Only able to interface with an AI Bot most of the time. There is no phone number for a helpdesk or support. When emailing for support, they just sent the same articles over and over that did not solve problems with the system.
Pros: I liked the concept, but the execution didn't work. We had people trying to reach us on our personal cells or Facebook, because they would end up stuck in an endless loop on the phone. Avoid this at all costs. This hurt our business, and they did not take responsibility for their mistakes.
Cons: We weren't told it works best on a computer rather than a cellphone. Never told you need to reset your computer constantly. Also, we lost many calls because people got stuck in the call tree, and VXT couldn't resolve this or explain why it was happening. We had billing questions, but we kept going in circles and didn't get answers from them, just emails with an AI Bot. Huge lag time between calls being transferred from one caller to the next.

Couldn't be happier! The training has been great, everyone knows how to use the system, support is quick and efficient. [sensitive content hidden] helped us get setup and he's been just great!
Pros: We were previously with Focus Telecom. Comparing VXT to them is like night and day, VXT is just amazing, quality calls, easy to use, connects directly to our CRM - Karbon. Love it!

We love it! VXT has helped increase the productivity and efficiency of the team. Would recommend to any business!
Pros: It integrates with our software and it’s very user friendly. Workflow and client response has improved significantly because of the integrations. Really happy with this product. The staff is friendly, patient and accesible.
Cons: We are in USA CST time zone. Sometimes is little challenging if we need support during our working business hours and there is not technical support at that time. But the staff is amazing and responded timely to the best of their ability. We wish the team chat was a bit more team oriented (could respond to threads, label chats, etc). Looking forward to see those changes in the future!

5 star, 10 out of 10, seamless and stress free. I reconmend it for very firm from sole practice to the largest of firms. You cannot put a price on our precious time.
Pros: The way the company onboarded our firm took all the stress and fear out of implementing a new tech product. It was such a simplified process that has just been a breeze. And the hours of saved billable time and protection for our firm is the cherry on top.
Cons: The only con is the pre recorded message about the calls being recorded, it will be great when we can personalise it.

Game changer for file note recording! Easy to log time entries straight to CMR. Saves time and that's a win for me as a lawyer! Easy to install, easy to use. Links to Clio (which is CMR we use) and one click it is time recorded and logged together with transcript and summary.
Pros: The transcription summary! Game changer for file noting! It not only transcribes the conversation but provides an accurate summary of what was discussed and even agreed pathway forward discussed etc.
Cons: Now that it is implemented and in action there is nothing negative, I can think of. The worst part was when we were told we were moving to a new system, because change isn't for everyone right! But I am glad we did changeover.

The VXT team are very responsive, the onboarding was a breeze, and the game changing functionality has added value to the firm. We love it.
Pros: seamless integration with our cloud systems, improved team dynamics, saving so much time, additional services we can pass on to our clients!
Cons: The main regret is that we didn’t have it sooner! VXT is the easiest software decision we have made as a law firm.

Wonderful product from a wonderful company. A little help setting up numbers and explaining a lot more about getting truly localized numbers would have saved my initial heartache, but the company was able to pivot and get it right, quick!!
Pros: The number of features and ease of use of these features is amazing! Love that it records and outlines the calls. Very impressed that an issue that arose for me was handled very well by VXT.
Cons: The charging over and over for changes trying to get it setup, when quoted one whole price, want to just pay that price. The expectation that VXT would simply hold my monies meant to be refunded for a whole year and simply apply to next years bill was not reasonable. But, they ultimately fixed this for me and I appreciate it.

Best softphone out there I have used. Very easy to use. Great support when needed. No negatives to it.
Pros: User friendly interface. Records and transcribes call with summaries. Integrates with CRM easily. Constantly enhancing with improvements
Cons: I am very happy with the product so far. There is not really anything I have come across I dislike. Maybe a slight lag when dialling out to it coming through on mobile but we are talking seconds

From the original launch with [sensitive content hidden], are experience has been wonderful. [sensitive content hidden] is VERY involved with the day to day, and often chimes in. They are always working on making things better every day.
Pros: I love VXT!! One of the greatest pieces is the mobile experience. I have not experienced a VOIP system with a mobile app like VXT.
Cons: It is not integrated with campaigns in loxo.

Pros: It's user friendly interface and it's flexibility for cross platform access. The clean and modern dashboard allows me to manage calls, voicemails, and settings with ease. I love that I'm not being tied down to one device as I can also access VXT on my phone.
Cons: Occasional call quality issues, depending on internet stability. While it generally delivers clear audio, there had been cases of unexpected dropped calls due to unstable network.

I'm finding VXT to be awesome! As a sole practitioner (currently), I'm finding it invaluable to allow me to record calls, transcribe and summarise them, link call records to my matter management software and so much more. It's a tool I would seriously struggle without.
Pros: I love the flexibility of using VXT on my computer, iPad and iPhone. I can take a call from any device. I also love the fact that I can (on my computer) send text messages to my clients more easily than thumb-typing on my phone. I can also keep a record of those text messages more easily by copying the text exchanges and saving them in my matter management software. Lastly, I love the fact that I can keep a record of my phone calls as an MP3 file in my matter management software.
Cons: The SMS feature is a little tricky to operate because when you press ENTER on the keyboard to get a new line, you invariably end up sending the text message unexpectedly. Also, when you send one text message and then open up another contact to message them, you get the previous text message copied as a draft in your text field. Then, if you hit ENTER accidentally, you end up sending the text message out to the wrong person.

We are brand new to the platform, but so far it's great. I am excited that it brings our office into the future with a VOIP phone application and allows our staff to work remotely without added hassle of a separate, mobile phone number.
Pros: We are pleased with how straightforward and user-friendly VXT seems to be. The integration with MyCase is going to be a remarkable upgrade for our practice.
Cons: There are a few missing pieces with the MyCase integration that would be super helpful (call log updates instead of notes on a case). Something we are going to struggle with is transitioning from our current chat tool over to VXT. I don't see the need to have multiple intra-office chat tools and that's going to be confusing.

Great - onboarding was sensational, support responds quickly and nice to work with a company that's not a huge conglomerate e.g. Hubspot or Aircall
Pros: It’s been an awesome system to essentially give our staff their own mobile device…without having everyone issued a phone.
Cons: WiFi dialling has its dropouts (more to do with my office than anything!)

Pros: Vxt brings all my platforms together and brings my communication into my workflow systems. Without it I would lose so many notes and information around my clients.
Cons: Can't think of one! The only thing I could say if it's free it might be better

Cons: I like the choice of setting up our own call flows, but it'd obviously be easier if we could tell someone how we want it, and to have it set up for us.

So good so far. We have just gone through ADMIN training.
Pros: The staff that have been helping us so. [sensitive content hidden] is great!!!! All the different functionality and options.
Cons: I didn't start using it sooner. There was one option that had to be checked every time and not able to save, but I was told IT is working on resolving that.

Pros: it's integration w Actionstep allows seamless capture and optional billing of all client calls the AI transcription of calls and their seamless insertion as file notes into Actionstep is wonderful. the intuitive call flow building GUI let us tailor the incoming call flow to suit us the onboarding experience was excellent as we transitioned from our previous VOIP provider the platform has been rock solid - far more so than our NBN service when we had a transferring from reception problem, the VXT tech support kept working the problem w us until it was resolved.
Cons: that I can't search across messages w all contacts that I can't get a summary of interactions w a contact I can't filter by contact types needs an outlook add in
