With the ease of the training, I was able to build campaigns easily after a few days. The white-labelling feature of the software helps build authority for my agency business, Multicon Digital Solutions.
Pros: I love the bot training, easy chat flow sequence customization, fast-responding customer support, 24/7 availability and one-time payment feature of the software
Cons: Inability to recognize a returning visitor to a website which it is integrated. It cannot remember who has visited a website before.

it's easy to understand and to master the overall app but there are no explanation about to anticipate the questions from the customers
Pros: I like the fact that you you can share information with potential customers whatever the time and the location
Cons: it's not explained how to make automation and the avatars are not really expressiveness in their faces

It's good, at least for the 3 campaign projects I'm editing and creating, because the more you review the statistics and user responses, the more you edit each bot.
Pros: It's an app that you can combine with the "Clicksites" app. This way, if you have clients who work in sales or customer service, you can create a customer service tree that allows you to resolve all questions about your product or service.
Cons: I believe that, in my opinion, it should be simpler to maintain a database for training each bot. costumize every column with a data or question, or option etc

This Pa a new technology of its kind, and I feel fortunate being a part of those using for the very first time:
Pros: I love the fact that I can train the bot with documents and website links, and I also love the fact that it is one time payment and it doesn’t burn any cloud credit. I also love the fact industry based templates are available for use. The integration process too is very simple. And the security is good since it’s cloud based.
Cons: Lip syncing is still far from being perfect, and the human it continually do hand gestures even when idle. I don’t like the fact that it can’t get information directly from my amqebsite to support my clients

Good Customer Support and the training tutorials about Sales and Marketing. Good information about Template Customization.
Pros: I like chat conversation that gives me value for money i spent. This product definitly helps to more sell and leads.
Cons: I like least the to short video tutorials about Bot Training. I like least about the security in chat bot.

It is a really affordable software program, and I had a mixed response so far due to some features lacking and hopefully once it is fixed , it will be something amazing
Pros: Really good progaram to get that bit of interaction with client on the website , helps reduc ethe bounce rate , increases website visit duration, gets leads from client through interaction.
Cons: Some ability to customize is lacking , for example direct chat to whatsapp, Facebook. And the avatar seems to lag behind at times.

I am just getting started and I am still learning the app, but I am excited to offer this service to local businesses in my community. I anticipate a favorable response, as it offers heightentd visibility and functionality for sites that might have an otherewise mediocre presence.
Pros: I like its promise of versatility and useability across industries for my businesses and my clients.
Cons: I have to dabble with it a bit more to make an intelligent assessment. So, at this time, I haven't discovered any cons.

HumanBot has been a great addition to my workflow. It saves time, feels intuitive, and delivers results that look professional. I’m impressed with how capable it is right out of the box, and I’m excited to explore even more of what it can do.
Pros: HumanBot is extremely easy to use, even for complex tasks. The interface is clean, the chat feels natural, and the customization options make it simple to create exactly the kind of AI interactions I need. I especially appreciate how quickly it handles tasks and how flexible the bot training features are.
Cons: Some advanced features could use clearer guidance or examples, especially for users who want to push the platform further and explore its full potential.

Pros: Human bot, ability to integrate a chat bot on any website for a one-time price. It helps with lead generation.
Cons: Sometimes you have to review your setup multiple times, to get it to work correctly. It sometimes does not work properly on the first try.

So far, it has been interesting, and it works fine, but it needs fine-tuning. Once it is set up properly, I expect that it will give my customers valuable information quickly.
Pros: The fact that it uses AI and can learn from materials you feed it from your website URLs and other documents.
Cons: Would have been nice to create our own avatars, using a photo of the website owner, for example. Also, to be able to upload our cloned voice that the avatar can use.

not too bad of an experience. still going through options. It appears the knowledge base option is the most needed feature for me.
Pros: Quite easy to set it up and deploy. Customer service is top-notch though. Lots of avatars to choose from. voices are quite decent
Cons: The lip-syncing is a little off but I am still experimenting with any avatars. Still trying to figure out how to use custom voice.

I got a bot to work withing a few hours on the website I wanted it on. After that, it was fun to trick it with questions it had no answer on and adapt the learning material to make sure it got it.
Pros: easy to use, fun to feed the bot with info and try to see if it learns. I use it on a website to guide people to he various pages and have them ask all kinds of questions thay the bot can answer based on teh extra info I give it to train on.
Cons: the upselling for more features. If you want to get rid of the made by .. logo, it cost you a multiple of thhe initial amount for the base version

Mit HumanBot. kann man schnell und ohne große KI oder IT Kenntnisse Chats erstellen. Dank der wirklichen ausführlichen Anleitungen, ist HumanBot auch für Anfänger geeignet.
Pros: Mir gefallen die vielen Möglichkeiten, Chats zu erstellen. Durch die Möglichkeit einen fertigen Chat-Baum zu einen auswählbaren Thema zu übernehmen und diesen nach seinen Wünschen anzupassen, geht die Erstellung eines Chats viel schneller . Es sind viele Avatare auswählbar , so das man zu fast jeden Fall den geeigneten Avatar findet.
Cons: Man hat nicht die Möglichkeit mehr als 2 Verzweigungen in den Chat zu hinterlegen, so könnten dann die Chats mehr Themen abdecken.

