Pros: Juro streamlines contract creation and approvals, giving users clear visibility over contract status, terms, and sign‑off. Standardised templates and structured workflows reduce errors, speed up execution, and improve control over commercial agreements without heavy legal involvement.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind so far; the platform has met our needs without causing issues or friction. etc

Juro significantly reduces the amount of "back and forth" and version confusion that occurred previously with contracts being created and managed through emails and shared drive systems. That results in reduced delays, as well as significantly less mental overhead (or stress) when managing many different contracts simultaneously.
Pros: Mainly, I use Juro for drafting and reviewing contract versions, sending those versions as well as having them signed in a single application rather than constantly jumping back and forth between MS Word documents and emails. On an everyday basis I am working on Juro making small tweaks to contract language, requesting comments from team members via tags and sending the final versions of contracts for signature in a single application. What I like about Juro is I can clearly see which part of the process has stalled rather than having to guess who still needs to look at it.
Cons: Editing more complex contracts can sometimes be somewhat restrictive, particularly if I need to do some extremely detailed formatting of that contract. Also, I had to spend more time than I anticipated cleaning up, editing and moving all of our current templates into the new system. Although some of the functionality in Juro was incredibly powerful, it was not always immediately apparent until I had spent enough time using the product.

I have definitely found ease using this service for the last few months. I would recommend this to other firms that need specialized contracts for their experts.
Pros: Easily the best thing about Juro is the about to have contracts drafted for different experts and referrals done in an ease.
Cons: Personally, it took me a little bit to adjust to it, but that didnt seem to be the overall consensus.

Overall, Juro was a great solution for simplifying and speeding up our contract workflows. It’s well-designed, user-friendly, and clearly built with operations and legal teams in mind. We still use it for some planning templates, which speaks to how useful the platform is – but ultimately, we had to step away from it due to budget constraints. If pricing aligns with your stage and needs, it’s a very strong option.
Pros: Juro makes contract creation and management feel intuitive and collaborative. In particular the contract based editor is great - it’s much easier to use than clunky Word-based workflows. I liked how easy it was to standardise contracts, collect approvals, and keep everything in one place without having to constantly jump between tools. It really helped reduce legal bottlenecks and gave our ops team better visibility and control.
Cons: Personally, the pricing was a challenge for us, especially as a growing company with evolving priorities. While the features are solid, it became difficult to justify the cost when we were reassessing our tech stack. Some of the reporting felt a bit limited too - we would’ve liked more flexible analytics around contract statuses etc.

After twelve months on Juro, we have a single source of truth for every commercial agreement, a searchable archive that surfaces executed terms in seconds and a workflow that lets commercial teams self-serve routine contracts while legal maintains oversight. Aside from occasional lag on very large files and a wish-list for deeper analytics, Juro has delivered material efficiency gains and continues to roll out thoughtful AI-driven updates without surprise price hikes
Pros: Juro’s browser-native editor and template-driven workflow let our legal and sales teams generate, negotiate and e-sign routine contracts in a single tab, cutting average turnaround time by more than 60 percent The interface is clean and intuitive, so new users start closing deals within days rather than weeks Deep integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce push deal data straight into smart-fields, removing manual entry and reducing errors Juro’s AI Assistant can draft clauses, summarise redlines and extract key terms from third-party PDFs, which accelerates reviews and keeps everything searchable Customer support routinely replies in under a minute and has resolved every ticket we raised, often shipping feature tweaks within a sprint
Cons: Reporting is still fairly high-level; exporting granular cycle-time or clause-risk metrics takes manual work or API calls Complex, heavily red-lined contracts can feel sluggish in the browser, and the permissions model for clause libraries could offer finer granularity Although core CRM links are strong, integrations beyond the big two rely on Zapier or custom API scripts, which adds overhead for smaller teams

I am really happy with Juro so far. And will continue to use it for my small business needs for the future.
Pros: Having an online solution to having parents being able to read, sign and return the childcare contracts with ease.
Cons: I have not conr across a fault with the software so far with my usage. I've had 15 or so contracts go through perfectly.
Rhiannon W. · Childminder · Child Day Care Services · April 17, 2025
Overall, Juro is a great tool. It connects with our CRM, Hubspot. You can tell when people are looking at the contract, it is easy to send and create contracts, etc.
Pros: It makes it easy to create and send contracts
Cons: Sometimes if you need to make a small edit to the format it can take a bit to do it. Besides that nothing.

