8 years of cooperation. everything works. no big problems, no issues. if any, very simple to find a solution.
Pros: We work with caspio for more than 8 years. easy to set up. easy to maintain. very happy that I found this company in 2018.
Cons: the prices are for my company quite high. but with a little help of [sensitive content hidden] it is still possible to have a little discount.

Been using Caspio for arounds 6 years within the business, created various solutions, support ticket platform, audit tools, reactive maintenance database. Support team are amazing, I can raise a ticket out of hours and get a response the same evening.
Pros: Very flexible solution, quick to deploy a form or survey. Branding and styling very simple. Support team accessible via chat and ticket system, very quick to respond with solutions and working examples. Regular updates to the platform with detailed videos showing new features. Cost effective solution for varied needs within an SME
Cons: Not being able to send file attachments when sending an email based on a triggered action, hopefully this might change soon.

Caspio have delivered 70% of my development usage. The next 10% hope to see Caspio able to connect directly into data analytics sofware. The last 20% able to develope into a native mobile app.
Pros: It's flexible and versatile tools. I able to build application and collect data records easy and quickly.
Cons: I look forward to the integration for Caspio tables to connect direct into Microsoft Power BI in the future. This has been a long wait for some time already.

Apart from the aesthetic aspect, the system is very easy to manage and allows you to easily modify data pages without having to rewrite long code. What's more, having everything online means you don't have to worry about updates.
Pros: I have been able to set up a system that allows me to monitor students' work progress. And students can display the information I choose about their progress in the training programme.
Cons: Furthermore, the formatting is not very attractive. There are no animations or attractive formatting. Tabular data pages could be more dynamic. For example, information could be displayed in pop-ups. The occasional slowness of the system.

Our database was easy to set up and easy to maintain. Datapages are effortlessly imbedded into our webpages. We now have a clear, searchable database that quickly gives that status of our program.
Pros: Easy to use and set up complex database structure. Through this software we have successfully transformed our program and now allow internal users and the public to quickly search our projects and expenses. Complex analysis is simple and easy to create.
Cons: Complex SQL views are difficult to set up and can't perform some sql statements are unavailable. Could also use some access to live, external data to put synced to the Caspio program.

Caspio has given me the opportunity to start my own business with their well-designed and reliable platform. The support team is extremely helpful and always makes an effort to assist. I see a lot of growth and opportunity for my business with the Caspio Platform.
Pros: I have implemented and automated many processes, procedures and responsibilities for my customers using Caspio's features, including task management and triggered actions.
Cons: Files, it would be great if a built-in file compression feature could be added. Most of my customers requires evidence to be uploaded.

Our overall experience with Caspio has been positive, it’s an excellent tool for building applications without too much coding. It gave us the necessary tools to be able to work properly and safely.
Pros: Caspio allowed us, thanks to its automation feature, to save a large number of hours of manual work. With Caspio we feel comfortable with all its features. Personally, I find it a solution I could call all-in-one.
Cons: The customization of its user interface is limited and its integration with AI is difficult, which can be frustrating when you want to adapt it more to your needs. It would be great if it offered more flexibility and smoother AI connectivity to really take advantage of its full potential.

Brilliant experience so far, very attentive and very helpful. The team really know what they are doing.
Pros: Really Helpful team in the professional services side of the business, they've built a great app and have taken all questions and queries on board as we have gone along
Cons: Not much to be unhappy about at all. Understanding my scope took a little longer than hoped but the team are being thorough.

Overall, Caspio has proven to be a valuable partner to our organization. The software, along with the support team, has enabled us to create practical applications that significantly enhance our efficiency. We could not imagine living without the Caspio applications!
Pros: The no-code or low-code software is straightforward to learn and use. I had a basic database up and running in a matter of days. For more complex features, I have had great success in asking the Caspio help team for code, formulas, or other ideas, as well as finding plenty of instructional videos to help answer my questions. Our Customer Success Manager is always available to assist with ideas, platform updates, and any other needs we may have over the years. There are numerous database solutions available. In my opinion, what makes Caspio stand out is its availability. They are always there and happy to help with any issue. Their customer service is top-notch!
Cons: I hate to say that I dislike anything about Caspio. However, where there could be some improvement is in the knowledge base. The more advanced features can be challenging to understand. Some knowledge of coding may be required to utilize the software entirely. Caspio has an extensive library of help articles and videos, which have been particularly helpful. If Caspio could add videos specific to Triggered actions and Tasks, it would be very appreciated. As a user becomes more advanced, these advanced topics become increasingly challenging to find.
Eva S. · Director of Business Systems · Non-Profit Organization Management · July 28, 2025
I have an amazing experience with Caspio so far. It helped me to build enterprize solutions my internal IT team would have never built for me.
Pros: The system is user friendly and very easy learn. It look me less than a day to onboard and build my first Caspio App. An other important benefit of Caspio is their strong support. Support is always readily available and very useful. Regards,
Cons: I think Caspio capability to build dashboards are very limited. The Caspio platform does not yet offer dashboard features that Power BI and Tableau can offer. Additionally, it takes a lot of efforts to build good looking user interface. It will be great if more features can be available to build great user interface faster.