Overall I am very happy with the product. It was great value, is easy to use and enables me to deliver what clients want.
Pros: The options, now including AI for the Smart Chat is really useful, I can set campaigns for my business and clients business use and as needed, I can create Greenscreen backgrounds for greater visual customisation.
Cons: [sensitive content hidden] produces great products. My only con is that I would love to be able to integrate them all into one dashboard/UX interface as a user of them.

User friendly, training is very helpful and easy to follow. Would be great if there's future plan upgrading HumanBot.
Pros: I recently purchased HumanBot and already happy with the features that came with it. Absolutely value for money as there's no monthly subscription unlike other tools in the market.
Cons: The Human bots and voices are somewhat outdated. If this can be improved then HumanBot is a complete tool all together

HumanBot is impressive. It's easy to use and implement. Customer service is superb and always available.
Pros: HumanBot is easy to set up and use. With the unlimited version, you can customize your avatar and even use your own image for this. It can learn all the data on your website in AI mode. It'll learn your business. You can use AI avatars or simply create a tree of questions and responses. You can add links, photos, and videos in your chatbot. No monthly fees. Excellent customer support! Commercial licence included to sell chatbot services to clients. All your data is safe and secure.
Cons: What I liked least was that if you purchase only the basic version, you don't get all the features available in the Unlimited version. This makes sense, of course, but then it depends on how you want to use HumanBot. The AI avatar is not included in the basic version, nor is the advanced customization.

Pros: Very interesting approach for handling the tasks of human speeching chat as a customer service. I like it that way.
Cons: Up until now I am not as deep enough into HumanBot to be disappointed about things. So the learning curve may be a bit steep.

As mentioned above, the HumanBot code was very easy to extract and then paste into the appropriate web page, which was actually an "asp" page, which is essentially the same as HTML. It was a very pleasing experience, realizing what it was capable of.
Pros: For my intended purposes, I'm not too worried about security. It's a great value for the money. Customer support overall with your company has been above average, although I have not had to contact your team regarding HumanBot -- just ClickSites. From what I can tell, HumanBot will be great for sales, although marketing is a non-issue for me at this time. The Chat Conversation is very enthralling. I haven't had a use for Templates with HumanBot yet, and have not had a chance to do a thorough test with Bot Training. With all these topics being addressed, my first reaction is that it is very simple and easy to plug the HumanBot into web pages. The response time between interactions is very good. The whole idea of being able to communicate with visitors with different types of ChatBots (Live, SmartAI, and Trained) is first-rate planning and provision by your company.
Cons: It's not really a complaint, but with the SmartAI Bot, there were a couple of occasions in which I had to correct the Bot. I wrote the correction, and the Bot readily accepted being corrected. One occasion was when the Bot reported that the 1962 Eldon Bowl-a-Matic (toy) was battery operated. I corrected the Bot, since the appartus did not use batteries, and the HumanBot retracted its statement and agreed with the correction. The other occasion was when the HumanBot was incorrect on how to convert the 5-7 split in bowling. Again, my brother this time, corrected the Bot, and it was appreciative of the correction. So, the A.I. where it got its information was not 100% accurate, but still very dependable. Other than that, I had no negative experiences.

user-friendly, support is excellent and just fun to use. When I first started using this, I had never had any experience, but the great thing about this product is the excellent training videos.
Pros: I like the way you can train it on your own data. I think that's awesome. The chat flow is flawless, and the price, I don't think you can get better value for money.
Cons: Maybe needs a few more full-body bots and more diverse nationalities, but then again, face swap is cool. I think it's great that we can upload our own voice

Pros: It work as described. It can he helpful in providing support without the need for a human agent. It also integrates with Zapier to automate with hundreds of apps. The possibilities are endless.
Cons: While the support responds fine through email. A ticketing system of live chat would have been preferable.

My general overall experience with Humanbot is of the training and application being easy to use and very functional.
Pros: Very Intuitive Product. The training to application is immediate with the video explainers...Set up is immediate.
Cons: No complaints here...The Bot Training kept the 'action' going accordingly...The many chat conversations are a plus.

Having interacted with some of my clients, they all expressed satisfaction especially on the capability to integrate with sales and marketing tools that enhance lead generation and client interaction. The Smart Chat is the best for me, considering the ability to upload documents at ease.
Pros: What I liked most about HumanBot is its powerful blend of features and user-friendly template customization that makes every chat conversation professional and engaging. Data privacy and system protection appear well-prioritised, giving businesses confidence in safeguarding sensitive information while using AI.
Cons: The pronunciation is a bit challenging especial in my country language (South Africa). Improving pronunciation accuracy and expanding reporting tools would strengthen its value for money. While I have not interacted with customer support (waiting for their response), quicker turnaround on minor issues I hope would enhance the experience, support is a very critical area in any situation.
