I have worked with A-1 for over 9 years and am very happy with their system. They consistently keep in contact to ensure the module meets our needs. If not, recommendations are made and implemented as needed.
Pros: It is easy to work in, and the A-1 staff are very helpful and revise the module as need without compliant of added expense, for the most part. Unless we are making drastic changes.
Cons: I have no complaints about this system. It has worked great for the Purchasing/Contracts Management needs.

Overall, very positive - as noted it is a robust system that functions largely to our needs. If there were a way to have multiple, different data grids simultaneously it would be close to perfect
Pros: The robust nature of the A1 tracker, handling large amounts of data with minimal lag. Additionally, the customization ability allows us to tailor the system to our specific needs
Cons: What I like least is that we are unable to simultaneously have two separate data grids open for both claims and tasks, which then requires browser refreshes.

A1 is a very powerful claims management tool and the experience has been great. Within a few months of using the tool our business was able to start implementing new features using our admin rights. Any new ideas we had A1 were quick to pick up the phone to talk about how we can do it using our access or other options that may require development.
Pros: A1 Tracker is very flexible and easy to customise to our needs. If there is something we can't do, the A1 team are quick to add new features and roll out.
Cons: Nothing specifically, the UI could do with an update but the tool itself works very well. Important to have a good admin of the tool within your business.

[sensitive content hidden] and the A1 crew were always helpful and willing to help with any questions you may have. The program is very affordable for the features provided.
Pros: We used the program for claims management, and we liked the ability to customize the fields and pages to our liking.
Cons: I don't really consider it a "con" but certain customization capabilities can get a little deep and require a little learning curve.

Our experience has been excellent customer service, support and training! Whenever we have a question, we receive a response right away!
Pros: We use this product for Claims Management and it has helped us not only to monitor our claims more closely but has also given us the ability to look at our accident trends.
Cons: Having to access two separate websites for information. The system continues to evolve and I believe this is going to change.

A1 tracker is a simple and efficient way to file a claim. I am happy to have this rather than something more complicated.
Pros: The simplicity of submitting a claim that is quick and easy to use. It makes a process that no one wants to go through easier on the reporting side.
Cons: There is nothing I can really say that I do not like on the store side of filing a claim with A1 Tracker.

- Positive as I feel I am trained in writing detailed reports and less is better. Some may find system does not help them add detail.
Pros: - The system is very user friendly and I can get a report completed quickly. I also enjoy you can add pictures and other attachments to the report.
Cons: - Could help the person filling out a report add more detail, ie: loction/conditions section no drop down for conditions. One example of an area that would help someone add detail.

As stated above it is easy to use and follow. It can normally be completed in less than 5-10 minutes for most claims.
Pros: It is laid out so that it is easy to follow and input the information. It is also easy to input phots if necessary.
Cons: There really is not an area for the person filling out the report to make a separate statement. There is the claim summary and the Expectations set with customer. There is not an area for the report taker to make his/her own comments. Numerous times the customer will make a comment or just the way they state the problem leads to believe that the incident may not have occurred at this location. If there was a spot like: Other observations or something to that effect.

I think it is very safe to say that our experience with A1 has been terrific. The A1 team was patient with our growing pains and has stayed with us well beyond the initial implementation. Although we have not yet done so, A1 is a solution that our company is considering for other aspects of our operations.
Pros: A1 has proven itself as the best solution for our entering and using the data generated in our Claims and Returns departments. The company took the time to listen to how we were doing business and offered suggestions on how we could improve it without making huge changes. The information we have gathered since implementation has helped us identify issues before they became problems. The reporting flexibility outstanding!
Cons: Anything new is always difficult to fully accept so it would be hard for me to say that the transition was anything other than what it was... tough... at least at first.

Overall, my experience has been excellent. From the use of A1 Tracker to the associates that we work with when needed. Everyone has been responsive and it's been an overall positive experience.
Pros: Very user friendly, easy to use & teach. Customized to our needs.
Cons: When I want to view an attachment, it downloads to my computer

My experience with the A1 tracker was very positive. We used it for warranty registrations and claims. It was integrated into our other programs so we could process the claims seamlessly. I found that I enjoyed learning about the various functions and features that we could manipulate to make our use of the tracker easier.
Pros: I like that there are so many features and functions that can be customized to our organization's needs. The other benefit is the fantastic technical support and customer service from the A1 team. Prompt, helpful responses and follow up in each case. The A1 team really works with the customer to help ensure the tracker performs with their requirements in mind. That personalized approach is unbeatable.
Cons: Although it looks easy to use, I found it intimidating at first. Although, once I watched the video on how to use the tracker, it was very simple after that. Apart from that, no cons. Every issue we encountered was promptly rectified.

Cons: I used to not enjoy that the reimbursements would import as partial dollars ,but now it's fized!

