Cons: At this stage, I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks, everything has been running well. If you want, I can make it sound more casual, more formal, or more “customer-like” depending on the vibe you need

We love the flexibility to customise points and rewards. It has improved how we track customer activity, although we’d like to see quicker syncing between online and in-store purchases.
Pros: Kangaroo made it very easy to launch our loyalty programme. We liked the flexibility to customise points, rewards, and customer tiers, and the dashboard is simple to use for tracking customer activity.
Cons: Sometimes the syncing between in-store and online customers is slow, which can create duplicate accounts or delays in points showing up.

We are new to the system, but so far I am happy with it. I'm looking forward to using more of the features to see what drives sales best for us.
Pros: We just started using Kangaroo and I love that it automatically applies points to customers accounts and does not rely on our sales people to manually enter them. This eliminates a lot of user error on our end. The ability to target customers via text also seems very comprehensive and I'm looking forward to exploring that. The set up has been very easy and our rep [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons: I do think the cost to send texts is high, it really adds up if you have a large customer database, and it has the potential to get out of hand when you set up automated text campaigns.

Pros: Good platform to keep the customer engaged. Simple to use interface, great value for the investment. If you don't have a reward program as part of your marketing and retention strategy, then you will lose them to the competitor that does offer it.
Cons: As of now, there is no option in two-way communication. You can send messages, but can't receive any. Other than that, I have no complaints

Overall the experience has been great. It does 99% of the things we wanted it to do, and the other 1% is just quality of life things. Alex M. has been very helpful in fixing what few issues we've had!
Pros: The software is easy to understand and use. It integrates with our system easily and the process is intuitive through our POS.
Cons: Overall it works pretty well for what we need, but we do wish the Basic Plan came with a few more features. Additionally, sometimes, when logging into our account through Kangaroo, we have to wait for a second, reload the site, and log in again for it to pull up. This is just a small inconvenience though.
