We have been searching for a solution for an online enrollment project for a little over a year. The majority of the teams we talked to said it was not possible and that it would take an extremely long time even if possible. We found the IPS team through a mutual contact and from the very first time we met with [sensitive content hidden], we knew IPS was different. The IPS team completely understood our needs and addressed all our concerns. The team was prompt in answering our questions at the initial onset and they never told us they couldn’t do it, they just kept workshopping and finding solutions. Their attention to detail is like no other and without IPS I know we would not be where we are today. Their problem solving, communication, and process makes, in my opinion, IPS the best FinTech partner for any growing company out there.
Pros: Completely understood our needs and addressed any questions we had along the way. Fantastic problem solving, always looking for a solution instead of saying we couldn't do something. Communication and process was superior.
Cons: None - the IPS team was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns.

This system was critical to us getting off the ground and we are very grateful that such a product exists.
Pros: The team was super helpful at getting us set up. We had a slow start (as many TPAs and plans do) and IPS was patient and consultative as we got up to speed. They have a robust and feature-complete system.

Cons: This review won't affect customers who have only one plan design across groups. For us, we administer custom health plans for almost every group we serve. It would be nice to be able to configure these plans self-serve. The current workflow is to fill out a plan spreadsheet for each group we add which is time-consuming.

Excellent partners always ready to work together to find a solution to whatever we asked them.
Pros: The flexibility as we have very unique plan designs the platform was able to handle the complexity while allowing us to do all of our claims adjudication and reporting with one platform.
Cons: They built the system as we asked however as our internal processes were not worked out it led to a longer than expected implementation time line as many things had to be done over once we figured out our internal processes.
