Auch eine schrittweise Migration von bestehenden Altsystemen lässt sich hervorragend durchführen. Und bei Fragen findet man auch immer einen Ansprechpartner bei WILDIX.
Pros: An WILDIX gefällt uns die Zuverlässigkeit, das übersichtliche Lizenzsystem und die tollen Integrationsmöglichkeiten.
Cons: Das Design der alten Endgeräte haben einige Kunden bemängelt. Jetzt gibt es aber eine neue Serie, die gut ankommt.

We have found the team at Wildix are helpful and are able to resolve any issues and give advice on set up and support of the system. Their new AI features will be of major benefit to new and existing customers.
Pros: Wildix can be used out of the box as a unified communication system or with some additional effort can be adapted to fit specific customer requirements. We have used Wildix where other vendor solutions would not deliver what the customer needed.
Cons: We had to invest time in training to learn how to configure the system, its not as intuitive as some systems, mainly because the system is capable of so much. As the system is intended for professionals to deploy on behalf of their customers the training issue is not a problem for a new customer to worry about.

Eine Installation ist sehr schnell gemacht und man kann die PBX problemlos an einen zertifizierten Trunk anbinden.
Pros: Wildix ist weltweit einsetzbar, man muss für die Installation nicht Vorort gehen. Flexible Cloudlösung
Cons: Es sollte mehr Wert gelegt werden auf die Kompatibilität mit Jabra Headset. Kompatibilität mit Collaboration muss gewährleitet sein, da sonst die Kunden immer sagen mit Teams funktioniert es aber.

Wildix has a great team of people who love the brand and invest continuously in the growth and development of not only its solutions but the whole ecosystem of users and resellers.
Pros: I love the sales intelligence feature on Wildix X-bees - being able to quickly search for different topics and find relevant information is a time-saver. Also the ease of use of the interface and being able to change devices seamlessly during calls are unbeatable compared to the competition.
Cons: Lack of Turkish language support in the user interface at the moment - but hopefully that will change soon.

We now support several customers and are satisfied with how it is received; the operation is user-friendly.
Pros: What I appreciated most was the simplicity of the system, as it made daily tasks easier, reduced training time for new users, and ensured that even complex processes could be handled smoothly without unnecessary complications
Cons: here are noticeable differences between the various operating systems, particularly when comparing the Apple and Android apps, as certain features and user experiences are not fully consistent across platforms

Pros: le multi-tenant pour nos solutions Cloud est un plus, et la gestion des licences est plutôt bien faite
Cons: le manque de postes du marché, obligeant a utiliser les postes WILDIX qui ne répondent pas nécessairement a une problématique business, et ne pas disposer de plusieurs PMS

Nel complesso l’esperienza è positiva: il sistema fa bene ciò per cui è pensato, offre un buon equilibrio tra funzioni e costi, e rimane una soluzione solida per chi cerca un PBX moderno senza complicazioni eccessive.
Pros: interfaccia semplice da usare sia per il personale tecnico che per gli utenti meno esperti. integrazione ben fatta tra telefoni, app e collaboration, con passaggio di chiamata e chat molto immediato.
Cons: Personalizzazioni più avanzate non sempre intuitive: alcune impostazioni richiedono passaggi tecnici non immediati Documentazione e corsi tecnici, da migliorare, soprattutto in italiano, e su semplicità di interrogazione.

Ottima esperienza di facile implementazione e fruizione. ottimo per implementare in pochi passi una infrastruttura di UC Communication
Pros: Facilità d’uso e completezza della soluzione. Soluzione a 360 gradi. Utile per qualsiasi tipo di infrastruttura sia per piccole realtà che per realtà strutturate.
Cons: Bisogna migliorare la qualità della voce guida sul voicebot. L’implementazione è molto intuitiva ma la risposta risulta essere ancora troppo lenta e macchinosa.

Pros: Wildix hat moderne Produkte, die die Kommunikation auf ein nächstes Level hebt. Die KI-Integration birgt wahnsinng viele Vorteile, spart Zeit und Ressourcen.
Cons: Wir haben bisher noch keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Unterstützung für uns Fachhändler ist super. Änderungsvorschläge werden angenommen und berücksichtigt.

Great. If i have a techn. issue or any support request, almost everytime they answer very fast. Keep it going!
Pros: A lot of functions with best possible simplicity. Everything a user needs, you will find the best solution with Wildix. Doesn't matter if it's a "one man show" company or an enterprise.
Cons: Nothing at the moment. Happy with the overall PBX Virtual solution and all the integrations. Especially the Voice BOT!

L'esperienza con Wildix direi che è positiva in tutto, proveniamo da altre piattaforme di comunicazione e abbiamo notato la potenzialità, la tecnologia superiore, la facilità d'uso, la sicurezza di Wildix dal primo momento.
Pros: Distribuendo altre piattaforme di comunicazione, cercavamo un'alternativa con una tecnologia e una visione rivolta al futuro e nei rapporti commerciali di Partnership. Abbiamo apprezzato subito la tecnologia, la modalità di fatturazione Capex, la piattaforma x-bees e x-hoppers.
Cons: Attualmente tutte le funzionalità sono veramente top. Abbiamo effettuato già diverse installazioni e devo dire che non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con il cliente, anzi abbiamo ottenuto aprezzamenti.

Wildix pbx’es are able to help customers with regular telephony and specific wishes therefor which other pbx suppliers are unable to achieve. Using external databases to route incoming calls to the desired call agent, creating a reservation frontend for a taxi company, call transcriptions, etc. It’s an all in one solution with remarkable characteristics and integration possibilities. Wildix has helped us onboard the bigger, sometimes international operating companies.
Pros: Enormous amount of configuration possibilities. Intuitive user interfaces for all types of users and administrators.
Cons: Maybe too many license possibilities. Pricing is somewhat complicated. Learning curve could be steep for some administators.

Provenendo dai PBX classici per me è stato veramente una bella esperienza per la duttilità del sistema e la praticità di configurazione specialmente per il cloud.
Pros: La versatilità e la sincronizzazione di tutte le personalizzazioni dell'utente su tutti i device. L'intuitività e la completezza della piattaforma. La continua evoluzione per ottenere il massimo dalle integrazioni ed anticipare i competitor.
Cons: Per me è stato un po' difficile seguire tutta la documentazione completa in inglese, ma con il traduttore di google mi sono arrangiato.

This turns the communication channel into a quantifiable Marketing and Sales Tool, which is crucial for maximizing conversion rates and proving ROI. The ability to integrate calls, video, and chat directly with CRM and automation platforms is the strategic key to higher revenue and better operating margins.
Cons: The primary difficulties included internal and external communication "lags", such as delays in posting new fees that then we had to give the customer, and general lack of coordinated information sharing.
