I have had an awesome experience with FieldPulse so far. They have a great platform that is very user friendly
Pros: I like the how easy it is to build estimates, convert to invoices, and collect payment all in the same platform
Cons: My only complaint about FieldPulse is that I wish it was tied directly in with my distributor so I could have automatic price updates.

Its always been great! What I really love and appreciate is their fast response to any questions or concerns.
Pros: Scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer communication became a lot easier to manage day to day. The app is pretty easy to use, and it helped our office and technicians stay on the same page. Overall, it made our workflow smoother and helped us stay more efficient. Their customer service is always great and fast when I need them.
Cons: Honestly, I don’t really have any major complaints. Like any software, there’s always a small learning curve when first getting started, but overall the platform has been easy to use and has continued improving over time. The support team has also been helpful whenever questions came up.

Awesome! Been using it for years and there is constantly new updates. They listen to their customers
Pros: It keeps scheduling, estimates, invoices, and customer info organized in one easy place for the use of us.
Cons: Sometimes there are technical issues, but most software has similar problems from time to time so its not a big deal.

Fake customer service personal. They say they want to help but do thing! They don't even try to make their mistakes right with their customers.
Pros: The scheduling system is helpful to get jobs assigned to each employee and keep track of how long jobs take.
Cons: The FieldPulse system will make up Invoices, without you knowing, and will send them to customers, who don't owe you any money. FieldPulse will do nothing about it except say that their screw up to 193 customers is not "a breech of contract".....Bad Company.....Stay away!!

I would say my overall experience has been in the middle. There's definitely a few things that I really enjoy with Field pulse but I think there's a lot they need to work on and add to the site to make it easier on us.
Pros: I like that it is easy to manage all my employees scheduling at once. It's also easier to handle customer information and communication with their automatic triggers for email and SMS. It's also a good way to for our admin team to work together and pick up where each other left out. It's also helpful with tech and admin communication as well. Where the tech can input all necessary information into field pulse and the admin team can easily access. I've only used the live customer support once but it was extremely helpful and they were able to quickly resolve the information.
Cons: $8e

I've been using FieldPulse for years and it has made a big difference for my business! I highly recommend FieldPulse as a way to help keep your business organized and allow you to grow your business.
Pros: One of the best things about working with FieldPulse is the support. When I have a question or concern, they are very responsive and helpful.
Cons: One challenge with FieldPulse is the ability to upload photos with notes for each job. The work around for that is integrating CompanyCam with FieldPulse which solves the problem.

We have had a positive experience overall. We are happy we made the decision to use FieldPulde as our Field Management Service.
Pros: FieldPulse has definitely been a game changer for us. We have great customer support not only from our representative but from the team. The platform is easy to use from scheduling to dispatching and team workflow.
Cons: There are featured we would love to see added that make things easier when updating pricebook, templates and images. Currently we have to go back and recreate.
Bianca G. · Owner · Construction · May 12, 2026
Took the pain out of switching from a more complicated and expensive software. Easy onboarding, field team loves how intuitive it is. Just feels modern and intuitive rather than the SAP database feel of larger competitors.
Pros: Super easy for both office and field staff. It functions much more intuitively than other larger competitors' software I've also used. Scheduling jobs is easy and the conflicts / auto schedule features are great. My customers like the online booking, and whenever I have a question the support actually get things sorted out rather than just submitting a ticket into a black box. My onboarding specialist was fantastic and helped me think through how to transition as much data as possible from my old system.
Cons: There is a gap in terms of information tracking vs the biggest players in the space. I'd like to be able to report more easily on job types. Most of this can be done with tags, but tags get messy and really the only one that does it with full functionality is ServiceTitan...but the tradeoff is definitely worth it in terms of value for money.
James W. · Owner · Construction · May 12, 2026
Overall, it has been a good experience, I think there are some kinks that need to be worked out to make the app and software run a bit smoother but all in all the software does exactly what it needs to do.
Pros: The link with QuickBooks is both ways which makes things much easier, the engage feature is very helpful and Customer Service team is very responsive
Cons: sometimes my techs in the field have issues with the app loading, and with their information loading. While the syncing with QuickBooks is an amazing feature I have experienced some issues with things not syncing.

We have been using Fieldpulse for over a year now, and it has been a great improvement over the last software system we used. As mentioned in the "Pros" section, Fieldpulse covers all of our company's business needs in one package. I especially want to highlight their customer support team. No software is perfect- occasionally we run into bugs, or have questions about how to do something. Their customer support chat team is always prompt and helpful. In particular, shout out to [sensitive content hidden] I., who I've worked with several times and has always been able to get me the answers I need quickly. I'm usually able to get my problem resolved within minutes. In cases where it's a legitimate technical problem, they elevate the question to their tech support team, who has also been great to work with. They follow up regularly via email until the problem has been resolved.
Pros: Powerful software that is both flexible & customizable. Excellent customer support Continually developing the software and adding features Meets all of our companies needs when it comes to CRM, bidding & invoicing, processing payments, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and etc - all in one package.
Cons: Sometimes glitchy (usually resolved relatively quickly). I wish it had more options for automated communications, both externally and internally. Purchase order system needs some improvements (which I'm told are in the works).
Bowen J. · General Manager · Construction · May 11, 2026
It has been a great experience getting set up with FieldPulse. Everyone has been very helpful. Looking forward to learning more.
Pros: The clarity of the jobs and ease of seeing everything in one place. Being able to see the pictures on the main screen has been wonderful.
Cons: We would like to be able to put payments on accounts before they are invoiced. sometimes we receive downpayments or credit card payments before an invoice is actually entered.

