It was not my favorite. When I identified issues, the customer care team stopped responding. I think they have a good start to a platform; but they need to work on compliance and customer care.
Pros: It seemed easy to implement. I also liked the feature where all words can be searched in controlled documents.
Cons: It wasn’t compliant enough for pharma/med device. I began validating the system and found that controls weren’t in place.

Overall, Qualio is a decent QMS. I liked it a lot at first, but the more functionality I wanted, the more I found it lacking. While it gives a nice, streamlined appearance, actual usage shows gaps that could result in compliance issues.
Pros: The ability to link things within in the system with the @ symbol is really helpful and helps keep document management together with quality events as well. Workflows were easy and helpful.
Cons: There seems to be a lot of lack in the system actually being GMP compliant. The training module is severely lacking for documentation of OJTs/other qualifications and we had to create a complicated workaround to make it work. Collaboration was difficult because, until the collaborator feature was added, only the author and QA could see initiated/draft documents, which made for many accidental duplicates. No maintenance module.

I absolutely love using Qualio, because it frees up alot of my time to collaborate and sharing info so I can do research
Pros: I like that Qualio is secure and I can collaborate with my team to automate our workflow. ant the customer support is top tier
Cons: There is nothing I can point to that I did not like, other than I think the cloud storage could be larger

Qualio is assisting me and my organization in maintaining all the company processes at one place. It has also helped me to make sure me and my colleagues are always up to speed with the trainings on new and revised processes. Moreover retrieving the current processes are also easy
Pros: I use qualio as our preferred document management system. The best part is its interface is simple and intuitive. Creation of sops, dops and policies are very easy. Moreover the way it keeps me abreast with my training needs is also something I appreciate the most.
Cons: At times creating a document is a bit of a lengthy process. If it had an option for direct uploading of the written document it would save time.

Qualio offers a unified and user-friendly platform to integrate our teams, tools, and data. It streamlines critical quality processes, such as document control, training, non-conformances, CAPAs, audits, and supplier management, all within a single, collaborative system.
Pros: Very intuitive to use, The friendly interface does not require extensive training or uptime to get users on boarded and using the system
Cons: The document editor is not as robust as microsoft word. This makes custom documents harder to create

a positive experience with a simple and interactive eqms system
Pros: The fact that reviewing aproval editing and scrolling though our documents is easy and fast
Cons: The search engine is a little clunky sometimes
Panagiotis V. · Quality Control Specialist · Pharmaceuticals · October 15, 2024
It has been an interesting learning experience and the solution to the tedious manual QMS. Work is simplified and distributed evenly. Is a fairly lean system.
Pros: Qualio has been improving every quarter to satisfy customer needs by incorporating suggestions for improvements made by customers and advancement of the feature available for use as per the current GMP regulations.
Cons: One has to adapt very fast with the changes to enjoy the benefits. So much good not to miss out on the advantages.
Hanifa N. · Quality Assurance Officer · Pharmaceuticals · May 16, 2024
Overall, the experience with Qualio is good so far.
Pros: The best thing about Qualio is that you can customise it according to you own operations. The second-best thing about Qualio is their support team.
Cons: Document management needs to be improved a bit. Resonance Health has faced a lot of issues when people with access to create drafts created drafts without prior permission and without any need of new document. This hinders the log control in Qualio.
Muhammad H. · GM QA and RA · Medical Devices · April 29, 2024
I'd rate Qualio an B+ to A-. It would be a perfect A if the word processor built into the program was a little more user friendly when it comes to formatting things like Worksheets.
Pros: Super easy to use (with one exception which I'll describe below). Great at reminding me of tasks that need completion. Easy for people to pick up with a little instruction. Onboarding was easy.
Cons: The word processing portion is often frustrating. It is designed for ease of use, but coming from Microsoft word, Qualio's word processing unit is lacking in a few things. First, the toolbar is minimal. I'd like more tools when I'm formatting. Second, the formatting in the online word processing is atrocious. I have to constantly export the documents to ensure the worksheets I make aren't broken up between pages (I suggest some sort of preview of page alignment, so that I don't constantly have to DL a PDF when I'm formatting Worksheets).
Ben T. · Manager of Islet Product Manufacturing · Biotechnology · April 26, 2024
Pros: I have not been using it long and have not been able to use all of its features, but so far I have not had any major problems with it. It is good to know what changes have been made. We will be using it for training in the future and would appreciate your dedication and cooperation when needed.
Cons: Change control is better for us and your support.
Hideyuki Y. · Managing Director · Alternative Medicine · April 24, 2024
Poor - I came in late (hardly anything was done) with the implementation and just wasn't aware of the capabilities of Qualio, and Qualio was backing out of the on-boarding process. I don't believe Qualio provided me with a good understanding of the capabilities of the system and how best to set it up.
Pros: I do like the Document Lifecycle management and the control of documents. Need the ability to have separate libraries, (i.e for Technical Documents) and not by tag!
Cons: Cost....Not much of a value when compared to manual systems Most everything in Qualio requires the same effort as a manual system (document control/life cycle is the exception, although some software offers version control!) I also resent the price increase applied this past year and the inability of Qualio to negotiate or justify the increase. We are actively evaluating other suppliers.
Brian L. · Quality Manager · Medical Devices · April 22, 2024
It is mainly positive, still early days, it would have been good to have more training and a more global presence for Qualio
Pros: Document control, supplier control, CAPA control
Cons: Setting up the system for our use was more complex than expected
Pam R. · Sr. Global Consultant QARA · Medical Devices · April 22, 2024
Very professional and nice support with documents migration
Pros: A system that is user friendly, easy to set-up and meets all requirements of ISO 13485
Cons: documents structure (hierarchy) not visible, impossible to copy events configuration from Sandbox into PROD
Dominika I. · Quality Representative · Information Technology and Services · April 22, 2024
Pros: I like that it is easy to use. Has good version control. It facilitates good review process
Cons: Qualio does not keep resolved comments. When someone completes review and click ‘Mark as reviewed’ in Qualio, no email notification is received. For an existing table, adding multiple rows at a time is not possible. Only one row can be added. Unable to copy the contents across multiple rows. There is no functionality to replace one character string with another. Doesn’t notify if a particular reviewer completed review. Doesn’t allow comments by a particular reviewer if that reviewer completed review. Not possible to filter for comments from a particular reviewer. Can not add multiple rows in table. All documents in all states should be visible to all users. Can not delete comments.