As a Parts Manager responsible for two companies, I have limited time for technical development. Caspio has enabled me to build functional and efficient applications that genuinely streamline my workload — and I can do it without writing complex code. It has allowed me to automate tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve the way I manage operations. Caspio has become an essential tool in my daily workflow, helping me do more with less time.
Pros: Caspio makes it incredibly easy to build custom apps, forms, and workflows in minutes. Embedding DataPages into my website is seamless, and the platform offers powerful styling options — whether or not you know CSS. The flexibility to customise the design and layout of apps gives it a professional edge without the need for a development team.
Cons: When working with custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, the code editor could really benefit from syntax highlighting or colour coding. This would make it much easier to read and debug, especially for those who aren’t experienced developers. The current plain-text editor makes it harder to catch small mistakes.

Since day one with this platform, we have learned the capabilities curated internally to what we need it for in multiple capacities. It has allowed us to scale and keep scaling when required
Pros: Amazing use for our needs. easy to use, custom, internal use, ease of growth when needed to scale for our operation requirements
Cons: There are very few things that I dislike or could think of it as a Con for Caspio. We have been using for years with continued success
Daniel P. · ops · Biotechnology · July 15, 2025
We maintain a database of certification records for Holistic Nurses and Nurse Coaches which provides various types of secure access and reporting.
Pros: Easy to use and understand. Lots of help available. Caspio contacts us on a regular basis to see how we are doing.
Cons: There is nothing that we dislike about Caspio. While there are features we don't use, what we do use works for us.

This sounds crazy, but my business would be a shell of what it is today if I didn't have Caspio. I first purchased Caspio when hopes of managing our customer data, but quickly discovered I could build out beautiful reports and queries and place them on my public website. I designed tons of analytics around our workforce, which ultimately lead to our organization receiving numerous grants, resulting in rapid growth. I imagine all the staff at Caspio know me by name simply because of how many chats I've opened, and they all probably cringe when they see my name pop up... but they've always been so nice and helpful to me. They always take the time to help me find a solution, or point me in the right direction, and have even come up with custom solutions and workflows to address our never ending demand for data.
Pros: $7b
Cons: Caspio subscriptions come with 2 frameworks - The original Bridge framework, and the newly release Flex framework. Bridge is incredibly powerful, but the public facing interface can feel a bit dated and clunky. As I mentioned before, you can solve any issue you encounter. I've created new interfaces over the years, and built some very beautiful styles, but it took effort. Flex on the other hand offers a stunning modern and beautiful interface, but it lacks the power of Bridge in its current iteration. Caspio is releasing frequent updates for Flex though, and I'm slowly finding myself migrating over to Flex because of how expedited the building process is. You can also integrate Bridge applications into Flex applications fairly easily, but the issue you'll encounter there is the public interface not perfectly aligning.

Really, genuinely, excellent. My Customer Success Manager, in particular, has been exceptional, over a number of years and each version of the product brings useful features
Pros: Caspio isn't just about product. It's about the people who work there too. I've been a customer since 2012 and have been consistently impressed with the product offering and the support.
Cons: For a while, there was no way to pay in GBP, only dollars. This was a frustration but I understand this has changed.
Mark M. · Founder and Systems Developer · Computer Software · July 9, 2025
An accessible system that "almost" everyone can use and if you really have problems there is always back-office support that can help you quickly.
Pros: The simple construction for surface mounting and the many available manuals with examples from many different sectors.
Cons: I don't immediately find any cons, in the beginning it's a bit of searching and trying, especially because I don't have an IT education.
Daniel C. · Technical Project Manager · Construction · July 9, 2025
I found Caspio by accident after surveying the marketplace of low-code platforms, as my clients did not have in-house programmers. The product was very easy to use and relatively easy to train non-technical administrators on...and it has continues to be a very cost-effective alternative to the many vendor products offering out-of-the-box functionality.
Pros: As a software developer and consultant, I find the Caspio system easy to use to build well-functioning, data-centric system. I have used it for six years and built four robust data management systems with secure web interfaces for various clients. After using Python and Java for decades, the thing I appreciate the most about Caspio is the ability to train nontechnical professionals how to use and maintain the systems without a programmer. This is partly possible due to the very good online help and knowledge database maintained by Caspio.
Cons: Caspio allows the creation and expansion of a database as well as a guided experience building web pages to add, update, delete, and list data, including reports. The one piece it does not handle is the HTML wrapping of the code built in Caspio as well as the hosting and management of the web domain used to publish. If these functions were added, it would make the full web build complete, but I also understand the flexibility the company allows users by not including them.
Karen W. · Senior Consultant · Information Technology and Services · July 7, 2025
We have used Caspio for 9 years with multiple applications. The Technical Online Chat Support is excellent, and really helped us when we were getting started. We run our whole company on Caspio
Pros: Ease of quick application development. Caspio takes care of all the Database, server, security, and Permissions, and allows us to spend full time on applications. The development user interface is graphical and intuitive. We can do new features an order of magnitude quicker than with traditional environments. The pricing of no "per user" fees is very attractive.
Cons: Caspio needs a better Asynchronous Subsystem - we sometimes have to do custom work in this area. We save videos outside of Caspio to avoid the Caspio Database getting too big.
David T. · CTO · Computer Software · July 7, 2025
I love using Caspio, it enables us to quickly build custom tools without relying on IT or external vendors. We've created a variety of applications to support different teams — from goal setting and data processing to customer care and contract tracking.
Pros: Its ability to handle large volumes of data and users makes it ideal for our needs, we handled 20,000+ requests last year. Caspio helped consolidate data from spreadsheets, enabled attachment uploads, and improved tracking with status histories — significantly boosting efficiency and collaboration across departments.
Cons: It's hard to come up with any cons because Caspio has consistently met my needs. I have been able to figure out how to do anything I wanted. Using Caspio forums or Copilot there has always been an idea on how to accomplish what I have wanted to do.