I found A1 Tracker extremely user friendly. From the first time I used it I found that it was very straight forward. Additionally, I found that the functions A1 provides greatly supports the needs of my organization.
Pros: I really enjoy the features and organization that A1 provides its users.
Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about A1.

I am very satisfied with the software and the company as a whole.
Pros: The software meets our company needs for tracking auto, property claims and certificates of insurance. I am not a tech savvy person, and I find it fairly easy to navigate through. They have the best customer service team. They are always there to help with questions and issues. They take their time in assisting when there is a problem. They truly care that their customers are happy.
Cons: I do not have any complaints or dislikes about the company. I am very happy with their software.

Pros: I am a Risk Manager & Senior Investigator for my company. My company employs over five thousand employees throughout the United States. We have been utilizing A1’s software for a little over three years and I can honestly say this software is amazing. As a Risk Manager / Senior Investigator, I need a dependable report software to document my investigations and workers compensation claims. The A1 program is easy to use, and it also compiles important data that can be imported to stats. [sensitive content hidden] and his team are always available to assist with training and modifying the fields. A1’s team has always been available if my company wanted to modify a field or needed to train a new employee on how to use the A1 program.
Cons: The product is great, at the moment I cannot think of any improvements.

My experience with A1 has been overwhelmingly positive, the A1 team is friendly, focused and knowledgeable and have always been there to help at a moment's notice. Great company!!
Pros: Ease of us, Customer Service, Data collection and reporting.

Overall, I think this is a great program for our purposes, I think it could be even better if access the information required were a little less rigid, for example, when attempting to access an existing claim, there should be more options available to do this, perhaps customer name, product, or even allowing the option to simply select a new claim or an existing claim and seeing a list of available options to choose from would be a great start.
Pros: A1 provides the insight required to track, access and execute next steps when dealing with customer warranty claims, it offers a comprehensive overview of the product a customer has registered along with the components for the product. at a glance warranty information and so much more.
Cons: Difficulty navigating through the system, there are no que's or hints that would assist a first time user or even an intermediate user, more information needs to be provided and an example offered to aid the novice user. Even better would be an instructed on line course that offered explanations for each section and feature. The more we empower the user, the better experience is had.

From day 1, [sensitive content hidden] and his team have worked tirelessly to help BCB design and rollout a custom claims management platform. A1 have been flexible and endlessly patient as BCB explored it's first tailor made claims system with A1 handling hundreds of requests, ideas and sudden changes in scope. A1 have worked extra hours to guide us through late night updates and feature releases. At every stage in this partnership (because that's what it is) A1 have been right there with us - always ready with advice and guidance. The A1 platform and team are incredibly flexible and ready to consider new ideas. Got a new client and you want to wow them? A1 are ready to mind map some amazing things to give your current processes some added sparkle/wow factor. We are one year after production now, and with all the ups and downs of then rollout and adoption of totally new system (completely new processes and features compared to our old system) would I do it again? With A1, the answer will always be yes!
Pros: A1 listen to what you need and work towards providing that. The A1 team ([sensitive content hidden] ) worked closely with BCB to help us move from having concepts to having clear ideas on what it was that BCB actually needed to succeed. A1 have continually provided excellent service in the almost 3 years I have had the pleasure to work with them. The A1 team feel like they want BCB to succeed first and foremost. I can't speak highly enough of the A1 team.
Cons: There are no cons. If you are reading this and want to find a software partner - go with A1, you genuinely won't regret it.

A1 in its beginning stages was constant communication to make sure we were getting the correct product for our needs, and [sensitive content hidden] the [sensitive content hidden] of the company has been with us the entire way when he really didn't need to be. That really shows the passion for the product and it shows in its implementation.
Pros: Sandbox design and endless customization is where A1 truly shines. While we may not be the primary demographic for A1, they still worked with us to satisfy all of the needs of our business.
Cons: I think Data Import/Export could be improved. Our biggest issue is going over a data limit and needing to purge data manually instead of an integrated system to archive after a certain amount of years.

In the last 4 years I have had minimal problems with A1. It is easy to use, document and work in.
Pros: It's easiness is the most beneficial to my team.
Cons: Making changes to settings is difficult for me however I am not always technology savvy.

Pros: A1 is an easy system to use with good basic functions. It gets the job done at a reasonable price point. Its interface is customizable and can be created in the users eye.
Cons: While it has some deeper functionality they are not all seamless and many require some degree of settlement if they want to be used as they are generally static and not fully customizable. If changes are sought later as you realize some functions or options being used are not necessary or not set up in an ideal manner, it is not the easiest to change and re-integrate.

The overall experience with A1 Tracker was excellent. The communication with the team is amazing and worked together.
Pros: The most that I like to A1 Tracker was the improvement the process to recovery of damages in my company. The integration of members of team in one software to make easier the recovery process.
Cons: A1 Tracker needs to consider integrating in the team a bilingual person ( spanish and english). In the proposal incorporate a schedule (time for delivery) of work-process for the implementation the new software.
