SmartDocs assisted me to gather our documents and files together, prevent wasted time looking for creative files, and present our web development projects to the team.
Pros: I like the simple document management and file sharing by SmartDocs that makes assets easily sharable and organized across websites and devices.
Cons: Device access setup was difficult to work through and determining how to use some of the more complex features was a time-consuming process, and I would have liked customer support to answer more quickly when we needed assistance onboarding.

The experience with smart docs is pleasant. It's not difficult to use
Pros: An incredible tool that facilitates document revision and storage. It also makes it easy to organize content in a structured, organized way. Easy and flexible to use
Cons: Manual completion of quotations is complicated, and the ability to include calculated fields is absent

Pros: SmartDocs has saved me a lot of time! I really enjoy how it connects to the services I use, such as Microsoft Word and Excel and allows me to collate and manage content.
Cons: I believe the price could be slightly cheaper, however I still believe SmartDocs is worth it.

Overall SmartDocs is a useful tool to keep around. It's kind of like a Mini secretary. It can write reports from a library of templates, duplicate spread sheets and proposals and so much more. Think of it like a secretary you never have to yell at who will never be late delete and knows knows intuitively what you need when it comes to documents. The only bad thing is, it can't get you a cup of coffee too.
Pros: The fact that this software integrates and works with Microsoft word really appealed to me. I also like The ability to duplicate documents and have certain words, phrases or sections withheld comes in handy.
Cons: Being able to share a document really doesn't bring anything to the table for me.

Once you learn how to use it, the creation of media becomes simple since the creation can be automated enough and it is easy to share and keep track of what has been created.
Pros: Is an easy content management solution and is great for document automation

Overall, if you're looking for an affordable alternative, and it will only be for personal use in general, then this should do the trick.
Pros: Free trial is good, has unexpectedly robust features Priced fairly, a good alternative to industry-leading software relatively easy to use

Overall, once you learn how to use it makes your job way easier.
Pros: We have used Smartdocs for the creation of training manuals. The feature I like the most was the automatic index creator which helps you to save time and avoid human errors.
Cons: It is not the easiest tool to use. Also, it's not the easiest to teach to others. When searching online for info it isn't that friendly either.

I don't have any issues like I said previously it has more features than I would ever know what to do with. It never leaves me hanging on any of the tasks that I would like to accomplish. Microsoft makes an excellent and clean product.
Pros: I love the product it integrates nicely through the entire windows suite. I don't have any issues with it. It's intuitive it has more features than I would ever use.
Cons: I don't like that it's a little pricy and not a one time purchase but a recurring subscription based product. I do understand that they do that so they can continue to fund updates but I'd prefer to have a one and done product.

I find that using SmartDocs is very easy.
