Pros: Smartsheet keeps my life organized. It is value for money and the ease of use is incredible. Customer support is always just a chat away and bugs and issues are not a thing with Smartsheet. The navigation is so simple and self explanatory and the task management is one of the best to use! I love the project collaboration for work.

Cons: I don’t have any complaints about Smartsheet and I’ve utilized it for 2 years. It’s by far the best option for me.

Pros: I really like the easy-to-use spreadsheet style setup, along with tools like Gantt charts and Kanban boards that help keep projects organized and on track. Features like automatic requests, updates, alerts, and moving information between sheets help cut down on a lot of manual administrative work and save time.

Cons: A lot of important features, like Resource Management, are only available through higher-priced enterprise plans or extra paid add-ons.

Pros: Great online version of excel functionality with some portfolio type features. Easy for multipler users to collaborate

Cons: Functionality from a portfolio perspective feels very basic, feels like excel online with limited reporting capability.

Pros: I have been using Smartsheet for a while now and overall I am satisfied. It is very simple to use and user friendly. Features like automated reminders and task tracking saves a lot of my time.

Cons: Sometimes I feel lag when working on large files. And I also noticed that some sheets do not update instantly. Other than that it is a great tool.

Pros: The accessibility and easy-to-understand functionality. We use Smartsheet for our annual SOC audits.

Cons: The number of times it would log me out. There is nothing else I discovered I disliked about Smartsheet.

Pros: Smartsheet is very flexible and suits all sizes all of business. It has professionalised customer support services available 24/7. The software allows milestone tracking and real-time progress tracking. Smartsheet software has drag and drop features and allows colour coding.

Cons: The software has a very wide range of helpful features from reporting and analytics tools, multi use collaboration systems and workflow automation features. It's implementation is also smooth. No complaints.
