Process Street is a Task Management platform built for teams that can’t afford missed steps, delays, or execution gaps. Unlike basic to-do tools, it combines structured workflows, automation, and real-time tracking to manage recurring work at scale. Tasks are assigned automatically, deadlines are enforced, and completion is tracked with built-in accountability. Cora, our embedded AI compliance agent, adds oversight across every task and process. It flags incomplete work, identifies delays, and helps teams resolve issues before they become risks. From onboarding and SOP execution to approvals and audits, Process Street ensures every task happens in the right order, by the right person, with proof it got done. It’s how high-performing teams replace checklists with control.

Pros: Simple to use. I have used this tool for new hire onboarding and this is simple to use and very structured.
Cons: Nothing that i could see as of now. I have used this for last 3 resource onboarding and the journey so far has been good.

It is a great system that is very thorough and a great fit for PURE. It will basically walk you through each task completely and is great for new hires. This means nothing will fall through the cracks.
Pros: It features photos of Appfolio and walks you through the whole process. It is a great learning tool and time saving for new employees as well as making sure nothing falls through the cracks in the brokerage. It is a fast system and you can move right through it following the tasks.
Cons: That there are options and you have to change the letters and information but that is something that we have to do as all are not the same.

I haven't had any issues with it. Since I am still learning it. I do have a great team that always helps me with getting to learn it better.
Pros: I ams till learning Process Street, though it seems pretty easy because it gives you step by step how to get tasks done.
Cons: using it sometimes can be a bit complex at first. At first look it can be pretty overwhelming, but easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.
Sophia K. · Assistant Property Management · Hospitality · April 16, 2026
I would prefer more clarity on the end user interface to be able to know right away if this task is assigned to me or not and what is the status of the task.
Pros: Process Street is an easy to use platform and has a very simple UI. It is great for any end-user to navigate.
Cons: It’s not always clear who is assigned the tasks and whether I’ve already accepted them. The UI needs better clarity.

Overall I find it a good experience and sames time and managing everyhthing. Should be made comprehensive further
Pros: one monolithic path- easy to navigate timelines and snappy and fast. Completion and making task progress is easy.
Cons: Undoing. I don't or didn't see the undo of task completion in some or all or the guides or learning paths.
Satwik D. · SRE · Information Technology and Services · March 9, 2026
Makes my work much easier, sending emails and building processes has been great via Process Street. I'm able to build complex SOPs and go through them step by step.
Pros: Ease of use, endless possibilities to create & update SOP processes, Fun to use, Easy to update, great customer service, makes work & processes much easier & quicker.
Cons: occasional bugs/connection issues (not often), heavily relies on external applications/connections, glitchy with publishing at times
Elsie V. · Onboarding Specialist · Human Resources · March 6, 2026
Overall, my experience with Process Street has been very positive. It has helped our team standardize our recurring processes and improved our collective productivity. It is a solid tool for anyone looking to automate or document team workflows effectively.
Pros: love how organized everything is within the platform. The ability to clearly mark tasks as complete provides great visibility for the whole team. It makes tracking complex workflows much simpler and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks during our daily operations.
Cons: While the functionality is great, I think the pages could benefit from a better, more modern UI design. The current interface feels a bit dated at times, and a more streamlined aesthetic would definitely improve the overall user experience and navigation for technical users."

