Pros: Easy interface. User friendly platform. Very few hiccups. Worked for what we needed it for. Good product.

Cons: The customer service wasnt that great nor easily accessible. When i tried to reach out for help, i got a very delayed response.

Pros: The checklists and organization systems is what I liked the most about Jolt. There are ways to hold you team accountable with this platform in a professional way

Cons: Technical issues running the app. Had experiences with glitches a lot for the short amount of time I used it

Pros: Once set up properly for labels it works well. Use them for printing ingredient labels for my products and date codes for ingredients.

Cons: Customer service is worse than any other company I have ever dealt with. Email them constantly and call and they never fix anything or do what they said they would. Never had one issue with them fixed even though they gladly have taken thousands from me.

Pros: Jolt’s digital checklists functionality is strong, enabling teams to replace paper logs with electronic flows that provide audit trails and accountability, helping reduce errors and missed steps.

Cons: Auto-scheduling features are limited or absent, meaning that managers may have to do manual shift adjustments or changes rather than having the system suggest optimal schedules based on availability or demand.

Pros: I liked the checklist function a lot. Being able to have multiple people working on the same list at a time helped for a smooth opening of the store daily.

Cons: It was really laggy. I had a lot of issues with connection, and the app itself moved pretty slowly, it made getting thru the lists pretty tough.

Pros: Easy to use when temping items and the process was really quick. I like how the product is Bluetooth compatible and can easily be done on your phone.

Cons: I will say that depending on the device you are using, the Bluetooth is not always the best and may have connection issues.

Pros: Helped with task management and ensuring accountability was taken by companies. Helped alot with time management.

Cons: Everything was good. Nothing bad to say. But if i had to say one thing then id say the price. Higher than competitors

Pros: Jolt allows me to keep the team on track regarding health inspection tasks, which in turn keeps my mind at ease knowing the team is consistently checking certain tasks.

Cons: They already have plenty of options for checklist options but i wish it could still be more customizable.

Pros: This is very easy to use and track. We also found it to be accurate.

Cons: If I had to be extremely picky, I might say the reporting could be slightly improved, but it didn’t affect my experience.

Pros: Simplicity, excellent compliance verification capabilities.

Cons: Platform is dated, with very few updates experienced during the time that I administration the service. Outdated UX.

Pros: Jolt is user friendly, real-time scheduling updates, mobile access and time tracking integration

Cons: I really like the customizable features. being able to customize scheduling templates along with being able to tailor my business specific needs.

Pros: Multi language capabilities of the software and efficacy in emarketinng campaigns management.

Cons: Cost of implementation of the product is abit high compared to that of other softwares.

Pros: Jolt is very easy to use and accessible!

Cons: Jolt is more time consuming than others I’ve used but worth it!

Pros: This proved to be a great tool for managing daily operations of the team and the organization at large. It helps track employee progress on a particular task i.e. micro-scheduling is made possible. It tries to give a real-time feedback to the managers.

Cons: Its pricing is quite high, much higher than its competitors. Also, customer support needs to be enhanced. Otherwise, it is a useful tool.

Pros: It’s extremely easy to use and set up in the workplace. Jolt makes it simple to train employees effectively

Cons: Only concern is that when logging in it takes time, other than that it’s great

Pros: It was easy to use and offers employees a great way to work remotely.

Cons: The sign in process was a little confusing

Pros: The task management is great. Lots of customizable options.

Cons: Labeling is a constant frustration. Whether its printer malfunction or some sort of IT issue, it is inconsistent.

Il est un logiciel sur tablette en offrant aux propriétaires et aux gestionnaires une vue des listes de contrôle dans un délai précis .les restaurants et les hôtels sans bureau peuvent en bénéficier de ce logiciel conçu pour gérer leurs employés et travailleurs.

Cons: Aucun inconvénient n'est ressorti pour ce logiciel. Il est bon en son genre de gestion.

Pros: I like the ease of scheduling staff members and that they can request time off or enter unavailability. Many apps don't allow both.

Cons: Occasionally the app didn't function properly for staff. In recent months this has greatly improved, making Jolt a staple in our business.

Pros: It deals away with the paper versions of recording temperatures and other required things in a restaurant, and makes them more detailed. It adds accountability and accuracy from employees. You’re able to create lists, print date labels or even create other labels. It’s a step forward in technology and I would recommend other fast food restaurants use this great tool!

Cons: Overall it was a pretty great experience, but the amount of information you have to learn at the beginning can seem overwhelming. But with the training you’ll eventually learn it all!

Pros: It's so easy to use and the customer service is so professional.

Cons: I have not found anything wrong with it great program.

Pros: Jolt is super customizable and easy to use! I use it for our hourly inspections, daily and weekly cleaning tasks, damage claims, repair requests, preventative maintenance, recurring team surveys, and for tracking lost and found items. If you are managing a team in a task heavy environment, Jolt is a must have! If you have suspicions that a certain task is getting pencil whipped, you can change the task type to a photo or to scan a QR code so the employee has to show proof they actually did it - amazing! They are also constantly working to add new features and improve current ones.

Cons: Because it is so customizable, there is a significant amount of setup required. They do have a great support staff who works closely with you to teach you what you need to know and get your most important lists built out. We've been working with Jared and he is amazing! Even months after purchasing, I can schedule time on his calendar and he will answer any questions and help me find a solution!

Pros: Jolt checklist make it super simple for us to keep up with location compliance and ensures we stay up to date with requirements. It notifies us if checklist are not being conducted on a timely basis and it also allows us to construct our own inhouse checklist to maintain a digital file of whatever we feel it is important to track.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about Jolt, if any questions arise there is a designated support specialist assigned to assist us and if not anyone from the support team will more than gladly assist.
