Overall, great onboarding and digital checklists are nice. I would like to take the time to review other similar checklist services to say it is the best one out there, but false promises and poor service above all makes Jolt not one I would want to do business with. Thankfully, this only affects one of our locations as I only wanted to test things out. I will not be doing business with them ever again. My advice, approach with caution and change the terms so they aren’t locking you in for services that don't work.
Pros: The digital checklists are great. Relatively easy to customize. It gets a little complicated if you have multiple brands. I only signed on one location as a trail, but considered my other locations and brands during set up to allow for flexibility to add them.

Cons: The labeling service was awful- the printer works maybe 20% of the time and when I asked for them to remove it because it didn’t work, their response was I signed a contact and am obligated to pay for the broken service. Needless to say, customer service is poor.

Pros: Easy interface. User friendly platform. Very few hiccups. Worked for what we needed it for. Good product.
Cons: The customer service wasnt that great nor easily accessible. When i tried to reach out for help, i got a very delayed response.

I would say I had a great experience with jolt, I just don’t need to use it anymore once my business minimized to be self sufficient
Pros: The checklists and organization systems is what I liked the most about Jolt. There are ways to hold you team accountable with this platform in a professional way
Cons: Technical issues running the app. Had experiences with glitches a lot for the short amount of time I used it

Not ideal. I would never order or spend any money through them again if it was not for the fact I already bought the 2.5k in machines.
Pros: Once set up properly for labels it works well. Use them for printing ingredient labels for my products and date codes for ingredients.
Cons: Customer service is worse than any other company I have ever dealt with. Email them constantly and call and they never fix anything or do what they said they would. Never had one issue with them fixed even though they gladly have taken thousands from me.

It was good, all in all the app was great. It was super helpful for the scheduling and being able to see when a time off request was great.
Pros: I liked the checklist function a lot. Being able to have multiple people working on the same list at a time helped for a smooth opening of the store daily.
Cons: It was really laggy. I had a lot of issues with connection, and the app itself moved pretty slowly, it made getting thru the lists pretty tough.

Overall, I enjoyed using Jolt since it made my life easier as a restaurant manager and helped from serving bad products.
Pros: Easy to use when temping items and the process was really quick. I like how the product is Bluetooth compatible and can easily be done on your phone.
Cons: I will say that depending on the device you are using, the Bluetooth is not always the best and may have connection issues.

Overall I do believe Jolt is not only a great tool to have but almost a necessary one as well. I cover 4 different outlets and it would be impossible to insure everything gets done without the availability of Jolt.
Pros: Jolt allows me to keep the team on track regarding health inspection tasks, which in turn keeps my mind at ease knowing the team is consistently checking certain tasks.
Cons: They already have plenty of options for checklist options but i wish it could still be more customizable.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jolt. From the moment I integrated it, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for time tracking.
Pros: This is very easy to use and track. We also found it to be accurate.
Cons: If I had to be extremely picky, I might say the reporting could be slightly improved, but it didn’t affect my experience.

Jolt is a good tool for employee tracking, task progress and management. It helps the management to effectively monitor daily operations. It reduces the efforts and saves time by monitoring the tasks remotely.
Pros: This proved to be a great tool for managing daily operations of the team and the organization at large. It helps track employee progress on a particular task i.e. micro-scheduling is made possible. It tries to give a real-time feedback to the managers.
Cons: Its pricing is quite high, much higher than its competitors. Also, customer support needs to be enhanced. Otherwise, it is a useful tool.

Pros: I like the ease of scheduling staff members and that they can request time off or enter unavailability. Many apps don't allow both.
Cons: Occasionally the app didn't function properly for staff. In recent months this has greatly improved, making Jolt a staple in our business.

Experience was great, had a couple of hiccups with setup and installation but support helped us out!
Pros: It deals away with the paper versions of recording temperatures and other required things in a restaurant, and makes them more detailed. It adds accountability and accuracy from employees. You’re able to create lists, print date labels or even create other labels. It’s a step forward in technology and I would recommend other fast food restaurants use this great tool!
Cons: Overall it was a pretty great experience, but the amount of information you have to learn at the beginning can seem overwhelming. But with the training you’ll eventually learn it all!

Pros: Jolt is super customizable and easy to use! I use it for our hourly inspections, daily and weekly cleaning tasks, damage claims, repair requests, preventative maintenance, recurring team surveys, and for tracking lost and found items. If you are managing a team in a task heavy environment, Jolt is a must have! If you have suspicions that a certain task is getting pencil whipped, you can change the task type to a photo or to scan a QR code so the employee has to show proof they actually did it - amazing! They are also constantly working to add new features and improve current ones.
Cons: Because it is so customizable, there is a significant amount of setup required. They do have a great support staff who works closely with you to teach you what you need to know and get your most important lists built out. We've been working with Jared and he is amazing! Even months after purchasing, I can schedule time on his calendar and he will answer any questions and help me find a solution!

So far our experience with jolt has been excellent and it has simplified our system process and made everything digitally available with reports to show our compliance.
Pros: Jolt checklist make it super simple for us to keep up with location compliance and ensures we stay up to date with requirements. It notifies us if checklist are not being conducted on a timely basis and it also allows us to construct our own inhouse checklist to maintain a digital file of whatever we feel it is important to track.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about Jolt, if any questions arise there is a designated support specialist assigned to assist us and if not anyone from the support team will more than gladly assist.
