Pros: LivePlan delivers strong value across security value for money customer support financial planning and user interface. The platform feels reliable and secure which is essential when working with sensitive business and financial data. From a value perspective it offers far more than basic planning tools by combining strategy forecasting and performance tracking in one place. Customer support is responsive and helpful especially when guidance is needed during setup or deeper use. Financial planning is one of its strongest areas allowing clear projections realistic scenarios and informed decision making. The user interface is clean intuitive and well structured making complex planning accessible and efficient.

Cons: Some advanced features require a short learning period at the beginning. This is due to the depth of the platform rather than difficulty and it becomes intuitive very quickly.

Pros: - Automation that connects the dots across your plan. - AI-assisted benchmarks to give context and confidence. - Easy updates: change one number and the whole plan syncs. - Clean, approachable interface. - Secure data handling. - Helpful, responsive customer support.

Cons: The first setup took some patience, but once my numbers were in, the automation made updates effortless.

Pros: The fact that it was easy to use and every feature worked to my benefit. Using the AI features helped take us a long way.

Cons: Nothing, the experience with the app was easy, convenient and worked well with the needs of our business plan.

Pros: I liked how LivePlan made business planning easy with guided steps, clean templates, and clear tools

Cons: What I liked least was not being able to easily import financial data directly from spreadsheets, which made inputting numbers more time-consuming than necessary.

Pros: Muy fácil de usar e intuitivo. Te va guiando paso por paso aunque no tengas experiencia en la creación de planes de negocio. Te da muchos consejos de como estructurar el plan así como todos los documentos que se necesitan para lograr un resultado completo.

Cons: No encuentro nada que me no me guste. Si acaso y esto depende del usuario puede llegar a ser costoso si uno se toma meses desarrollando el plan.

Pros: Liveplan is practical. It gives real life practical implementation of a business plan. It is easy to understand and makes writing business plans a joy to do.

Cons: I would prefer liveplan to have prototype examples of different industry business plans, build in to the development area of the app. It will make it even more quicker and worthwhile to develop a business plan. I would also recommend that a template of a project pitch be made available

Pros: I'm very happy with LivePlan. It's easy and simple to navigate I was able to put my business together with live plan help

Cons: nothing I love it I have nothing bad to say about LivePlan I think everyone should try it and experience the joy

Pros: I like how Live Plan walked me step by step through the business planning process! It helped me take my dream of opening an early childhood educational center and write the plans out to make it happen. LivePlan helped me develop my pitch and gave me confidence to present my vision to potential funders and business partners. LivePlan is a software program that is very user friendly. It helped me to take something that is very complex and made it very simple. I have a finished product that I am very proud of! Thank you LivePlan!

Cons: I had some challenges with entering my budget numbers properly so that I could generate accurate financial projections, but after calling customer support, I was able to resolve that issue.

Pros: I liked how user-friendly it was and how it guides you step-by-step in creating a professional business plan. The templates and financial forecasting tools saved a lot of time.

Cons: here is still no convenient way to import actual data automatically from Excel or Google Sheets (there is CSV which under beta phase)

Pros: Ability to input the information and able to create a business plan and pitch documents. Ease to input information.

Cons: Creating sub plans takes time for creating additional accounting and financial plans. Make it simple.

Pros: What I like the most is the ability to see everything in one place. It's like looking at a table of contents. I look for what I'm looking for, see it, then I click on it, and tada, it's there. Exactly what I'm looking for.

Cons: What I like the least is setting up the outline. Sometimes the drag and drop doesn't work as good as I would like. Sometimes it drops in the wrong place, or it moves slightly, making it hard to manage.

Pros: The step by step guide was very helpful & kept me on track! The layout works well & I plan to spend more time utilizing this tool in the future.

Cons: Navigating the financial tools were a little troublesome at first but not horrible. Other than that not a lot of complaints

Pros: Absolutely Nothing. Didn't use it. Features were not suitable

Cons: Support. They scammed me for payments they never warned me about. I was "secretely" being charged for almost a year

Cons: No native Arabic support, which remains a persistent hurdle despite two years of use. Limited customization for dashboards/charts (e.g., no PowerPoint-like control for dynamic presentations).

Pros: The financial forecasting tools are top notch. They understand the types of expenses that new businesses like mine need. As an example, they auto-calculated payroll taxes for me. They helped me with multiple forecasts for several situations in which I might find my business - up years, additional customers, and so on.

Cons: I'd like to be able to swap out the forecasts into the plan and to have key numbers change by forecast, perhaps with a macro like %5YRNIAT. A search and replace feature would be handy. The ability to add sections into the plan would be useful (example: a page to handle trademarks notices etc)

Pros: Guided tour through the steps with examples.

Cons: lack of customization on how to present the date and would like to be able to link a data base.

Pros: The AI-powered writing assistant that transforms bullet points into polished, professional content The intuitive, step-by-step guidance through each section of the business plan The professionally formatted final document that enhances credibility and presentation

Cons: The subscription price is quite high for ongoing use, making it less accessible for businesses that need long-term planning support.

Pros: Live plan, saved and keep saving precious time for me. I have done major progress in my startup's because of LivePlan!! I can't thank enough to the developers of LivePlan!

Cons: Its structure and AI options to put your thoughts together professionally.

Pros: I absolutely love the easy navigation of the platform itself. Business plans are really not easy to write. I've taken a few workshops to help me, but this just brings it all together. Live Plan guides you through the process step by step offering outstanding AI assistance that takes your plan to a whole other level. I have attempted and gotten pretty far with the first drafts of my plan, but Live Plan has allowed me to almost finish in a few weeks.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like and even appreciate from Live Plan. Some other platforms are not as straightforward and easy to figure out. Live Plan asks you questions, and you answer them and before you know it, you've gotten yourself a pretty awesome document.

Pros: the prompts and guides for each section is assisting much in formulating my ideas to concrete plans Also the 'rewrite' assistance from AI is much appreciated

Cons: So far nothing comes to mind. Not necessary to put more words. It means this review boxes are not functional
