Not very good. As above, I think the pricing page is deceptive and essentially resulted in me wasting my time trying to set up a service that is literally 10x-20x more expensive that implied.
Pros: It seems easiest enough to setup and likely does what it says well. I spend about a day trying to set it up and then spoke to a representative who was helpful.
Cons: The pricing page is incredibly misleading bordering on dishonest or fraudulent. If you go to their site and click on pricing it clearly displays three pricing tiers of $25, $35 and $50 per user per month with all the features appropriately listed. Then there's a little bit below in parenthesis that says "[+ platform fee]" with no mention of what that platform fee would be. So a reasonable person would think this is going to cost maybe 5x$35 per month plus a few dollars, maybe $20 or $50 platform fee. The platform fee however is $6000 yearly which I only found out after spending an entire day trying to do a setup and then organizing a zoom meeting with someone to further help me.

Love it. Perfect way to visualize my commissions for past, present and future!
Pros: I like the ability to see my commission broken down in detail. It makes it easier to identify when there might be any mistakes - and once it is resolved, you will see the correction that was made.
Cons: can not think of any at the moment! has everything I need

Quotapath has been a great way to help us track and payout commissions. Their support and CS team is always super helpful and willing to jump on a call to work through plan changes.
Pros: Ability to integrate with Salesforce and allow unique and customizable plans. I also like how our reps have their own login to see exactly where there earnings are coming from.
Cons: When you first get into it, building the plans can be a little tedious, but once they're set up everything flows super smoothly.
Shael S. · Senior Accountant · Computer Software · October 16, 2024
Fantastic Customer Support and a team that listens to their users. I have never seen a team take feedback and within 6 months, turn it into a live feature. (Base pay fields) Transparency with our sales team on their earnings during a sales cycle instead of learning the-day-of on payday has meant more hungry reps chasing their spiffs and fewer reps spending time on a calculator to figure out their current totals for the month. I literally couldn't imagine our sales tech stack without them now.
Pros: The ease of use, setup and interoperability with our CRM has made the commission payout process 4x faster than what it had to be. Instead of filling in spreadsheets with data, it is more of a double check and then paying our staff
Cons: There is a little bit of a learning curve with how plans/paths work and how to set them up exactly the way you want it and in a way that is presented clearly to the end user (accounting and the sales reps)
Enoch T. · Director of Revenue Operations · Marketing and Advertising · October 15, 2024
Pros: The team at QuotaPath is great and very friendly! The software is easy to use and provides the data that I need.
Cons: There is nothing negative to add at this time.
Tyler Y. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · October 9, 2024
Fantastic Comp Platform with five start service
Pros: Easy to use, great customer service, great tech support and help. Willing to listen to customers and build out functions to greatly improve the user experience. Really happy with the product.
Cons: Still a little click heavy - would love to see some more automation in things and AI components
David T. · Director of Revenue Operations · Utilities · October 8, 2024
Overall, the experience with QuotaPath has been a very very positive one! Support from our Customer Success Manager has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable in their product and was able to provide us with the solutions to our complicated commission plans. Been very happy with the people as well as the product equally, if you are looking for a tool that will help better manage your monthly commissions process, look no further and go with QuotaPath!
Pros: Their constant support throughout the whole process, during the creation of the plans and once everything is set-up. They are on the ball when it comes to their customer support service, very knowledgeable and are always happy to assist! Easy to follow workflow when it comes to the monthly commissions checks and features that will allow for analysis of sales per person. Useful integrations and custom code field mappings as well, one of the top features for me.
Cons: Depending on size of database, may take some time to refresh to see impact when of a new path/plan on deals.
Dennis E. · Sales and Workplace Operations Lead · Information Technology and Services · October 8, 2024
The process has been the best I have ever had from initial product demo, to contract negotiations, to deployment, to ongoing support and renewals. The QuotaPath team has been proactive, responsive, and a great partner.
Pros: QuotaPath is easy to use, integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, and is a great way for my team to stay in tune with their earnings, and payouts.
Cons: They are constantly evolving their product, which is great, but that also brings the need to constantly learn the new features.
James L. · Director of Finance · Computer Software · October 8, 2024
I have been very pleased with our decision to go with Quotapath. Their support is top notch and the product delivers for operations and sellers.
Pros: Highly configurable from a plan creation perspective. Integrates very well with Salesforce.
Cons: The external reporting solution could be better.
Chris S. · Sales Operations Manager · Computer Software · October 8, 2024
We use it as a sales tool use it quite a bit
Pros: It keeps track of my sales goals and what ive done for the year.
Cons: Nothing really about it. Very useful for sales
Russell D. · Sales Development Representative · Education Management · October 8, 2024
QuotaPath has removed the ambiguity of all operations related to the issue of commissions in the institution, as we now have a precise mechanism for documenting confirmed and expected commissions with full transparency, and thus the amounts allocated to closed and expected deals became clear to everyone, in addition to their due dates, which had a great positive impact and encouraged team members on the hunt for more successful deals.
Pros: QuotaPath makes it easy to organize commission data, calculate amounts, and view due dates in one dashboard. It's also good that QuotaPath provides a clear path to track approvals transparently, allowing administrators to review applications and send inquiries on them and enabling us to clarify what they need to know directly. Integration with Salesforce made it easy for us to access the data we needed to report accurate deals and expected commissions. QuotaPath also possesses powerful forecasting features so that we can count opportunities created at a certain point, not just closed deals.
Cons: After we finished setting up QuotaPath, all the operations became clear, and we were able to do it easily and without any complications.

