Very good! They were very easy to work with and the training was good.
Pros: It integrated with our CRM and they were very responsive
Cons: It was hard to program things, I felt like I always had to get help.

Customer Service is excellent and if you are comfortable with technology you can do most of the setup and changes yourself, which is what I prefer. The sound quality is amazing I have never had any issues whatsoever.
Pros: At a time when compliance demanded a quick turn of our companies work flow, we were able to integrate the phone and call recording features directly with our current CRM for seamless integration. We had very little time to find learn and implement the product and we were pleasantly surprised that everything went so well. The setup was so easy and the team was so responsive. In speaking with others in my industry we were ready to go live when others were still searching for their solutions.
Cons: I think some features I wanted initially only because I was not used to the system. I would like to see the phone screen somehow become part of the actual dashboard. All the features are on the dashboard, so you have to go back and forth to use the keypaid, which is a little cumbersome. The fax feature is very very basic. I would like to see additional options such as receiving a notification without receiving an attachment, which is what I had with my current provider. I am required to save a fax confirmation sheet and not a report, but due to HIPAA I do not want the PHI documents being mailed back to me which defeats the purpose of the fax.

Pros: Using the phone itself is pretty self-explanatory, which has been great for our users. The voicemail to email notification is also really nice to have.
Cons: Some of the layout options on the site for the admin seem to be more spread out than needed. I'd like to be able to see all settings for a user on the same page.

Pros: Calls are easy to transfer, conference other callers into conversation and inter office calling. Easy to retrieve calls from voicemail while out of office. Forward calls to individual cell phone. Set auto-attendant and closed office messages.
Cons: Need a stable internet connection or loss call integrity.

Pros: Better visibility on of my business and phone activity
Cons: Time it took to make changes/customizations.
Ragen H. · President · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · June 24, 2022
Pros: I am able to fax out correspondence from virtual anywhere. I get fax notices to my email (unfortunately in duplicate but that is easy to overlook). I also get notices when my faxes go thru (my suggestion to Intulse), because once I put the fax into the que I go on to other projects. I also like using the contacts for ease of sending out faxes.
Cons: There is often a delay when placing a phone call but otherwise the phone system works okay. I get duplicates of the faxes being sent to my email.

They have been professional, courteous, skilled technicians, and we have been very blessed to make this switch. Wish we would have found them much sooner!!!
Pros: Allowed patients to navigate the phone lines much easier, and gave us more options for less cost.
Cons: I have not be alerted to any shortcomings at this juncture.

50% wish it could rate higher.
Pros: The concept behind the flexibility of having a remote office phone that can allow for your office to be anywhere.
Cons: Reliability. Previous interaction with support revealed that this product is not designed to function well and reliably over Wi-Fi connections or cellular data. Also, we have encountered issues in the office with reliability, too running on wired connections. It would be nice for it to fulfill the simple functions of a phone system with the reliability needed to run a professional business.

The sales portion was great. The customer service after that point has been lacking.
Pros: The VOIP phone capabilities were nice, the voicemail system emailing voicemails to us was nice.
Cons: I have found the phones themselves to be fairly easy to use but the software seems to be lacking. It is unclear how to use auto attendant, I still don't know that we have it set up correctly and the customer support is not helpful. I do not believe we have our call tree set up as efficiently as we could or voicemail system but the customer support has not been helpful and we are trying to keep our small business running and do not have the time to also figure out the ins and outs of our phone system.

Overall, besides the "look" of the software on the mobile app, the functionality is great. It's easy to use!
Pros: I love that I can easily use my work phone when I am not in the office, and I can see the history of my calls with just a few clicks. Listening to voicemails is also very simple, and the email notification I receive is really helpful as a reminder to return calls.
Cons: I think the speaker option on the phone and on desktop can be improved, sometimes I need to double tap the button or sometimes it wont be speaker at all. Also, the user interface on the mobile app I think could be improved to look modern and even more simplified.

Pros: Translation and forwarding of voicemail messages to email.
Cons: Would like to be able to have calls automatically forwarded to another phone number (cell phone) if the call is coming from a list of favorites.

It has really made things easier for us which will allow for higher levels of production etc.
Pros: It has made transferring calls, parking calls, and voicemail so much better than anything Comcast could offer.
Cons: We have had some employees complain about a dropped call here or there but overall it seems like great connection. Im sure these things will get better in time.