Overall very happy, but it is my understand there may be some very significant price increases coming our way which could cause us to look at alternate systems
Pros: *Customer Service *Ease of initial installation *Sandbox feature
Cons: *Suppliers module *Improvement suggestions not always acted up efficiently

Great experience, allowed me implement a company wide QMS, passing ISO registration audits both times.
Pros: Simple but complex at the same time, great features.
Cons: Docuemnt formatting could be improve, but very good currently.

My experinece with Qualio has been fine so far. I like that it send an out reminders every Monday and helps us keep tabs of days and deadlines.
Pros: I like that it is really easy to navigate and help centre works great, it really helps in every step of the way.
Cons: I don’t like the fact that it’s less flexible and with terms of document control and user permissions.
Sonia C. · DDMS · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 17, 2024
Pros: Ease of use. Compliance with FDA, CE, and TGA requirements for QMS.
Cons: Nothing. The team really listens and implements changes requested by the customer.

Khyati P. · Quality Assurance · Pharmaceuticals · April 17, 2024
Pros: The electric sign off to ensure staff are completing Qualio along with being able to add test.
Cons: I wish you could have document folders to separate materials
Adrianna D. · Training specalist · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 17, 2024
Pros: I think Qualio is a good tool to improve the training of the company's staff.
Cons: I think Qualio could be more visually appealing.
Salvador S. · Clinical Trial Assistant · Pharmaceuticals · April 15, 2024
Pros: Customer Support is Amazing as I used to do regulars meeting with them
Cons: Not user friendly as my CS team didn't like their complex processes
Arslan R. · QARA Manager · Medical Devices · April 12, 2024
I, and the company, have had a good experience with Qualio. Though there have been a few troubled spots we have always been reassured and received the improvements that have fixed issues. We are reassured that the Qualio team is working hard to give its clients the best quality management experience possible.
Pros: Qualio is a platform that we've seen grow over the years. They are a team that strives to deliver a product that meets the needs of its clients and is continually improving upon past versions to deliver a product and experience that is unobtrusive to workflow at a reasonable cost. Their service team ensures you have what you need, and diligently works to implement needed changes if a feature is not available. It's clean and navigable. I highly recommend it for smaller businesses or startups.
Cons: We have waited on occasion past a couple of feature releases for much-needed editor and supplier management changes. The review process and audit trail are good, but change control (requesting approval to create drafts, risk assessment features, and tracking changes between versions) are lacking. Sometimes it shows large chunks of text as removed and replaced when only a few changes were made. Sometimes it shows all it's changes in rich text code which is unreadable for most.
Jonathan L. · Quality Assurance Manager · Biotechnology · April 12, 2024
Pros: Document control and revision workflows are intuitive and easy to use. The application is all on the web which makes it portable. No required desktop software or storage.
Cons: $91