Fun experience that allows me to provide so much to the customer there is always some feature that I am discovering and including in my work.
Pros: Its like all the workbooks I write for myself but in a format, I feel better about sending to our customers
Cons: Lacks the prompts like you find in excel but the support was always there to help me through any issues

Pros: One of the standout features we leveraged in Caspio was its ability to create a structured database of related tables. We were able to organize and store detailed information on individual units, linking technical specifications, service history, and images within a clean relational database model. Using Caspio’s tools, we pulled data from these tables to automatically generate a two-page document for each unit. These documents included both pictures and detailed technical information—everything from serial numbers to service intervals—formatted in a way that was clear and professional. This was incredibly useful for internal reference and external communication with clients. The automation behind this feature saved our team countless hours of manual work and ensured that the data presented was always up-to-date. It really demonstrated the strength of Caspio’s backend structure and its ability to turn stored data into usable, client-facing output.
Cons: One major drawback has been the training resources. While the training sessions themselves are informative and helpful, I was disappointed that there’s no option to download the individual sessions for offline reference. Even more frustrating, the links to those sessions were removed after some time, making it difficult to revisit key content when I needed a refresher. For a platform that emphasizes learning and user empowerment, this felt like a missed opportunity.
Melissa T. · Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator II · Consumer Goods · July 3, 2025
Our overall experience with Caspio has been positive. The platform is reliable and flexible, and the support team has been consistently responsive and helpful. While there have been some challenges as we’ve customized it to fit our needs, the guidance we’ve received has made a big difference. It’s a solid solution backed by a team that genuinely cares about customer success.
Pros: The level of support from the Caspio team has been excellent. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and are highly organized in how they manage requests. It’s clear they listen and follow through, which has made a big difference in our experience. The platform itself performs as described, and the overall reliability has been solid.
Cons: There’s a learning curve, especially when managing more complex workflows or permissions, and some tasks can feel a bit manual without additional customization. That said, the team has been very helpful in guiding us through solutions, which has made the process much smoother.
Ariella M. · Chief Technology Officer · Financial Services · June 25, 2025
My experience with caspio has been generally very positive and I would describe customer success and customer support as responsive and helpful.
Pros: I like the flexibility to be able to create a lot of different functional applications in a database format. I like the versatility of being able to use custom calculated fields. I like the user interface and ease of use.
Cons: Some of the add-on features are frustratingly highly priced (e.g. QR codes). I experienced reliability issues in the past which prevented data pages from functioning (Caspio bridge error), but more recently the reliability seems to have been fine.
Duncan L. · Director · Food Production · June 24, 2025
Very good. Several years ago I searched for similar capabilities across multiple vendors and found Caspio to deliver good mix of database function while 'hiding' enough database technicalities to enable 'low/intermediate' coding support.
Pros: System is always available. Technical support is very responsive. [sensitive content hidden] how-to videos are very good.
Cons: Pricey for a one-user subscriber. Would like ability for 2-way data exchange with LLMs - including Gemini. By this I mean ability to have Caspio pass textual data to an LLM and receive LLM results back (via API / MCP).
Henry P. · President · Hospital & Health Care · June 20, 2025
Overall I am satisfied with the solution they offer, the flexibility of development and how a process can be easily adapted in a short time.
Pros: The ease of development and the adaptation it has to the needs of my company, that open the opportunities to implement process more easy
Cons: Some limitations in functions that are in bridge and not in Flex that limit the flexibility we have for certain function we need it.
