The processen are perceived as more accessible within the organisation what I think is a goal each business wants to achieve.
Pros: The ease and intuitive use of the software, you can build and change processes while being in a meeting with collegeaus. The processes are visually apealling. Connections and interfaces between processen can be build in and used very easily.
Cons: We have built an overall system with processes (the library) from where you can without much effort extract a new project with a seleciton of processes. When either the library or the individual project has changes in the processes, these changes are not easily found. This leads to an administrative task of keeping up with all the changes between different versions.

Cons: At the moment no serious points for improvement. In general it's a nice tool.

We hope to realise an overview of all our processes and the links between them, so that everone can easily see what is their role and task in a specific process. In the end we hope that everything will go more smoothly and more efficient so that our customers are served faster and cheaper.
Pros: The possibility to make the flow visible
Cons: One has to be very careful with items one wants to delete: before you know it a whole project is gone.

It is really a language which helps people to rethink their way of working. Because they are forced to use this particular language to describe their actions, leading to a certain result, it really helps improving processes. For the 'designers' holding the virtual pen, it is a very flexible tool to create that common language and align it with business information and needs that is already in place or known.
Pros: The software is almost self-explanatory and easily customizable, especially the new and improved version to which we switched very recently. In additon, the team behind the tool is very reachable and truly open to suggestions. They do their very best to find real solutions for customer needs. Even if that means slightly adjusting their software.
Cons: It's not BPMN-based. Which is a well-considered choice which has some clear disadvantages. A very minor point of improvement is the number of mouseclicks needed for some very specific actions which I feel could be a bit more automated (e.g. after clicking the 'search' button, the searchfield opens which you have to select first before you can start typing). But again, the latter is just a minor inconvenience.

Although the company isn’t based in the South Pacific region, this doesn’t affect their customer service. I’m very pleased with the Sensus software program and they keep continuously improving it as well. Once you’re used to putting process management in a software program rather than just putting it ‘on paper’ you’ll never go back.
Pros: We used sensus prior to COVID-19 but it’s proven to be our saviour during these last few months. Process management has been more important than ever with unexpected lock-downs, temporary loss of staff in quarantine whilst assuring continuity in our research facility. The system has allowed us to share processes with other teams, enabling staff from outside our unit to jump in and assist in our research activities and ensure a continuous flow of high level research activities and no interruptions to the work conducted.
Cons: Process management is a time consuming activity and requires the input of the entire team. The software itself is easy to use, but it takes a bit to train your team how to design processes efficiently. Once you’ve invested time into the processes you’ll notice it is certainly worth it, just be prepared to invest time into first before you see the real value.

I use Sensus from 2008. It is still growing. Supports our business in a good way.
Pros: It is easy to use. There is clearly a good design behind it.
Cons: There are a few limitations that are irritating. But this is not very important.

Cons: for the moment i can not think of anything
Harry v. · functioneel beheerder Sensus · Government Administration · July 14, 2021
Pros: Het is simpel en makkelijk om mee te werken.
Cons: Dat je losse licenties nodig hebt om het lager in de organisatie te leggen, waardoor het pakket duur wordt.

Happy with the tool
Pros: The ease of use and the possibility to communicate what the organization does to everyone
Cons: Inflexibility of determining how the connection arrows flow
Ahmed A. · Project Manager QMA · Logistics and Supply Chain · July 6, 2021
The benefits are innumerable. Once trained on the system, it saves time and money and it improves customer service; less call-outs for our employee's.
Pros: The functions are innumerable and it's almost unimaginable to do without them once you utilize the program.
Cons: It is not very user friendly and takes a long time to install. If you have a really good training team to assist you as you work with the program; that is very helpful.

Cons: The capturing of the IT architecture

I've been using Sensus Software offline and online for quite some years now. And I have to say that it is one of the best working BPM software suites out there. Especially when working together with multiple departments, it helps me understand how things work. It easily gives me opportunities to share my process information with others. And gives me insight in the KPI's behind every process step. Sensus Software in that sense not only gives me the possibility to easily create and share processes. It also impacts the way we work together and therefore impacts our culture. Last but not least, when I have a problem, the helpdesk is there for me. Helping to understand the problem and fix it in a giffy. My conclusion: Sensus Software is one of the, if not THE, best BPM tools you can find out there.
Pros: Usability, online collaboration, customer service.
Cons: Don't know, really.. Maybe a bug once in a while?

The Sensus BPM process modeling tool has all you need to properly document your business processes and get the conversation going among workers about the bussiness processes they are involved in. That means you can publish easy to understand process diagrams and benefit from extra features, such as linking to stored documents, direct links to other resources such as archives or applications. In my opinion, good process management is just about getting everyone involved on the same page. This tool is supporting you with that, and more. I have implemented process management as a whole many time before, with many different needs companies have, using many different tools. If you are looking for a tool that facilitates process learning and process improvement among workers I think this tool has all you need. It did for me. Email me if you like to know more.
Pros: I like the ease of use and the fact that you do not need to install a publishing system.
Cons: There's always a trade-off... good software comes with a price.

Sometimes you find a tool you understand based on pure logic and intuition . Sometimes you are surprised in a positive way when you find out that there is more behind the tool than just buttons. This supplier is one of those positive surprises. Simple logic BPM methodology combined with a very powerful BPM tool. Well done!!
Pros: Easy use Good price. Surprisingly powerful. Very very good publication and sharing possibilities
Cons: Limited use of icons

Without much experience in process management by the team members, we visualized our (dataflow) processes and the business processes of the sector we're working in. In a very intuitive way, together and only in a few sessions. Just creating the processes with our team made very clear the weaker sections that needed more attention, BEFORE implementing them instead afterward.
Pros: intuitive
