It's a good software that let you start very easily. In three days you can set something useful up. But the scaling options are a little bit limited by the addons pricing plans (each add-on will cost you money monthly)
Pros: Bettermode is a valid solution to build a support community that's easy to customize and with a paced ease of use. It has chat features and its cms can be easily used to adapt to very specific needs
Cons: The learning curve is a little bit stiff, since you have to adapt to its mechanisms. It has a lot of options that are gathered under the cms features. Also a downside is that a lot of specific and useful options (like whitelableing and space) are organized in addons (a part from the subscription model)

Very negative. Would never recommend anyone to go with this product if your goal lies beyond a fun project for friends and family. The frustrating part is that being a no-code platform, it doesn't provide you any control over the stuff like sitemap. At the same time, their support would keep sending you "your message is very important for us" type of communication for months and never solve your problem.
Pros: It's very easy to use. We managed to build the community portal for our product within a week
Cons: Don't know where to start. 1) It takes their support up to 72 h just to pick your ticket. 2) We submitted a ticket where we explained that the sitemap they generate for us automatically, contains errors. This prevents the web resource from being indexed by Google. It took them 10 days to just acknowledge the bug. Then we spend a month convincing them to fix it — I mean, common, your resource is invisible on Google, and you don't have access to the backend to even try to do anything — but Bettermode only issues empty promises saying "It's our priority". No deadlines, no dates – all along we remain a paying customer. Moving the community to Circle.so now

I switched my entire real estate membership over to Bettermode and the transition was smooth.
Pros: The UI - clean and beautiful. Designing spaces are very easy.
Cons: Which it had more features such as subscriptions to manage the memberships.

Very positive so far, and the customer support for setting the system up couldn’t be faulted.
Pros: I like how bettermode gives me complete control over scaling and managing my community. Prior to bettermode, I was reliant on developers and designers - which was completely impractical.
Cons: I couldn’t make too many complaints about bettermode, I understand that the software is a work in progress and the guys are always releasing new updates. The only feedback I would offer, is that receiving emails or a monthly newsletter about system updates would be helpful.

My experience using Bettermode is great, I was able to build my own custom community in just a few days. I love how flexible and customizable it is, this allowed me to quickly change things and grow my community adding new features and resources in a very simple and fast way.
Pros: What I like about Bettermode is the fact it is very flexible. You can quickly build custom projects and customize the components to fit your exact needs, all that without knowing how to code and even design. They provide a lot of pre-made components you can just simply drag to the page and configure how you like, it saves you a bunch of time while building your projects.
Cons: I think there is still room for more components and new features but I am sure they are working on it.

Pros: To e it is the best looking platform, similar to well known plattforms like Facebook, which makes it easy for my users to get around.
Cons: It is very complex and I am not sure, if I really make already the best use of it. And what I miss, ist the eMail feature out of Bettermode and the weekly digest Funktion and the planning and scheduling of postings. This would make everything much easier for me as an administrator.

Mi experiencia fue muy grata y la recomendaría siempre ya que es muy económica y realmente vale la pena aparte de que es fluida es fiable y muy segura.
Pros: Es una muy buena herramienta para gestionar las comunicaciones con clientes existentes tiene buen soporte de técnico de hecho las funciones como discusiones, ideación, preguntas y respuestas son buenos puntos.
Cons: En contra es que actualmente este tipo de herramientas se actualizan día a día dependiendo como este el mercado y hay cosas que pueden mejorarse como la oportunidad de comparar graficas de productos etc.

Pros: Having access to Tribe's Campfire where community managers like myself can receive a quick response from the Tribe team to help troubleshoot issues, and learn the latest updates from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been a huge benefit to using Tribe. The customizability has allowed us to perfectly align our community with our brand. Can't recommend Tribe enough!
Cons: There are features such as adding all existing members to new spaces all at once, that I'd love to see implemented which would make sure no content goes unseen.

It brings a lot of value to our users (They can chat with each other, and share their health journey). It's an important part of their recovery. Our account manager is very available, and they bring new features on a monthly basis.
Pros: - The integration within our app experience - The UI of the community
Cons: Multi-language is not well handled as of today.

Pros: Tribe is an amazing platform that offers an opportunity for community building and engagement. it provides an interactive space and its easy to use. the interface offers simplicity and easier navigation with the option to customize it to suit your needs which is great. I also like that you can integrate it with your existing social media platforms makes it ten times easier to use.
Cons: In the beginning when we started using it I had integration issues but otherwise I have no complaints.

