I have had an excellent experience with XOi. They are a true business partner and not just a software solution. They take the time to understand individual market needs and tailor the implementation and support around user needs. They are open to suggestions on improvement and very easy to work with. Project Management is outstanding. They understand that effective adoption drives ROI and support post implementation to ensure success.
Pros: The solution is very customizable to User needs. Workflows allow individual markets to tailor responses to meet their Customer and Office needs and build a consistent Technician and Customer experience. The platform allows for quicker and more comprehensive communication of information to improve overall engagement and efficiency.
Cons: It would be nice if Workflows flowed a bit more seamlessly. It is a bit clunky having to open multiple Workflows when addressing conditional logic. If the intelligence around the workflow pulled in the next WF that would be a better user experience.

Pros: The software is easy to use. It gives us instant access to customer information we have collected while on our calls. Technicians now have a step-by-step process for running particular types of calls.
Cons: There aren't any. This software is nearly perfect.

Cons: We wish that if you had a previous WO or Job set up with the same description or character title it would alert you.

Overall, I'm impressed with what XOi has to offer. I also look forward to the new features that gets added to enhance our experience with using the product.
Pros: How easy it was to retain the information that is needed for each job that was set up. When it comes to the business statistics, it was a great way to realize what we used the product for the most in order create more opportunities.
Cons: It takes planning to create the workflows. If you don't understand how to put workflows together, it'll take a while to create something that is beneficial for what your company's needs are. Also, not being able to add other attachment files to a job.

Our partnership with XOI allows us to stay in front of technology by being more efficient. That documentation improves communication, validates the work performed for our customers.
Pros: The ease of use and the ability to adapt workflow to meet our documentation needs.
Cons: The ability to attach pdf or excel documents within a workflow.

I am very pleased with XOi...from the functionality of the tool to our account management to the technical support. I really like how we are able to tailor the workflows to our business needs, and I appreciate how forward-thinking the team at XOi is about our industry needs.
Pros: XOi greatly enhances the value of our services...plain and simple. Our technicians capture relevant service details in pictures, videos, and text, and the AI work summary feature assists in producing professional summaries which are easy to read and act as a great research tool.
Cons: As with most technology, enhancements come with bugs and XOi is not immune to these issues from time to time. That said, they work diligently to squash the bugs quickly and openly accept feedback from our users.

XOi has been a great partner. The service team and [sensitive content hidden] have been outstanding. Anytime we have had something within the program that does not work as expected, the team has assisted and provided the necessary information to help us resolve or understand the situation.
Pros: The XOi team is focused on providing service and a product that meet the needs of their customers. They truly focus on what is important for their customers versus what they want to produce.
Cons: Cons are always tough with a top performing organization. Speed of updates could be quicker, but I understand there is a desire to provide a product that works as expected and bugs are few and far between

I would say the experience has been great. the customer service team is great to work with.

It has been a very useful tool for our technicians and account managers and our customers like it. It differentiates us from our competition.
Pros: Performing surveys of equipment. Link that you can provide a customer to show them what is going on with their equipment. We also use it to provide detail around warranty issues for approval.
Cons: I don't use it as much as my account managers and technicians so I am not as good at it.

Could not ask for better people to work with. Always coming up with ideas on how to make your ideas real and better. Constantly energetic and positive in helping with integrating product into our daily usage.
Pros: The configurability of the workflows. The reporting dashboards.
Cons: Minor things that add time to creation of things, but talking with XOi success managers helps to learn how to get around the issue and sometimes causes the issue to be changed to create better workflow creations.

The overall experience with XOI has been great. We have increased our revenue and stopped chasing money.
Pros: 1. Pro is like the information we can give the customer. 2. Love where OXI can give our tech information from old to new. 3. We are also starting to use it for our PM sales team. It is great for them to put into XOI, and then techs understand what they are servicing. 4. We are also starting to use it on our projects. This helps give all the information to our service techs what we have done.
Cons: It would be nice if we could fill in XIO, and it would transfer into Coins or other accounting software.