10 out of 10 on product and customer service. I have asked for help several times via chat, and I have always been answered that day via email, or they have given me a link to schedule time with a pro who helps me solve any process development questions or issues.
Pros: I love how you can customize workflows to account for the smallest nuance in a process. We write processes for every customer we serve. Process Street enables us to maintain consistent customer service.
Cons: Just small things that I think Process Street will develop over time. I'd like to be able to easily bold and change the font colors in the comment section, as our team uses that section to communicate.
Sharon P. · COO · Financial Services · February 23, 2026
Fairly easy to get used to but may not have the same displays as other programs, may look a little outdated with all of the code showing.
Pros: It is easy to go back and edit our case so that appropriate tasks are triggered for different department members to complete.
Cons: I don't like that I can edit someone elses tasks (usually done by mistake), but I'd like to be able to take tasks from others and then complete with my name attached, and the layout of the page is too skinny of a column.
Danielle G. · Actuarial assistant · Insurance · February 20, 2026
Pros: Best feature is applicable comments appear alongside the specific tasks to which they pertain, rather than getting lost in a comprehensive stream of discussions. Easy to track what actions need to be taken and work with various parties. Very appealing user interface, easy to manage various tasks within purview.
Cons: Inability to adjust target deadlines myself is the main point of friction encountered thus far; as priorities shift, deadlines often move. The deadlines are also static e.g. if I receive a task late, my run time is not adjusted, and thus I may receive tasks marked as late by me on their inception
Nicholas B. · Actuary · Insurance · February 20, 2026
I think it has definitely made my work experience better. I appreciate it for keeping me organized and consistent.
Pros: I really appreciate the reminders embedded within each workflow as it helps keep me organized and my files consistent and complete.
Cons: I'm not sure if the workflows are defaulted or if our developer has created them based on their understanding of the processes we follow, but I am sometimes frustrated that I cannot easily provide immediate feedback when a workflow doesn't make sense or takes me in a wrong direction. I would like to be able to provide immediate feedback on the page where there is an issue, rather than providing a screenshot in an email.
Tamara S. · Procurement Officer · Government Administration · February 4, 2026
Great experience with the team, especially [sensitive content hidden] and the follow up training she has provided us - its been invaluable.
Pros: The ability to link the instructions to a process and break processes down into steps and assign to employees. Then being able to schedule these tasks for completion is amazing. As a manager, this has been invaluable.
Cons: No negatives found at this point. There could be some expansion on the use of the one off tasks, but this in no way takes away from the fantastic product that has been developed.
Jade F. · Accounting Manager · Events Services · January 4, 2026
Pros: Process Street helps our cross-functional team stay on task when working on time sensitive projects and gives our new hires an easy way to see their progress through training.
Cons: I have not had any issues with Process Street, and when I do run into roadblocks my CSM is always willing and able to help me find a solution
Ryan H. · Manager, Internal Onboarding and Solutions Enablement · Computer Software · December 22, 2025
My overall experience with Process Street is that it is a invaluable service that we use for our job, and without it we would struggle alot to keep on top of everything.
Pros: Process Street makes keeping all of our information for all of our clients in one place so easy. It allows all of us to work on each others file, but still get the notifications if someone else has worked on our clients file which makes it incredible to stay on top of everything.
Cons: Sometimes Process Street bugs out sometimes and doesnt save the information as we put it in. We work quite quickly so it is important that this information is being saved the first time, so that if someone else comes in and trys to understand the situation they know all the information.
India G. · Programme Support · Non-Profit Organization Management · December 17, 2025
We adopted Process Street to bring structure to our compliance workflows - things like merchant onboarding, KYC checks, and periodic reviews. It's genuinely transformed how we handle these. What used to be scattered Google documents (which nobody ever read) and "did you remember to..." conversations is now a proper system with accountability built in. The learning curve isn't too bad, and their support team have been responsive when we've had questions. I was initially concerned that the team may be reluctant to adopt the tool, but they quickly recognised the benefits and now we have an increasingly "Process-St-First" culture
Pros: The software is brilliant for regulated environments. We're FCA-authorised and PCI DSS compliant, so we have dozens of procedures that need to be followed exactly the same way every time. Being able to build checklists with conditional logic, approval steps and due dates means nothing gets missed. The audit trail is also invaluable - when our compliance officer or an auditor asks "how do you know this was done properly?", we can show them exactly who did what and when.
Cons: The mobile app could be more polished - most of our team are desk-based so it's not a major issue, but it would be nice.
Chris J. · CTO · Financial Services · December 11, 2025
I've had a great overall experience. Coming into a new role, especially a new industry; Process St has made the process much easier for me in learning how to follow specific tasks that were new to me.
Pros: The ease and effectiveness. I love that the website is clean and not over cluttered. I feel that is super important in terms of finding what you need in a fast and in an efficient manner.
Cons: The only thing that I would say "bothers" me is I believe the "view" button should be more noticeable so new users aren't confused on how to view a specific process. I think an update to the user flow may help!
Alisha H. · Business Operations Lead · Legal Services · September 30, 2025
It has allowed me to exend my functionality beyond what I can load into my brain's RAM for processes. I can make varients and have customer specific process folders even for stuff that I only do monthly. It also allows me to assign more repetitive (but still important) tasks to other employees and know that they are checking the important points.
Pros: It makes creating useful complex processes possible AND decentralized from the ticketing / project management systems that differnent departments use. It is great for documenting tribal knowledge fairly easily and for making it quickly iterative. When our clients go "off the flow chart" I am able to adjust the process while I am working on an instance of that process and have it update all open processes immidiatly. It also keeps track of versioning so you can look back at when a process changed and has a notes section at the bottom of each step in the process to let you process runners keep notes for themselves or send notes to the internal admin about changes/issues with the process. Oh and I can set global variables for things like links that are in multiple processes that also change monthly (calendar links).
Cons: There is a learning curve for the more advanced functionality. I was able to get more out of the product because I understand object oriented programing, but I am not a "real coder" and I was still able to get it to do some pretty amazing stuff. Some of the logic is finiky about hiding and showing steps.

