Overall, questionpro is a true gift to use and we value being about to use it as a nonprofit organization.
Pros: QuestionPro is extremely reliable. I keep the perspective of our patrons at the forefront and helps our business improve with every survey.
Cons: They took away some of the functionality and features on the nonprofit option that were very valuable that we wish they would restore.

Pros: The software is extremely easy to use. Great tools to create surveys that are complex. Easy and intuitive way of creating logic/skip patterns etc. The reporting is also great and easy to use.
Cons: Everything that we've come into contact with has been very simple and easy. They are great for nonprofits given their nonprofit rates.

Overall, our experience with QuestionPro has been very positive. We use QuestionPro in applied social science research, evaluations and stakeholder surveys involving HEIs. The software supports efficient survey administration and professional data collection workflows. We also appreciate the continuous development of the platform and the responsive support team.
Pros: QuestionPro is very useful for professional online surveys in research, evaluation and higher education projects. We especially appreciate the advanced survey logic, filtering options and the flexibility in designing complex questionnaires for different stakeholder groups. The platform is intuitive to use and works well for both smaller studies and larger surveys.
Cons: New users first need to explore the available functions and configuration options, as not all features are immediately intuitive. In the Non-Profit License, some more advanced question types and features are unfortunately not available.

Pros: The product is very easy to use for a small organization like ours. The AI tools also make it easy to build out a professional-looking survey. The product works well on desktop and mobile.
Cons: The product can be a little difficult when mapping questions and paths - but once you have it figured out, it is easy to work with.

The product has been very easy to use. We need it once a year (usually), and it's so easy to take last year's survey, tweak it, and send it out to a new batch of participants.
Pros: Setting up a normal survey is very straightforward. As you dig deeper, you can unlock more complex input logic, branching, and a bunch of other options to add a richer experience for participants. Security measures and validation features are also robust, offering a host of options to ensure you get input from the people you want. It makes me look like a miracleworker to my staff when I tell them that we can use QuestionPro to put up a professional-looking survey, then take the results from this 3rd party software and upload them back to our CRM, using an embedded ID to link it back to our records.
Cons: The process to renew non-profit licenses is a bit cumbersome. I would much prefer a discounted non-profit option to the free license that requires additional steps every year for renewal.

Good very positive, they have a great product that often is less expensive than others but provides a great result.
Pros: Easy to use, great customer service, survey design and templates work well. As a non-profit they support us by providing a great resource.
Cons: The log in process it does the code entry quite often, which slows down the log in process. But I can get over it.

It has been easy and supportive for our small nonprofit organization. We have been using it for years and haven't had any issues.
Pros: I like its ease of use and aesthetics for customer-use when completing surveys. I also appreciate how the data is easy to interpret once surveys are completed.
Cons: I would love to be able to have the option to see different ways to visualize survey data quickly and easily.

As a non-profit, we use QuestionPro for event surveys, program surveys, employee surveys, etc. It is robust enough to handle any of our needs.
Pros: Question pro is easy to use, easy to customize, and has been my go-to for years. Customer support is great.
Cons: I really have no complaints. I have been able to do whatever I need to do in the platform. For non-profits, annual renewing could be smoother.

Pros: Easy to navigate and use. I also like the survey design features. Does the job very well. Happy to use the software so far.
Cons: It can be complicated in the beginning to learn how to use the different features but once you learn how, it is easy.

I appreciate the value I get, as it is one more tool in our small toolbox for continuous quality improvement. I know I have not used all the bells and whistles of it, but I know they are there if I need them. I would also say that the customer service is quick, reliable, and personal.
Pros: The best thing about QP is that it works with small non-profits. It's a game changer in continuous quality improvement with simple surveys. Conversely, I know it offers advanced research workflows, mobile friendly, and advanced analytics if that is what I needed. It is very easy to use for all team members regardless of skill level and nimble. They are responsive to requests and inquiries; great customer service.
Cons: I honestly do not have a negative statement. Maybe if I was a researcher or using more complex research, I would find quirks in the system. However, that may not be the system's fault, it could be the inputs.

Overall, this is a great service to use at my non-profit. I would highly recommend for anyone to use this service.
Pros: QuestionPro is intuitive and easy to use. There are tons of good options for different types of survey questions, and I appreciate the automatic generation of charts and graphs that are sometimes ready to use for presentations as-is. It is a great tool for collecting social science data and collecting feedback on workshops that my organization runs.
Cons: In the emails sent out to potential survey respondents through the email platform built into QuestionPro, the emails that respondents receive look sort of promotional (and sometimes go into the promotional category of inboxes) based on the design. For social science projects this can reduce validity and response rates.

Overall, our experience with QuestionPro has been positive and critical to our operations. There are no easy or affordable solutions to help us better achieve our goals. In the nonprofit world, I can't imagine having a better partner in our processes.
Pros: QuestionPro is a easy to use, mostly intuitive, and robust platform for our organization. We have been able to engage with clients, organizations, and others in ways that allow us to collect data and feedback to better serve our community. Feedback collected has allowed us to plan programs and processes needed for growth. Although we have needed minimal customer support, each time we have reached out they have been available and helpful. Designing the surveys has been easy and did not consume a lot of time.
Cons: We have had no negative experiences with the software. Honestly, while there may be a few features I wish we had, these have not impacted our experience with the platform.

So far, setting up the account has had its issues as detailed above. Have not had the opportunity yet to fully explore the software and create our first survey. Friendly helpful staff are available to talk through any issues.
Pros: Provide free licence for non profit organisations. Allows for multiple surveys. Customer support very helpful to talk through any issues. Intuitive design.
Cons: For a very small non profit organisation, steps required to set the account up seemed excessive and involved other requirements we do not have or need and had to arrange specifically for this.

Pros: Question Pro is a comprehensive survey tool that does all I need. We use it fur community surveys in our Neighbourhood Forum.
Cons: That I have to renew the free non-profit license every year... time flies, every two years would be good enough ;)

I was extremely disheartened by their inability to work with us and help us come up with a solution that worked for our nonprofit. Because of this, I would never recommend them for another organization to use.
Pros: QuestionPro is good for skip logic and building surveys. The initial price point is good for nonprofits through techsoup but advanced features are not included.
Cons: QuestionPro's customer service is horrible. As a small nonprofit, we purchased the license through techsoup for $150. One of the surveys we are working on requires an electronic consent, however, we were notified after purchasing the license that this feature is only available for a research license and is $1500. We asked if we could sign up for the monthly license like they have for their basic level and were told that they only offer an annual rate. We asked if there were any workarounds and were told there was not.

Very good experience. I have been working with QuestionPro for about 5 years and they continue to improve the survey developer experience.
Pros: Ease of use in setting up survey questions. Tech support is excellent when I have questions about the program.
Cons: Export to PDF could be improved. Open ended questions follow at the end of choice questions. We have a very extensive survey we do in QuestionPro and I have to manipulate the exported file to embed the open ended question responses into the full document.

We use QuestionPro for annual surveys of our student grantees. It's easy to set up surveys once you get to know the platform. It's not a simple as some other platforms, but it's more robust. We were thrilled with the results last year and have plans to use it again this year.

Cons: I would say the learning curve was the most challenging part. You can find something simpler, but you won't get the robust and varied options. It's a true quantitative and qualitative tool for fielding surveys.