Overall has been a good experience
Pros: Texting and faxing are great and easy to use.
Cons: no intercom to quickly push to talk to coworkers
Alexis R. · office manager · Financial Services · June 20, 2022
Pros: The phones are easy to use, quick and convenient.
Cons: The phone is static sometimes and is hard to hear customers
Kelli L. · Project Coordinator · Printing · June 20, 2022
excellent
Pros: Simply put the software is very easy to use and simple to implement. More importantly any time I or we have a question or want to review our account settings etc, the Intulse customer service team is super responsive and very much in real time all the time.
Cons: No direct number feature. As we have grown we need to have direct phone numbers and this might not even be an intulse thing to be honest.
William O. · Business Operations Manager · Financial Services · June 20, 2022
It has been great to have the CRM integration and phone app so I can take calls from anywhere.
Pros: The integration with Wealthbox CRM was the reason I chose Intulse. It is the most important feature to me.
Cons: I wish there was a better contact sync available to dynamically sync with Office 365 or CRM.
Will A. · President · Financial Services · June 20, 2022
Pros: the software is very easy to use. I really like the voicemail transcription and emails
Cons: the newer phones do not have a "blind transfer" option.
Angela H. · front office · Accounting · June 16, 2022
Pros: It is easy to use and ties to our client records in AgencyBloc
Cons: That we cannot delete SMS messages Often voicemail recordings take several tries before the system takes it as your message. Need more proof a fax was successfully sent other than a green box

I would recommend Intulse to any small business looking for an affordable and easy to implement VOIP
Pros: The sales and implementation teams understood our business needs and helped tailor the service to exactly what we needed. Intulse also integrates well with our RedTail CRM. Pricing fit our budget
Cons: A couple features are not self service (e.g. customizing holiday vm greetings) and others are not as simple to used as I'd expected (e.g. setting up conference calls through the app) but overall the customer support team has been responsive and helpful to every question we've had
Bryce R. · Advisor · Financial Services · June 16, 2022
Overall, we have had a great experience. it connects well with our CRM and makes it easy for us to pull up client accounts when they call in.
Pros: We use this for our Health Insurance business and we love the functionality. We don't have a brick and mortar so everyone is in different locations but it works seamlessly as if we are in the same office. I do like that it can be a desktop or cell phone app as well as having a desk phone.
Cons: There seems to be an issue when I call people from the phone app and i'm in my car. They can barely hear me. Also, we tried the online meeting room and it was glitchy.
Jacquie W. · Broker · Insurance · June 15, 2022
Pros: I like the multiple message format. You can receive an e-mail and a customary voice mail.
Cons: At first sign up messages go to the wrong mailbox.
Jennifer K. · Director of Religious Ed · Non-Profit Organization Management · June 15, 2022
My company's IT department chose the software and myself and my office staff have not been pleased. The Intulse app is unreliable. To make any changes to our actual office phones (changing the date/time on the phone, extensions etc.) is not possible without getting our IT department involved and a ticket created with Intulse. We are not happy with this software sadly and it needs many improvements.
Pros: It is straightforward in it's design. I use it for calling client and checking voicemails.
Cons: The app. It is unreliable. Making outgoing calls does not always work. It takes several times to connect the virtual phone. Even after I turn off the virtual phone and all features I still receive calls. Because of this I have to delete the app from my phone each time I am done using it. The call quality for incoming calls is not always clear. Some days the app for making calls does not work at all. The actual landline phones are also not always reliable and we struggle at times with poor sound quality for incoming calls.
April H. · Admin · Mental Health Care · June 15, 2022
Pros: The ease and integration with our CRM (AgencyBloc).
Cons: There have been connectivity issues in the past but those have been resolved. Currently no compliants.
Kyle A. · Broker · Insurance · June 15, 2022
Pros: recording calls, great app , Redtail integration
Cons: That I cannot control what message is paid at all times, if we need to leave the office at 3pm rather than 5 pm, I cannot "turn the phones off".
Correnne B. · Executive Assistant · Financial Services · June 15, 2022
Pros: I was able to adjust features as needed and transfer phone lines to different stations
Cons: It took a bit longer than expected to train the team on certain features
