Pros: Easily the best thing about Juro is the about to have contracts drafted for different experts and referrals done in an ease.

Cons: Personally, it took me a little bit to adjust to it, but that didnt seem to be the overall consensus.

Pros: Juro makes contract creation and management feel intuitive and collaborative. In particular the contract based editor is great - it’s much easier to use than clunky Word-based workflows. I liked how easy it was to standardise contracts, collect approvals, and keep everything in one place without having to constantly jump between tools. It really helped reduce legal bottlenecks and gave our ops team better visibility and control.

Cons: Personally, the pricing was a challenge for us, especially as a growing company with evolving priorities. While the features are solid, it became difficult to justify the cost when we were reassessing our tech stack. Some of the reporting felt a bit limited too - we would’ve liked more flexible analytics around contract statuses etc.

Cons: Reporting is still fairly high-level; exporting granular cycle-time or clause-risk metrics takes manual work or API calls Complex, heavily red-lined contracts can feel sluggish in the browser, and the permissions model for clause libraries could offer finer granularity Although core CRM links are strong, integrations beyond the big two rely on Zapier or custom API scripts, which adds overhead for smaller teams

Pros: Having an online solution to having parents being able to read, sign and return the childcare contracts with ease.

Cons: I have not conr across a fault with the software so far with my usage. I've had 15 or so contracts go through perfectly.

Pros: It makes it easy to create and send contracts

Cons: Sometimes if you need to make a small edit to the format it can take a bit to do it. Besides that nothing.

Pros: Intuitive, constant updates and improvements, customer service

Cons: The permissions structure is quite complex

Pros: The ability to share documents with Clients and track their progress.

Cons: Customising changes to contracts post send can be difficult.

Pros: Ease of interface, easy to modify smart fields and templates

Cons: Not being able to easily change some of the automation, also need for help with setting up permissions and work groups

Pros: It's made our contract process so much more user-friendly. We prepare a lot of employment contracts, and the ability to have those contracts automatically update based on certain criteria we select (essentially the logic features built into the platform) has been a huge timesaver. We partner with another company who we're trying to convince to use Juro as well because their current setup of mail-merging contracts is riddled with formatting and other errors. Juro has been awesome for quickly creating error-free contracts.

Cons: We initially had an issue with email reminder notifications being sent before the document was actually ready to be signed, but Juro support/engineering was able to resolve that for us.

Pros: User-friendly and easy to navigate. Makes life easier.

Cons: The pop-ups. It's not a train smash just a bit annoying.

Pros: The best feature for our organization is the template feature. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. This ensures that our account managers are able to accurately complete contracts and reduces errors and back and forth with clients.

Cons: Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term. There needs to be a feature to automatically see the renewal date of the contract and allow you to see a list of upcoming renewals each renewal period.

Pros: How easy it is to use, how they are always improving and adding new features and how responsive and helpful customer support is.

Cons: Friction in encouraging third parties to use it, electronic signatures are not globally accepted sadly. Nevertheless, Juro assist as much as possible in adoption.

Pros: Pretty easy to use and contract negotiation part functions well.

Cons: It has major flaws concerning signing procedure. Attachments are not legally part of the contract since they are not merged as attachments to actual signed contract. And you can change attachments after signing. This has caused major issues with the customers.

Pros: Juro is ridiculously cheap and I can get everything I need on the free plan.

Cons: The structure of the API was a little tricky to figure out but it didn't take long.

Pros: Easy way for us to enure our sales teams to send out contracts. Works well with HubSpot

Cons: It is quite expensive, but it did allow us to do more things.

Pros: It makes it easy to create and manage contracts with other people or businesses. I especially like the way it helps us track how well our agreements are working by analyzing the data. I also like that Juro is very customizable, so it can be just the right tool for our specific needs. It improves our contract management process.

Cons: I had mixed experiences with the platform. While it has a lot of features, the interface can be confusing, and navigating it can be difficult. Additionally, the software can be slow and unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating when trying to complete tasks. However, the customer support team at Juro has been responsive and helpful in addressing these issues, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I believe that Juro has a lot of potential as a legal contract management platform, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of user experience and performance.

Pros: Easy to use, beautiful UX, broad use cases, very solid.

Cons: Lacks better integration. Missing hubspot and netsuite.

Pros: First you can easily create , send , share and edit your contracts. You can get notifications if anyone make a change on the draft.

Cons: nothing detected negatively. Nothing to add.

Pros: Best customer services, saves plenty of time and easy to use.

Cons: need to work out the user-interface but over its great.

Pros: The mass contract-creation and sending functionalities are a powerful function of Juro (E.g.: For mass amendments of contracts). Management likes the ease of use as well as the mass singing functions. Thus contract signing requests are fulfilled quickly as a rule. The interface is modern and highly simplified. Most users can learn the main features of the contract editor in a very short time, most functions are very intuitive.

Cons: Import of .docx files could be better, though .docx with simple structures pose no problems.

Pros: It was very easy to read and sign my contract.

Cons: I do not have any serious issues with the product.

Pros: Love the templates, and how easy it makes for clients to fill in contracts and sign them from their device.

Cons: Paid plans are very steep, they go from 0 to $60/user/month. Unclear what the free plan offers and what the limitations are.

Pros: I appreciate really clear and transparent interface. It is easy to understnd. Juro is flexible and can help us with different teams and multiple company processes and relationships.

Cons: Integration was easy. I don't find anything to be improved. Maybe multilanguage of the interface could be introduced.
