Pros: Axonify is a great addition to our Learning Management System. very friendly to use as an administrator and retrieve reports for compliance.

Cons: Sometimes takes a little while to upload.

Cons: Multiple languages are a challenge and need more support

Pros: It's easy to user for learners and I really like that LearnerZone is very straightforward.

Cons: The reporting exports can be developed further, it is quite hard to pull the reports you want as an admin. As an admin, adminzone isn't very user friendly and a lot of the processes are quite manual.

Pros: Daily training functionality, strong app, good support teams.

Cons: Some ease of administration features are still being developed.

Pros: How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.

Pros: The ability to test user's knowledge retention using questions allows the organization to identify weak points. I like the ease of using Axonify on mobile or laptop settings and the ability to create programs and certifications

Cons: There aren't any areas of Axonify that aren't easy to use, the games used in the software can sometimes a long time to complete.

Pros: This software has many advanced features that other's do not have, especially for employee learning and development. The ability to assign courses and SOPs covers the regulatory aspect of training and the micro-learning through daily questions at multiple levels allows employees to retain information. The reporting abilities allow managers to track individual employee progress and their Team/Dept. The Behaviors/Observations/Evaluations feature is great for many things like 30/60/90 day new hire tracking as well as safety observations.

Cons: While Axonify has many advanced features, there are several basic features that would help with setup and regulatory. A system of revision for courses/SOPs, more controlled exporting of data, and due date control are a few examples.

Pros: This software is needed for training the employees

Cons: This software is easy to use but should have a way to chat with teh supervisor inside it

Pros: The games help give a small break between questions. The algorithm understands when someone needs a refresher based on how many times a category answers are wrong. it is great that this is on mobile or desktop.

Cons: Nothing at this time. I'm enjoying all aspects of this software.

Pros: Its accessibility to learners, its versatility as a communication tool, its power to change the learning landscape, the best solution to address L&D needs in the most direct economical fashion available. Staff are empowered, management are able to communicate comprehensively and the reach and impact hereof are sufficient to change a business into a learning organization.

Cons: The evaluation by retail store ( if you in retail) could be improved so as to help the manager in the course of their day to day operation. The link to business results need to be more clearly highlighted. The ability to do so exists but to get there is a little too manual at this stage.
