Cons: The switched the work order trigger based on hour meters to automations. It is clunky and it looks like its in Beta. This is the one that that we used alot and what I wished that wasn't changed. I know that it is bc it is going in the direction of AI controlled and I just don't like my options being limited.

It's been excellent and is enhancing the team's workflow and credibility vis-a-vis internal clients and executive leadership
Pros: The interface offered a comprehensive functionality for managing complex maintenance environment with an agile team. Unlimited requesters who were not required to download and app. and clean interface and reporting functionality for managing team members and administrators.
Cons: Rollout was somewhat difficult to get going without dedicated internal support. This was more of a problem with our org. and less MaintainX, but making implementation simple for smaller organizations would increase the reach of the tool.

Pros: The quick ability to add jobs for our maintenance crew. it is a nice addition to our company to keep track of projects and allow our crew to upload progress photos. and comments. it has been a useful tool for us to monitor jobs and ensure they are being completed as needed.
Cons: No real cons. some of the reports are a little too detailed for us. a nice feature would be to be able to export an excel report that can include photos and data such as time it took to complete job, start and end date and notes that were made on the work order

My overall experience with MaintainX has been positive. From the user interface, to the parts tracking, asset management, and work order assignment, this aspect of my job has become a lot more streamlined. I have more time to do other more hands on aspects of my job now that my back of house is more efficient.
Pros: It has opened up a lot of new efficiencies in our workflow, parts management, inventory tracking and work order capture. Allowing other employees to submit work orders in a way that seamlessly integrates into the way I assign work orders to my staff has been a big improvement on a bootstrap google sheet.
Cons: A lot of features seem to be moving to the enterprise level tier. While Maintainx is a great partner in that they're able to work with you on pricing, the enterprise tier simply isn't in the budget for the what it offers currently.

Fantastic product to work with. Since implementation, maintaining our locations has been more efficient.
Pros: Work order creation. parts inventory. Ability to use AI. User requests are easy. Security seems decent. Customer support has been awesome. Maintenance management has been easier. User interface has been smooth. Decent value for the money.
Cons: Nothing yet. Currently still setting up the program. Hopefully will have more insight later this year.

We have been very pleased with the program and the ability for us to record maintenance events and maintain as history.
Pros: We appreciate the ease of the user interface and the ability to access on multiple device platforms.
Cons: One of our uses of the platform is to account for field inventories and 1000's of assets using RFID. Having a better integration or imbedded capability would be helpful.

We literally went from 3 part paper work orders to a centralized system with accountabilities. Reporting data to the organization has significantly improved our presence and has also allowed us additional visibility within the organization. "look at how many things we did this month", etc.
Pros: entering and tracking work orders and the ability to produce reports that are useful to the department as well as the organization. It has become a useful tool in managing our assets.
Cons: I wish there was a module specific to vehicle management. I also would like to see a breakdown, of work orders, by department. Maybe there is a way of coding each department and assigning that code to each of their staff. This would be helpful when looking at the data and determining what department uses the system most and then resource management.

Great product, just need more time to get familiar with the program and rolled out to staff. We've been using it for ~9 months, and are still working through our process to incorporate further.
Pros: Maintenance management, helps us keep track of what our maintenance staff are doing. I also enjoy the asset tracking and metering of our equipment.
Cons: mobile version, not as intuitive compared to computer version. Hard for some of my associates to use throughout the day
