Easy to access and follow up with items that need review and subsequently handle appropriate resubmittals speeds up the process.
Pros: It is very easy to use and has an accessible interface. Tracking multiple submissions is easy and availability to have multiple uses have access it helpful
Cons: In comparing to other interfaces in other jurisdictions it is superior so hard to find issues with it.

Positive experience. Like it much better than some other county sites. Easy to learn, easy to complete.
Pros: Ease of use, customer support. Very simple to use, flows seamlessly. Makes operating my construction business simple.
Cons: I don't think there is anything I did not like about GeoCivix. It is a great program for my line of work.

Overall, my experience with GeoCivix was excellent. I was able to apply for and manage city permits without needing to call or email for clarification. The platform kept me informed throughout the process and made an otherwise complex task feel manageable and efficient.

Overall it was easy to use GeoCivix to submit my permit application, upload required documentation (after reading directions), and follow my permitting process through to final inspection.
Pros: The ability to track progress of my home improvement project from initial request through final inspection.
Cons: The file upload section was not intuitive, requiring reading of instructions and consultation with local zoning department.

it was fine, I don't know what is cost compared to the FTP, that would really be where the needle moves. If it's a big increase in cost, I would say it's not worth it, but if theres more it can do, then maybe. Otherwise the FTP portal was just fine
Pros: I suppose it's a little moire attentive, in that you get notifications when plans are received reviewed and completed. It's the same platform that [sensitive content hidden] use, and some others I'm sure. I think the challenge for Metro will be getting all the other departments involved. But it's just a different version of the FTP for now
Cons: I don't see any cons at the moment. Unless cost is a con, if it cost more to run this versus he FTP, then I would stick with the FTP

It is great so far. I've been using it for a couple of years and don't have many complaints. It took a little bit of time to figure out how to make changes if someone made a mistake while uploading.
Pros: It's pretty easy to use. The plan review website we used to use was a lot more difficult to teach to new employees, but GeoCivix is so simple to teach! I love that you can add documents to the folder if the client forgot to upload it themselves.
Cons: I don't like that we can't open up projects if a revision comes in. I would like to somehow put revisions on the same page and separate them out to indicate what revision number it is. But it would be nice to connect them in that manner.

Geocivix is user friendly and upload and processing is fast. The information provided to both applicants and users is very well relayed.
Pros: Ease of use for both applicants and administrators. Plan upload, bluebeam revision and file links assist in communication.
Cons: Form creation, which it would have WORD or Excel capabilities to assist in forms. The ability to upload letter formats.

GeoCivix is a helpful and easy-to-use website that makes community planning simple and transparent. The site is clean, well-organized, and supports effective data collection. It’s a great tool for better communication and smarter planning. Overall, documents are well managed and easy to access.
Pros: I really like the way comment/response section is handled. It is very straight forward and easy. Thank you for not having us submit an entire narrative letter each time!
Cons: I really appreciate how responsive the website is, but the overall color scheme could use some improvement.

Worked great for our Culvers construction work and we like something that makes document management easy for our construction workers to understand.
Pros: The superior customer service and provides a user friendly software that is easy to understand for construction.
Cons: Right now GeoCivix does not fit out company's current needs. If we grow more in our company we may look into this more.

It was an easy experience and the choices were fluid. I liked that I could go back and review previous choices to make sure they were correct.
Pros: It was easy to use and intuitive. The choices were positioned in a way that made sense, and there weren't too many of them.
Cons: There aren't any that I can recall. Perhaps updating the look and feel? It seemed a bit dated in the colors and size of the boxes.