Our experience has been positive. We find it efficient and useful, and a crucial piece of our technology for successful business!
Pros: The customer service is top notch and the scheduling options (map v. weekly v. gannt/dispatch) is truly valuable. The collaboration that our team uses it for allows us to stay in top of real-time installation and estimate statuses.
Cons: The way "notes" show up in random places for different team members makes it challenging sometimes. But we are learning more about the system every day, which means we will probably figure that out soon. We also have some trouble getting transaction to sync.
Elizabeth T. · Co-owner · Construction · May 11, 2026
FieldPulse has made our team more efficient and made saving job history easier. We can look back at previous notes and plan our next site visit accordingly.
Pros: Customer support is quick and efficient. They not only help resolve the issue each time but they also help you find the resources you might need in the future yourself. Capturing employee timesheets is much more efficient now.
Cons: Sometimes certain features have to be enabled by fieldpulse. You have to contact customer support to resolve certain issues.
Robert A. · General Manager · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · May 11, 2026
Overall the switch from smart service 365 to field pulse is a net positive for my operation. The ability to pick up the phone and reach a real person who has the ability to assist with platform and UI issues has made the process less stressful and less time consuming. As the platform is optimized for my operation, I am confident it will provide efficiencies that will enable my time and my teams time to be better spent in other areas.
Pros: The value per dollar is the highest out of the competitors. The customer management aspects are fluid and intuitive for logging different service locations per customer. Project management for long duration contracts is helpful and the product development team seams to be responsive to enacting changes and features to run your business more efficiently.
Cons: Time tracking per employee is currently buggy but is actively being refined to make payroll much easier. Inventory management has strong potential once the platform is fully flushed out for your operation, but arriving at that point is time consuming and drawn out over many weeks of short one hour meetings with the onboarding team.

I'm the new Office Administrator at Volt Elec. The Field Pulse Team is AMAZING! Since I am new at my position and with learning everything about the office and the functionalities of Field Pulse having the chat feature right at my fingertips is fantastic. The team at Field Pulse always responds to me and are extremely helpful. It's like having a Field Pulse Team member sit right next to me. I love it!
Pros: What I like most about Field Pulse is that they are extremely helpful. They are always there when I need them. The chat feature is amazing! The Field Pulse Team is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and professional. Field Pulse makes me feel like they are part of our Volt Electric Family.
Cons: I truly cannot come with anything that I like lease about Field Pulse. The team is FANTASTIC! As I embark in other areas of Field Pulse, I will be able to answer this question. However as of now, I cannot come up anything.
Rey R. · Office Manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · May 6, 2026
I like the program as a whole, I am still in the process of utilizing it to its full potential. It has so many functions that I still need to leverage to unlock the full potential.
Pros: All in one place for job management. I like how responsive the FeildPluse team is to solving any issues I have had.
Cons: I was the scheduling screen was a little easier to move jobs around. It would also be nice to be able to schedule jobs on non consecutive days i.e. Monday then a return on Thursday. For jobs created with in a project it would be nice to have the option to not create a new job number but have it with in the project number i.e. Project number 1000 first job would be something like 1000.1.

My experience with FieldPulse has been very positive. In my role at AlkushX, I used it in a professional setting where organization, scheduling, client coordination, and task visibility were important. The software helped streamline operations, improve workflow consistency, and centralize important information in one place. It has been a practical and reliable solution for managing day-to-day work more effectively, and I would recommend it to teams looking for a solid operations and service management platform.
Pros: As a Product Development Manager at AlkushX, I found FieldPulse to be a highly effective platform for managing operational workflows in a structured and efficient way. What I liked most was how it brought scheduling, client management, task tracking, and team coordination into one system. This made it easier to maintain visibility across ongoing work and reduced the confusion that often comes from using multiple tools for different parts of the process. The scheduling and client management features were especially useful for keeping work organized and ensuring smoother execution across day-to-day operations.
Cons: The only drawback I noticed was that the platform takes a little time to fully set up and adapt to your specific workflow. Some features have a learning curve in the beginning, especially if you want to use the system in a more customized and efficient way. That said, once the onboarding and setup process is complete, the software becomes much easier to manage and provides strong value.

$8f
Pros: $90
Cons: The pricing is the most significant concern for someone in my position. FieldPulse is primarily built for growing field service businesses, and its pricing reflects that target audience. As a Junior Engineer using it for internal operational coordination rather than a full commercial field service operation, the cost feels disproportionate to my scale of use. The workflow between job stages moving from work orders to task completion to reporting feels slightly disjointed in certain areas. Information does not always carry over seamlessly between stages, requiring manual re-entry that adds unnecessary steps to an otherwise efficient process. The initial setup and configuration also takes more time than expected. While the interface is clean, understanding how to set up custom workflows, permissions, and team structures for the first time requires patience and exploration without strong in-app guidance for new users.

