Renewity supported us in setting up a system aligned with our requirements. After that, we have been able to configure the system ourselves to support new products and additional workflows. While the system requires some time to learn to configure, it is easy for technicians to use. Our products are high-tech and have a low failure rate; therefore, we do not require an AI-controlled system to optimize efficiency or track large volumes of RMA cases, making TeamTracks a perfect fit for us.
Pros: Highly flexible and can be configured in almost any way required, and we can do the configuration ourselves. TeamTracks enables us to retrieve statistics in multiple ways. Cloud-based. Customer support has been great.
Cons: The learning curve for configuring the system is quite steep, but it becomes straightforward once learned.

Overall we are very happy with our decision to move forward with TeamTracks. The RMA portal was implemented globally within our company and is used across all business units.
Pros: Highly configurable! Our company's RMA flow is complex however the team at Renewity worked closely with us to meet all of our needs. We were able to combine the work done previously on 3 different platforms all into one using TeamTracks. We also appreciated that the team was always readily available to answer questions and address issues when they arose.

We had looked at a lot of software, and demo'd with a number of companies. TeamTracks won us over with their honesty - there was no "glitzy" presentation, there was simply "here we are, here's what we do, and here's how we can help you" and that honesty was refreshing. A year later we are still communicating back and forth with the programmers, and it's like they are part of our business. Fantastic company to work with.
Pros: The instant "you are part of our team, let's make this work for you" was fantastic. Anytime we needed a meeting or had a question or needed another walk through, it was there. The communication and customer service is amazing.
Cons: It took us a while to really figure out what we wanted, and so at times we had team members frustrated because they didn't communicate well internally - not sure that's really a TeamTracks issue though.

From the [sensitive content hidden] down, they understand the challenges OEMs face with off the shelf systems, so they have built a self configurable set of tools that allow partners like us to build solutions to make our team, serve providers and customer life easier.
Pros: TeamTracks is a highly configurable solution that allows OEMs like ourselves to build automated process flows. We have worked with the team to build an upgraded replacement for the already excellent Renewity / Frontlines RMA tool that we have used from them since 2013. The tool is easy to work with as are the implementation team, they really know their stuff.
Cons: None, as the solution gives us the ability to adjust the tools, views and processes we make available to our team and partners.

A very positive experience, the help and support during the setup and initial trials made this a very straightforward change to our RMA process.
Pros: Much more modern and intuitive feel to TeamTracks, particularly from the customer's aspect. Several customers have fed back how much easier TeamTracks is to use than the previous Renewity RMA product. TeamTracks support are extremely helpful, and quick to provide assistance.
Cons: Changing settings etc can take some time to work out at first. Finding what you need to amend can feel a bit daunting until you get used to the system.

Overall A+ experience. I really appreciate working with the whole teamtracks team getting our flow up and running. This platform is now a crucial part of our team's processes
Pros: Our initial use for this platform was to build out a custom returns process that collected good data and made it easier for our support team and warehouse to manage replacement parts. Everyone at our company loves the final flow, making the whole process much less manual and we have now thought of multiple other ways we plan to use the platform to build out structured systems! I feel like I have just scratched the surface of uses for this type of platform - Customization of every part of the ticket and flow - 3rd party integrations through zapier (& an API) - Data collection with built-in chart & diagram builder - Affordable and completely reasonable pricing - Customer support with teamtracks is excellent and very quick response time. They go above and beyond every time to help with issues we have had - no Code solution is so important for us, no software engineer time was needed to get this up and running
Cons: - there is a learning curve of how best to build out a track on your own - New product that features are still being built out

Support team at TeamTracks is excellent. I've worked with them for years on the RenewityRMA product prior to upgrading to the TeamTracks product. This upgrade was a major advancement which allowed us to modernize our return process in ways we didn't even think would be possible.
Pros: Team Tracks is flexible and easy to use for configuring for any data collection process. When working with a diverse set of product return types, TeamTracks can adapt to highly custom material work flows, allow for technician guidance, reduction of unnecessary data entry, and customer engagement throughout the process.
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve to getting complicated workflows up and running.