I have been enjoying it, and I enjoy it more the more I understand it. The support is great and prompt.
Pros: Ease of use, user-friendly, and it didn't take long to learn to use it and use automation. The support from our account manager, [sensitive content hidden], and the chatbot has been useful. I was once chatting with a bot, and [sensitive content hidden] messaged me to assist with my issue.
Cons: You can't do an overall search of a word on a process, you can only search per task, or by searching on the Lgoc search.
Jacqui M. · Business Analyst · Telecommunications · May 29, 2025
Pros: A great tool for our team to onboard and offboard staff; this tool allows us to keep track of tasks needed too be done for workstation and software preparation as well.
Cons: It is a little on the pricey side, but what I do like is that you can share tasks with team members who do not have access or an account.
Josh S. · IT Coordinator · Legal Services · May 22, 2025
It is so much better than manually filling out these forms!!!
Pros: Auto populate last information is great!
Cons: When the auto population doesn't work correctly.
Christy C. · Office Administrative Assistant · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · May 16, 2025
Super simple to use, amazing customer service, and has overall made my life so much easier.
Pros: Extreme ease of use, forced structure, and that it integrates deeply with Zapier.
Cons: I wish there was a way to email/ forward emails or files to a workflow run. Right now, we still have people emailing instead of using the comments, and I have to download/ upload email messages into the comments.
Caroline F. · Attorney · Law Practice · March 7, 2025
Pros: Step by step flow. It can be customized so the entire process of a team can be followed to the letter.
Cons: None that I can think of at the moment. It all works well for me.
Sakeena K. · Associate Producer · Broadcast Media · March 5, 2025
Great! Process Street caters for everyone on the workflow spectrum - you can make workflows as simple or thorough as you like and it's really easy to use.
Pros: Super intuitive so really flexible and easy to use
Cons: Needs a bit more reporting flexibility - sorting by more than one field, more grouping options
Patrick J. · Operations Manager · Financial Services · January 23, 2025
Process Street makes creating Standard Operating Procedures simple. If you are growing your business with a team, your team must have training and guidelines. This makes it easier. Process Street also has great templates.
Pros: Process Street is very easy to use. If you are someone who is looking for SOP and systems written out this is a great app for this.
Cons: It can be overwhelming for people. There is also a learning curve and there are tons of options and ways to use this platform.
Shade A. · Branding Strategist · E-Learning · December 3, 2024
Process Street did a great job understanding our business needs and technology stack and made sure to demonstrate this was the right solution to fill our needs.
Pros: Easy to use interface with lots of options to facilitate process documenting and tracking.
Cons: It has a lot of functionality, so there is a steep learning curve. Support has been great at addressing any questions.
