Litify

Pros: Easy to use , love that you have so meany options on how to set up your work space . Very friendly to work

Cons: The Matter plan view . Is so easy to use as it give a more simple view to find what ever you need to work

Pros: How easy it is to use! Super simple design and easy to navigate. I would recommend using the application to everyone that I know.

Cons: That every time i want to select a specific case it opens another tab. So i have unnecessary tabs open.

Pros: I really like the Docrio add-in, as well as the overall appearance. There also was not a steep learning curve when our firm switched over systems. The "Conversations" box is also useful.

Cons: I wish that the most recent case note appeared on the Details page. Also, sometimes the sheer number of folders can be counterproductive.

Pros: Very Easy to use and see the work that other people have done. It is a learning curve to understand it though.

Cons: Some of the mapping I struggle to find where it goes. When I am trying to find a lien or damage and the documents don't generate there. Or they don't let me copy from the intake folder. Or I think I am in the matter and somehow ended up in the Intake instead.

Pros: Not too much. Too many clicks to get to folders, etc. Too many emails from marketing, etc. which don't pertain to us.

Cons: Stoy Law has tried for several years to remove [sensitive content hidden] from your email bank. Unfortunately, we still receive emails addressed to [sensitive content hidden].

Pros: The searching capability is the best part of the program. I can find what I need relatively easily.

Cons: It takes too many steps to accomplish anything. Additionally, the cost is way out of line for our needs.

Pros: The system is easy to use and clear. Allows to incorporate your needs and the reports that can be made allows us to see the efforts and the focus we should be looking for.

Cons: At first I needed training to use but once you get use to it its a great asset for our law firm. After some training its great

Pros: File management Variety of options to modify/handle a file once it's uploaded to Litify App is easy to use. Is easy to move files between matters The software interface is not difficult to learn/get used to and it's very self explanative.

Cons: The app tends to crash from time to time There a few, minimal occasions, where files tend to take more than expected to upload. When handling great batches of files, in terms of uploading them to the software, the app tends to get slower above 50+ files While not recurrent, it does appear some times that whenever you're adding a Party to a matter it gets duplicated by itself.

Pros: It is easy to navigate and organized, making it easy to access information quickly. I like that it allows you to edit chatters after you posted them, saving further confusion.

Cons: I dislike the new color scheme as it can be too bright, I wish certain functions would save automatically when changed

Pros: I love the ease of use as well as the modular building you can do. It's a great software with many things that help with streamlining case work.

Cons: The thing that always gets me is that not everything from Salesforce works through Litify. I was so used to SF that not being able to use some of the tried and true features in Litify was tough.

Pros: What I enjoy most about Litify it the compact layout. I feel it is easy to navigate and is versatile for any company.

Cons: Some of the things that I don't enjoy as much about Litify is that every once in a while, I will experience long load times.

Pros: Customer support and onboarding resources are generally helpful, and the platform continues to improve with updates and new features. Reporting and dashboards are especially strong, giving firms clear insight into performance and case progress.

Cons: Sometimes the platform lags and doesn't not perform well. It takes a few minutes to fully upload documents and send them.

Pros: user friendly, easy to access, tons of really cool features. file sharing is extremely quick and easy.

Cons: lag when opening up large documents, all file types are not yet supported, document management is not streamlined, when uploading hundreds of documents it takes too long to rename each one.

Pros: It's very easy to use and collaborate with others on the case. The learning curve is fantastic for quick accurate training. The layout is pretty clear and leave little room for guessing.

Cons: The speed of the website seems as though everything is on a set of servers that are running out of space. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The colaboration with Banjax is the worst part becuase I can't tell if the document actually sent or if it just started processing.

Pros: The new design is amazing nice and bold where it needs to be easy on the eyes. Much clearer display.

Cons: Can be tedious when trying to find between multiple claims with the same name. Also trying to match a company or medical facility with multiple claims.

Pros: Litify is an easy-to-use CRM that helps organize case information. As an admin, it is easy to create and customize objects, improving the time of development and increasing the total value for money.

Cons: Some features have limits in their implementation and force you to create a more complex solution. Some updates make the system run a bit slower.

Pros: Litify’s intuitive interface and seamless integration with Salesforce made case management efficient and easy to navigate. I especially appreciated the automation tools, customizable workflows, and real-time reporting, which helped improve organization, collaboration, and overall productivity.

Cons: Some features had a learning curve, especially advanced reporting and customization, and certain processes required multiple steps that could feel time-consuming at first. Occasional system lag during peak usage was also a challenge

Pros: It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that downloading files and sharing them with others internally and externally because it is convenient.

Cons: When there is an update or roll-out, other non updated features usually experience glitches or error messages.

Pros: I love how intuitive and user-friendly it is, making it incredibly easy to navigate and operate without any hassle.

Cons: Occasionally, I encounter frustrating errors that unexpectedly pop up within the website, disrupting my workflow. When this happens, I'm unable to proceed on the same page, forcing me to refresh it. Unfortunately, this results in the loss of all my carefully prepared content and text, which can be incredibly disheartening.

Pros: Pros, I love the search column, I like the litify note tab I can create a note and chatter from that particular note. I love about this is from outlook message I have the option to post it to Litify without me need to cut and paste, also the spreadsheet for the expenses is also cool.

Cons: Cons: too many tabs open, the activity timeline is kinda confusing for me, the main chatter tab on the case is also confusing I could hardly find the note where it get posted from outlook to litify, I also don't like when I merge or created a letter the margin is not align or I can't even adjust it.

Pros: Uploading Documents- I like the way we can just grab and drop the documents into Litify. I also like we can edit within Litify.

Cons: Calendar: You can't do a lot things within the calendar. It doesn't allow you to remove items or even highlight calendar entries.

Pros: The ability to customize our client matters is incredibly helpful. It allows us to create custom reports for our cases, like SOLs, medical record statuses, etc. It also allows us to report required status to our bank but customize the report to their required fields.

Cons: I think the Docrio feature for email saving to Litify matters needs a major update. There are times where I remove the docrio sync from an email for confidentiality reasons, and the emails still sync after the fact. It should stop syncing as soon as I unmark it from the outlook docrio add-in. In addition, the prices of licenses is painfully high!