I previously thought better of them despite some of their shortcomings but at the end of January they laid off 20% of their workforce which included a lot of their implementation team, including our customer success manager. This layoff took place just when their customer base were implementing their commission plans for the new year. Who has an across the board layoff at the start of busy season, definitely poor planning. This put us and I'm sure many other customers behind the eight ball if you will. Also plans that our previous rep could implement for us the new team hasn't been able to so right now we don't have a usable product.
Pros: At the moment there is nothing I like about this software see my con comment.Unless we can work out the issues we will be looking for an alternative.
Cons: It lacks a lot of functionality especially around complex plans, also they have no real reporting function which is unfortunate and lack GAAP reporting.
Stan F. · Finance · Computer Software · February 10, 2023
Pros: Userfriendly experience + easy tool to manage commissions
Cons: no always update but i think it's internal topic
Léo n. · Key Account Manager · Mental Health Care · July 29, 2022
I can do commissions like a larger company than I am and it has enabled me so now I can add to my salesforce and know that I can incentivize them, keep track of it, and not kill many hours per month computing and messing with a crazy spreadsheet.
Pros: Enables my small 20 employee business to provide a commission structure that up until now could only be available to my big national chain competitors.
Cons: Would like to have a few reports available because I don't integrate it with a CRM or my QBO online. Some reports centering around the different individual products being sold by my 2 man sales team.
Joseph B. · Manager · Retail · July 20, 2022
I'm not very happy with it yet. There seems to be too many places to review commissions and no clear way to determine what's pending versus what to expect on your paycheck.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use for my Sales Ops people.
Cons: I don's like how it's so difficult to tell what's ACTUALLY getting paid out to reps, versus what is pending. It makes it confusing.
Brienna S. · SDR · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · July 18, 2022
Great
Pros: It is easy to use as a new user, clear description on how the commissions are divided
Cons: I don't really use a lot of features, not sure on how to use all of them.
Tanisha C. · BDR · Computer Software · July 14, 2022
Pros: single source of truth for myself and my team.
Cons: integrations can sometimes be a little confusing
Chester C. · Head of Account Management · Information Technology and Services · July 14, 2022
We no longer have to produce individual commission statements for each sales person. Previously they were manually created.
Pros: We use QuotaPath to produce commission statements. A simple function for every every sales team, but one that takes up a lot of time every month. We are happy to have this automated by QuotaPath. The views are easy to use and the data upload is simple. The biggest differentiator of QuotaPath is their Customer Support Team. They are diligent and work with you until everything works properly.
Cons: We would like better integration with Microsoft Office tools.
Kevin C. · SVP Sales and Alliances · Computer Software · July 13, 2022
eliminated spreadsheets for commission payments.
Pros: easy to set up and does what it is supposed to do. Very simple and easy to deploy and set up.
Cons: Notifications to reps to pull them into the system to use it more often.
Jim P. · CRO · Computer Software · July 12, 2022
Pros: ease of use, the dashboard is great I can change parameters easily
Cons: Not sure, I have never had a tool to manage my commissions before. It was all manual and I had to do the audits myself.
Lisa P. · NDR · Computer Software · July 12, 2022
Good
Pros: I do not have experience in sales without Quota Path but I do love how clear it makes everything.
Cons: Not sure, like above haven't used another software in the past.
Corey W. · SDR · Health, Wellness and Fitness · July 12, 2022
Pros: Current up to date info that can be viewed at anytime by myself or bosses
Cons: Occasional glitches with selecting plans however an easy fix / operator error
Brittany T. · BDR · Computer Software · July 12, 2022
Pros: Quotapath makes it easier to see how much commission you make. Love the reports and ability to keep track of your money.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. The technology is easy to use
kristoff L. · Manager - Business Development · Computer Software · July 12, 2022
The support we get from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is terrific. She's very responsive and whatever I can't do she is able to do with a smile.
Pros: The software gives admin and staff a clear view of what they'll be paid each month for variable comp and why.
Cons: If we change our metrics it's not intuitive to make the appropriate changes in QP
Seth D. · Director of Revenue · Retail · July 12, 2022
Pros: I like the visibility this gives - often we as reps do our own commission calculations so we know what we should be making but then there's the business side of and QuotaPath allows me to see what the business thinks I should be making and can address discrepancies before they happen.
Cons: It's a little tricky to know where to look to find what you are looking for - but in time I'm sure I'll figure it out.