Great! We've been using FieldPulse for almost 2 years now and it has helped make our lives a lot easier in terms of collaboration and effectiveness in our office and on-site.
Pros: Customer support is always really helpful and quick in their response. Anytime we have an issue, customer support is able to help and send screen recordings to help us for future reference.
Cons: Sometimes it's tricky to navigate the higher level organizational details, but easy to get a hang of once you get going.
Jamee N. · Client Services Coordinator · Utilities · April 27, 2026
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with what FieldPulse provides. One of the things that really stands out is how seriously they take customer feedback—they genuinely listen and consistently make improvements and adjustments to better fit our company’s specific needs. Not sure if I’m allowed to name drop, but our rep, [sensitive content hidden], has been outstanding. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and is always quick to respond—even if it’s just to let me know he’s looking into something and will follow up soon.
Pros: The versatility of this platform is truly impressive. There are so many customization options available that it allows us to tailor everything to fit exactly how our business operates. Whether it’s workflows, job tracking, or the way information is organized, we’ve been able to adjust it to match our specific needs instead of having to work around a rigid system. That level of flexibility makes a huge difference day to day and helps everything run more efficiently..
Cons: Honestly, I haven’t found anything I truly dislike about FieldPulse. From the platform itself to the level of customization I mentioned earlier, everything has been solid. On top of that, their customer support is outstanding—quick to respond, helpful, and consistently reliable.
Jeremy D. · Operations Manager · Oil & Energy · April 23, 2026
Overall, our experience with FieldPulse has been very positive. It has streamlined a lot of our day-to-day processes and helped bring more structure to our operations. The platform continues to improve, and the support we’ve received—especially from [sensitive content hidden] —has made the transition smooth and productive. It’s been a solid investment for our business.
Pros: FieldPulse has been a great all-in-one platform for managing our operations. The scheduling, invoicing, and customer management tools are all intuitive and help keep everything organized in one place. It’s especially helpful for keeping our field team aligned with the office, which has improved efficiency and communication across the board. One of the biggest positives, though, has been the implementation process—[sensitive content hidden] , our implementer, has been outstanding. He’s been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we’re set up for success. That level of support made a huge difference.
Cons: Like any system, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially when trying to customize workflows to fit specific business needs. Some features can take time to fully understand or set up exactly how you want them. There are also a few areas where additional flexibility or customization options would make it even stronger.
Tyler W. · General Manager · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · April 22, 2026
Very happy. I just recommended Field Pulse to a previous employer who has been having issues with the multiple programs they are trying to get the "talk" to each other.
Pros: Just learning but so far, compared to the programs I have used in the past, Field Pulse is extremely user friendly. I love how there is full integration and I am not having to export information to get what I need. It is also very convenient that I am able to Chat with someone when I have a specific question that a tutorial is unable to answer for me.
Cons: Nothing bad so far. I'm hoping that there will not be anything negative as I navigate through this learning experience.
Sandy G. · Operations Manager · Construction · April 21, 2026
My experience with FieldPulse has been very positive. It has helped streamline scheduling, manage field teams efficiently, and improve overall workflow. The platform offers reliable security for managing customer and job data, and overall value for money is good considering the features provided. Customer support is responsive and helpful, which improves the overall experience. Team collaboration is smooth, with clear visibility into tasks and updates. Scheduling and employee management are simple and effective, making daily operations easier to handle. Syncing across devices generally works well, although there can be occasional minor delays. Overall, it has reduced manual effort, improved coordination, and provided better visibility into operations.
Pros: FieldPulse is very easy to use for managing daily operations like scheduling, job tracking, and team coordination. The interface is clean, and it helps keep everything organized in one place. Customer support is also responsive and helpful.
Cons: Some advanced features and customizations are limited, and reporting could be more detailed. Mobile app performance can occasionally lag during heavy usage.

Horrible as the time we used we had issues. Tried to cancel over phone and not successful. Then told by email we have to. 14 emails and finally told we could only finally be canceled after paying for another full year.
Pros: We barely used for a year and had issues monthly so hard to say what we liked. Software issues and service support not there.
Cons: Constant software glitches and not being able to log in from multiple devices. Difficulties canceling services, automatic contract renewals, and charges continuing. We haven’t used for over a year and still being charged. Multiple calls in to cancel before first year was up and after 14 emails we are told we have to continue to pay for when we will not be using.
Brian S. · General Manager · Retail · April 17, 2026
Overall experience with Filed pulse has been great! I have learned many ways to navigate thru field pulse.
Pros: Easy to navigate and help is always provided. I had little trouble learning how to navigate Filed Pulse.
Cons: There is nothing in the system to let you know the proposal or work order may be a duplicate. Search engine at times does not work well when trying to find proposals or work orders.