As a sole counsel, it has been a life saver, significantly reducing my workload
Pros: Intuitive, constant updates and improvements, customer service
Cons: The permissions structure is quite complex
Kasia G. · Legal Counsel · Information Technology and Services · November 29, 2024
Pros: The ability to share documents with Clients and track their progress.
Cons: Customising changes to contracts post send can be difficult.
James Edward A. · Chief of Staff · Food & Beverages · November 11, 2024
So far so good, they have helped a lot with our customer service
Pros: Ease of interface, easy to modify smart fields and templates
Cons: Not being able to easily change some of the automation, also need for help with setting up permissions and work groups
Sarah F. · Director of Strategic Projects · Logistics and Supply Chain · November 7, 2024
It's been great so far! No complaints from anyone on our Ops team that is using Juro.
Pros: It's made our contract process so much more user-friendly. We prepare a lot of employment contracts, and the ability to have those contracts automatically update based on certain criteria we select (essentially the logic features built into the platform) has been a huge timesaver. We partner with another company who we're trying to convince to use Juro as well because their current setup of mail-merging contracts is riddled with formatting and other errors. Juro has been awesome for quickly creating error-free contracts.
Cons: We initially had an issue with email reminder notifications being sent before the document was actually ready to be signed, but Juro support/engineering was able to resolve that for us.
Jacob L. · Customer Success Manager · Human Resources · November 7, 2024
Started using it last year in my new job role, it was overwhelming at first as always with something new but got the hang of it in a week.
Pros: User-friendly and easy to navigate. Makes life easier.
Cons: The pop-ups. It's not a train smash just a bit annoying.
Stephanie K. · Partner Onboarding Associate · Telecommunications · November 7, 2024
Pros: The best feature for our organization is the template feature. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. This ensures that our account managers are able to accurately complete contracts and reduces errors and back and forth with clients.
Cons: Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term. There needs to be a feature to automatically see the renewal date of the contract and allow you to see a list of upcoming renewals each renewal period.
Jessica T. · Director of Product · Computer Software · November 4, 2024
Excellent! From the start they have been a pleasure to work with and the tool has surpassed our expectations.
Pros: How easy it is to use, how they are always improving and adding new features and how responsive and helpful customer support is.
Cons: Friction in encouraging third parties to use it, electronic signatures are not globally accepted sadly. Nevertheless, Juro assist as much as possible in adoption.
Ceris M. · Sales and Operations Coordinator · Computer & Network Security · October 16, 2024
Pros: Pretty easy to use and contract negotiation part functions well.
Cons: It has major flaws concerning signing procedure. Attachments are not legally part of the contract since they are not merged as attachments to actual signed contract. And you can change attachments after signing. This has caused major issues with the customers.
Terho N. · Head of Legal · Computer Software · April 12, 2024
Very happy with Juro. I use Juro to create contracts using the API and their document templates.
Pros: Juro is ridiculously cheap and I can get everything I need on the free plan.
Cons: The structure of the API was a little tricky to figure out but it didn't take long.
Shane M. · Owner · Recreational Facilities and Services · July 1, 2023
Pros: Easy way for us to enure our sales teams to send out contracts. Works well with HubSpot
Cons: It is quite expensive, but it did allow us to do more things.
Liam K. · Product Marketing Manager · Retail · February 10, 2023
I like how Juro software makes it easy to manage and organize our company's contracts. It's easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. This has made transitioning to using Juro a smooth process. The software has some areas where it could improve, such as the reporting features. Another area where it could use improvement is how well it integrates with other tools we use.Overall, I've been happy with my experience with Juro. The software has been a helpful tool in streamlining our contract management processes and it has made our work more efficient.
Pros: It makes it easy to create and manage contracts with other people or businesses. I especially like the way it helps us track how well our agreements are working by analyzing the data. I also like that Juro is very customizable, so it can be just the right tool for our specific needs. It improves our contract management process.
Cons: I had mixed experiences with the platform. While it has a lot of features, the interface can be confusing, and navigating it can be difficult. Additionally, the software can be slow and unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating when trying to complete tasks. However, the customer support team at Juro has been responsive and helpful in addressing these issues, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I believe that Juro has a lot of potential as a legal contract management platform, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of user experience and performance.
Brizl P. · IT · Marketing and Advertising · February 7, 2023
Pros: Easy to use, beautiful UX, broad use cases, very solid.
Cons: Lacks better integration. Missing hubspot and netsuite.
Anonymous User · CEO · Computer Software · September 14, 2022
all ok. Ones of the best software i used.
Pros: First you can easily create , send , share and edit your contracts. You can get notifications if anyone make a change on the draft.
Cons: nothing detected negatively. Nothing to add.
Kadir Özgür T. · Retail Manager · Retail · August 23, 2022
recommended
Pros: Best customer services, saves plenty of time and easy to use.
Cons: need to work out the user-interface but over its great.
Janel J. · Senior Data Analyst · Outsourcing/Offshoring · July 22, 2022
Pros: The mass contract-creation and sending functionalities are a powerful function of Juro (E.g.: For mass amendments of contracts). Management likes the ease of use as well as the mass singing functions. Thus contract signing requests are fulfilled quickly as a rule. The interface is modern and highly simplified. Most users can learn the main features of the contract editor in a very short time, most functions are very intuitive.
Cons: Import of .docx files could be better, though .docx with simple structures pose no problems.
Valitski N. · Legal Counsel · Financial Services · September 20, 2021
Pros: It was very easy to read and sign my contract.
Cons: I do not have any serious issues with the product.
Anonymous User · Jr Clinical Data Abstractor · Biotechnology · July 22, 2021
Helped us simplify our contract process A LOT, making it easier to negotiate and sign remotely.
Pros: Love the templates, and how easy it makes for clients to fill in contracts and sign them from their device.
Cons: Paid plans are very steep, they go from 0 to $60/user/month. Unclear what the free plan offers and what the limitations are.
Marc B. · Manager · Hospitality · May 24, 2021
Pros: I appreciate really clear and transparent interface. It is easy to understnd. Juro is flexible and can help us with different teams and multiple company processes and relationships.
Cons: Integration was easy. I don't find anything to be improved. Maybe multilanguage of the interface could be introduced.
