Pros: It is one of the best software around there for data entry
Cons: In my opinion it is a little bit costly. The professional package is around 890 dollars which is really costly for someone who doesn't have that much funds

Cons: It is just too much. I tried to implement an ATS function within it and it was nearly impossible.

The Platform has helped us to maximize our efficiency, reduce operational costs and improve customer service involving all the differents teams and giving them full visibility of every single status logged into the platform
Pros: A good centralized platform for managing our day-to-day business operations, in addition, is pretty straightforward forwards automating processes and managing customer relationships between different stakeholders involved
Cons: The notification system is not accurate in all cases and information provided by the platform sometimes looks confusing( as the number of options sometimes look overwhelming for the different teams involved in different ad hoc tasks)

Hubspot is a great CRM software. I could say it's almost there but it isn't perfect.
Pros: The support is great. The platform is intuitive and has a simple UX/UI design. Data management and contact management feature in the CRM is top-notch in the industry.
Cons: It's quite expensive for statups, there are add-on fees for additional features, but it can be helpful as the company grows from mid-to-large business capacity. There are still a lot of features that aren't available that many users are requesting. Hopefully, their developers will release an upgrade soon.

Pros: Hubspot data can get messy, and ops hub helps you fix that. It’s powerful, and reliable.
Cons: A key challenge in Hubspot operations is regarding field permissions, not only at contact/company levels, but also at the SKU / Deal levels. This is what the company needs to invest on to go head to head against Salesforce.

Listen, if you're in the HS world it's great and works nicely. Especially in a bundle of other HS hubs...no reason to not use it. For those that don't know, HubSpot bought PieSync and it's now called Operations Hub...
Pros: It integrates awesomely with HubSpot and works very well when it comes to syncing outside data sources.
Cons: I hate that Hubspot bought PieSync and now there is a hole left for that type of software in the world. Also, I can't sync two different things in HubSpot...

We use Operations Hub to connect our HubSpot CRM with Quickbooks Online to help automate the sales process and save us time. The two-way data sync feature is best-in-class! Most Operations Hub competitors are one-way push (or) pull only, and require two connections be setup to sync datasets. This is hands-down easier to setup.
Pros: As Operations Hub is a division of HubSpot, if you use HubSpot's CRM the integration is seamless. The free tier is generous, and Starter plan is competitive with competitors. The two-way sync feature is industry-leading, and this product has matured over the years into a solid tool.
Cons: Quickbooks integration can be improved. As it's one of the most trusted invoicing/accounting services available, we were a little disappointed that Quickbooks wasn't a priority integration at time of writing. This may change in the future though.

HubSpot CRM is one of the best CRM I have ever experienced. It is helpful to automate customer service management. This software has decreased the workload on our CRM team. Most of the customers are handled by this software. With the help of this software, most of our customers are handled by an automated system; instead of talking to employees. This software is an excellent source of our customer handling with the help of technology.
Pros: Overall it is a good software to improve customer service.
Cons: I think the automated tasks should be increased.

Do not like it, I find it robust, with lots of steps to create opportunities.
Pros: It is very visual, vibrant, it shows you all the leads related to an account
Cons: The way to generate opportunities is so much easier on other programs, and it does not have as much information as SalesForce.

Being extremely busy, I am always looking for ways to save time and when I realized we needed to keep our Mailchimp account for some e-blasting capabilities while using Hubspot to manage our database, I needed to find a quick and easy way to ensure the two databases were always synched. PieSync was the solution and even though it isn't the cheapest service out there, it is extremely effective and easy to set up. The time it has saved and the peace of mind I have in knowing my contacts are always in synch is worth it!
Pros: Easy to use and set up the synching feature
Cons: Nothing really. Very easy to use. Great support.

I was able to reach out to support during set up and after a few emails back and forth, to document the concerns, I was able to get on a call. I learn better when I see things executed. The team member was fantastic, friendly, professional and within 5 minutes had explained what I needed to do. Overall I am very pleased with this product for the use case I outlined above.
Pros: It did exactly what I needed, synching unsubscribes across Pardot, Hubspot and Outreach. It is at a great price point and was easy to integrate into each tool. I also love the control in limited which records I sync and how new records are or are not created within other platforms.
Cons: Inititally, I was a little confused with how to set up the limitations when it came to disabling the creation of new records from one tool to another.

Pros: Fairly easy to use and control who/what syncs between the two systems.
Cons: Can't create a name for each sync, so can be tedious if you have a lot of syncs.

Pros: PieSync was easy to set up, and since we use Hubspot, its direct integration with HS was nice.
Cons: Missing major "basic" features like syncing email activity. For this missing feature, the cost becomes very high. Because it's the only solution, we're using it, but if I had a choice of another provider that also synced contact activity, I'd switch.