XOI has been the best software company to work with to help improve our business. I have worked with multiple software companies and they have their pros and cons. XOI highlight for me if the Support aspect. Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden], and the support email in general is wonderful. They are quick to respond and I never feel "dumb" when reaching out for an issue.
Pros: The customer support is AMAZING! [sensitive content hidden] is always available and willing to help in anyway possible. I feel like XOI is a stable company that is not trying to sell to a bigger company. They are here for the long haul. I also love that they are dedicated to the trades. Lastly, the app is very easy to use and can be customized for each customer needs.
Cons: There isn't really anything I do not like about XOI. I think my issues lie internally at my company and getting them onboard to use XOI. I want them to see the benefits it can bring.

Our overall experience with XOI has been positive and rewarding. Our customers appreciate the visual aspects. Even when they don't understand the HVAC/Plumbing industry the level of detail and pictures help explain the situation giving context and a wealth of information rather than just an explanation that may sound foreign to those not familiar to the problem or solution to the problem. The simplicity of reaching out for help with anything XOI related is a huge bonus. It gives us all the confidence to stand behind the service we provide to our own customers. We applaud the excellent customer service XOI has given us.
Pros: I love that XOI allows our customer to be part of the repair from beginning to end. As a customer you can save the time of following a technician around and asking them to explain your situation. Our customers can use this tool when questioning a repair or a billing easily. Putting visuals to an explanation is always a plus! I also love how easy it is to contact anyone from the company if I have questions about a workflow or technical difficulties. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their product and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Cons: The only con I could think of is, I myself would love a paper manual. That is simply a personal con. Everything is at your fingertips on-line and any problems that occur can be found by checking the on-line directions.

I am very happy with the product, support team, and [sensitive content hidden]. I attend the XOI Vision Exchange and enjoy the hospitality of everyone there. The brainstorming, collaborations, speakers and other attendees all believe in the product and what it can do for you.
Pros: It is the best at costumers get the documentations they need and want while the companies gets the same. Very easy to use and support is great. The Xoi team is very open for suggestions for improvements.
Cons: The inability of the reader to read name plates properly. This is being worked on at this point.

Pros: It works. Does exactly what it is advertised to accomplish, clear factual communication with customers.
Cons: I have no complaints. It does everything we were told it would and we are very happy.

This is been a great partnership from the very beginning. Nothing but great things to say!
Pros: Not only is this a value-add for our clients, XOI also uses the data to increase our efficiency and bottom-line. Their support team is off the charts too!
Cons: The XOI team is constantly trying to improve the platform, and some of the changes made to the Dashboard have had me confused. It made it a little more time consuming to pull the report that we wanted, but their support team was quick with answers and solutions for me. Minor hiccup, and it is for the best.

Overall, it has been extremely positive, and it is a wonderful program with talented, hardworking people behind it. They have listened to our questions and concerns and have adapted every time. They are constantly evolving and the XOi of today will not be the XOi of a year from now. I am constantly amazed by their progress, their ingenuity, and their willingness to delight their customers and clients. This company will continue to change the face of the service industry for many years to come and I am excited that we are a part of that.
Pros: The multi-point information pulled off of dataplate captures, the ease of use of the software, and the willingness of the company to add new features to adapt to their client's needs.
Cons: That each job can only hold up to about 150 workflows before you start running into major issues, that there is no way to group or sort workflows based on criteria, and that there is no way to template steps in order to facilitate building workflows quicker in the future.

Great experience with XOi! The ROI has been surprisingly strong. The interaction with every level of XOi hierarchy has been pleasant and beneficial.
Pros: XOi is a very forward-thinking company. I would rate them as one of the top visionary companies in software development- not only listening and reacting to the customer base, but also proactively looking at the industry itself and expanding the software to keep a step ahead.
Cons: Not much to nitpick here. We have had very little need to contact XOi support, but perhaps the response could be slightly quicker.

XOi Software is a powerful tool with great reporting and customers love the information that it provides them. Our technicians love the ease of use and the technical library.
Pros: The software is easy to use and user friendly with excellent customer service and support.
Cons: The inability to attach fillable forms is the only thing that the software lacked, but the company is working on resolving that in an upcoming update. They listen to their customers.

Cons: -Web User Interface could be improved. it tends to get buggy at times. Also wish when searching through workflows/users it would show more options per page. When clicking out of pages it resets so I have to go back to the beginning.