Tribe is helping bringing a sense of community to the wonderful users of Proposify. It allows me to connect with our customers on a deeper level and find out what makes them successful, while being able to drive that sense of unity home all at once. For the cost, I am blown away at what you get. I would easily pay double what they ask (but don't tell em)
Pros: I'm brand new to the SaaS community space, and honestly, Tribe was the right decision. I looked at some competitors that offered similar things, but at 2x the cost. I couldn't believe how incredible Tribe for the value.
Cons: Again, when I bought the software, it had a long way to go. But it's made incredible strides since then, and I'm glad I purchased! Truly took it from an MVP software to THE MVP software in community engagement. Huge props to the product team, they have their heads screwed on straight.

I am moving to the new version and they help my move very fast. I am very satisfy and always support Tribe.
Pros: Elegant appearance, many of functions, easy to manage and customize the community.
Cons: New old version 1.0 is full of function. We are going to move to version 2.0 and it is still lack of some function, especially the language that make my community is more frustrated because our community is not the native English speaker.

Pros: Tribe to me is the best of the best. There are many community tools, but Tribe would be considered the top tier in both functionality and price. However, it more than delivers in the quality of the product and the teams dedication to look after its users/customers.
Cons: The only thing is to have more more apps please on the v2.

Our company’s community team and customers are loving the community we built. Right now it is fully integrated with our tools and processes. We are collecting feedback from our customers to see how we further improve the community experience.
Pros: If you are looking to create an online space where you can connect and collaborate with your customers, Tribe’s community platform can help you. During the implementation, we found that you can just mold it into any form/design you want. Amazing technical documentation and easy SSO configurations also made it easier to deploy this quickly. Not to forget, the customer success team is there to guide you through the strategy. The biggest benefit of this platform is that it allows you to build solutions on top of the core solution. You can extend the functionality of the community using their developer platform.
Cons: This is not a con, but advice - pay special attention to the technical documentation and make sure it is always up to date. Given the nature of the platform, without discipline in documentation, implementation can quickly become complex.

It is indeed a powerful tool to engage customers, collect feedback and keep them updated. I also see that the frequency of new features released by the Tribe team has increased recently. Our company is keen on continuing with the solution.
Pros: The platform is specifically designed for customer engagement in a modern online community or social space. It is fairly easy to configure and configurations around SSO (Single Sign-on) are straightforward. We also love the customization aspect and the ability to pick and choose different apps.
Cons: I’d love to see the Tribe team put more effort into the SEO configurations such as UGC links and enabling admins to add some domains into the whitelist so regular/do-follow links can be created.

We have been satisfied with the community platform so far. Looking forward to evolving with Tribe as they add new features and functionalities.
Pros: We love the Space and Collections structure for categorizing content. The design and customizable components add a unique flavor to this product (in comparison to traditional forum packages). Also, they have an amazing customer support team. Their own customer community is also quite active - we can publicly share our feedback and suggest features.
Cons: There are some missing features such as mobile app, ideation app, multilingual support. We’ll wait for these before moving to higher plans.

The folks at Tribe are doing an excellent job! The new version of the community platform is more advanced and helps software companies build customer support communities. I love that our customers could easily adapt to the online community. We are executing our engagement strategy at this point and things looking good.
Pros: The design is very similar to the social media sites which gives a modern vibe and doesn’t take a lot of effort to educate the community members. On top of that, the platform is quite customizable and the customer success team goes the extra mile to give wonderful guidance.
Cons: Their app store doesn’t yet offer a knowledge base app. This would be an amazing addition for self-service via the community.

Pros: At Asiya Shriners we love using Tribe to have a private online space to exchange our ideas, stay connected and more engaged with our membership. We really appreciate the ability to customize every little aspect of the platform to provide our members with the polished and intuitive experience at the same time. 👏
Cons: Really can't find much negative to say, but it would be great to have more integrations (which I'm sure are in the works). It would've been awesome to have a dedicated app for our Tribe community, but that's hard to implement given all the regulations that Apple and Google impose on their app markets.

Pros: The product is very easy for both the admins and users to navigate. Users have been very engaged. We like that they can customize their notifications and how often they are received. The groups and topics are great.
Cons: We'd love to have an app that our members can access on their phone! One of the biggest issues we had when we launched our community is that the invites went to spam and there was no way to ensure that this wouldn't happen. We had to send dozens of invites multiple times because members couldn't figure out where it went or how to find it. Ensuring a way for the invites, especially if we're importing a list of hundreds of contacts, not to go to spam would be important for future clients.

Pros: I feel the community has lots of functionalities and it allows an easy export of several layers of data (users, conversations, etc.). Indeed, this was one of the decisive factors which made our team choose Tribe instead of other solutions. I would definitely recommend trying (and using) it!
Cons: I feel that it is a complex community software compared to other solutions.
