I overall really enjoy using Concord. It is very user friendly and easy to be taught. Truly has changed our digital benefits.
Pros: easy to use, and great feedback as a recipient! Improving Digital efforts in a company. So versatile!
Cons: nothing to change, i enjoy using this platform so much. Much more than other e-signature platforms. We are even trying to use this on our global team.

Cons: Nothing

We have a contract administration team that sets it up and manages it and then we utilize the data. If properly set up and managed it is very effective
Pros:

Domain confidence 99%
Cons: I had very few problems. The sign on process was initially difficult but that has since been fixed.

Quick, efficient and secure, multiple functions i don't even know about
Pros: the fact that you can easily make an official document with signature, date and all info needed
Cons: when sending the document to my boss for signature it then become impossible for me to modify document because it's locked, so i have to do everything for him in review, then do the modification for the wedding and then very last minute send him invitation to sign, very annoying

Overall it's good. Having a shared document multiple teams and people can use is efficient.
Pros: The ease of managing contracts makes it a nice tool to have.
Cons: All the changes are visible which is fine, but for formatting and edits not relevant to me, I can't easily turn those off and the relevant comments are somewhere in between. For a 20 page document it is a lot of noise to sift through to get what matters most.

It is a good software as it is easy to use
Pros: The fact that I can have a templet which can be used without having to create a copy for every new contract.
Cons: That I cannot create folder to save contracts by category

Once I got familiar with the program it was easy to use.
Pros: Once I learned the program I found it easy to use.
Cons: Really, not much. I learn by doing so while the tutorials are good, I learned more by getting in & use it.
christine l. · Area Director · Hospital & Health Care · December 23, 2024
Pros: Nothing. I only use this because is mandatory at work
Cons: Your user experience is worst I found in any signing tool I ever used.

Concord CMS would likely be positive for anyone looking for a versatile, easy-to-use content management system that can grow with their needs.
Pros: User-friendly interface, flexibility, and powerful features that makes content management easy and efficient
Cons: Ease of Use, Customization, Integration, Security, makes Concord CMS an excellent choice

Seemless, easy to use, intuitive. I used to arrive in my office to stacks of paper files for signatures. Sometimes I wouldn't visit that particular office for weeks. Staff would try to find the right office at the right time to get my signature. With Concord all that is eliminated, digitally signing documents revolutionized my contract signing experience. Well done Concord.
Pros: I move between various offices and documents chase me from place to place for a signature; sometimes I sign the same contract twice. With concord that problem is eliminated.
Cons: I got inexplicably locked out and resetting my password didn't work. I had to go back to paper and I hated it.

Concord is a user-friendly, efficient and organised way to sign and store documents.
Pros: The user-friendliness, efficiency and how the program increases my productivity by saving time when signing documents and storing documents. The documents are readily available when needed in the future.
Cons: Nothing, I have not found any flaws in the program as it works for me

Positive experience, it does what I need wish to continue to use it.
Pros: The organization of the platform is not overly complex. I need Concord specifically to notify me when contracts are about to expire.
Cons: Having to manually update a contract term if the contract automatically renews. In other words, if I have a contract in Concord that is in its second year of a 1 year auto renew, I no longer get email notifications about it coming up for renewal.
Davis M. · Procurement Manager · Hospital & Health Care · December 2, 2024
It has been great. We have a wonderful administrator that keeps us informed about updates.
Pros: Sorting ability and ease of retrievals makes the work easier.
Cons: Some of the updates are a little confusing, but it only takes a little usage to become familiar with them.
Susan S. · Project Accountant · Construction · November 20, 2024
Overall everything is easy to use and great
Pros: How easy it is to access my NDAs and have customers sign
Cons: the wait on NDA signing it takes a little while
Kacie T. · Commerical Support Specialist · Information Services · November 18, 2024
Pros: Concord allows the entire team to access all of our service contracts seamlessly. It allow for easy search, organization, and signing of contracts. It additionally has integration with Hubspot which is our main CRM and we are excited to explore how this can help add to its usefulness
Cons: There are some status' on contracts that are auto generated that have caused some confusion and I wish there was a way to edit them. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be ways to add additional stages of contracts which would be nice for extra automation.
James H. · Sales Coordinator · Information Technology and Services · October 30, 2024
I am very happy with Concord, overall. I wish they would fix the word processor they use, and it would be a perfect product.
Pros: I like how user friendly Concord is for our end users.
Cons: Sometimes, the formatting is completely off when loading documents into the system or transferring to a live document.
Bobby S. · Director of Legal Affairs · Non-Profit Organization Management · October 26, 2024
It's been positive. They have provided excellent customer support, a library of training materials and webinars and steadily made improvements to their product, which has improved our satisfaction.
Pros: The convenient labeling and filing features for contracts and all document types, which allows tracking for large volumes of files on behalf of the organization.
Cons: Our version doesn't have automated push notifications for document owners.
Laird R. · Document Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · October 25, 2024
Our company has been using Concord since August of 2022 and overall, we have been very satisfied with the product and support we have received. It's easy to train new staff on how to use Concord.
Pros: Concord has a user-friendly interface with the ability to have multiple tabs open at a time, which is so helpful when comparing and editing documents. It's easy to edit documents and add or remove fields and signers. Searching our repository of documents in Concord using key words and tags is so much better than navigating through files on our hard drive like we used to have to do.
Cons: Documents can only be sent one at a time unless they are combined. I'd like the option to be able to package and send several individual documents to a recipient.
Lisa B. · Administrative Assistant - Compliance · Insurance · October 25, 2024
My overall experience with Concord is great. I have no issues or concerns.
Pros: Concord has mad my job a lot easier. I am able to see documents signed in a timely manner with a chick of a button.
Cons: The search feature, somethings are hard to find.
Fanchon M. · Program Supervisor · Human Resources · October 25, 2024
My experience has been wonderful, this product has helped my organization manage contract and ensures that we stay on top of renewals.
Pros: The ability to have notifications for items coming due. Tracking all contracts that have been issued, and being able to run reports.
Cons: Only con i can think of would be not having automatic reminders sent to people that haven't signed the document.
Nick S. · Procurement Specialist · Government Administration · October 25, 2024
I can definitely say that I'm satisfied.
Pros: Fast and simple. Easy to use and doesn't require prior training to use the service.
Cons: I don't like that when in the process of editing a document you lose internet connection, your edits are not saved and then you have to make the changes you planned to make from the beginning. This is very annoying especially if you draft the document from zero, and the whole draft disappears. Happened to me twice:( I understand that there is a save button, but people don't always want to apply the changes to the main document. Would be awesome if the system remembers what you edited and you can return to the edit when you reconnect to the internet.
Andrew S. · Lawyer · Computer Software · October 25, 2024
Great experience so far. Our account rep is very attentive and responsive.
Pros: I found the Concord software is easy to learn and very user friendly.
Cons: I have been using Concord for about 4-5 months, really haven't experienced anything I did not like.
Alana H. · Contracts and License Manager · Construction · October 24, 2024
Time saving efficient and very easy to use
Pros: Having stakeholders sign contracts online without looking for them physically and getting an update once the document has been fully signed.
Cons: In case you pre set signatures, the other party cannot sign until the first stakeholder set to sign first signs
Sharon M. · Customer Success Account Executive · Information Technology and Services · September 5, 2024
Customer service is amazing. The staff of concord listen to their customers and always try to find a way to find a solution to our concerns.
Pros: The reports and keeping all of the files in one exclusive location.
Cons: The "In Box" feature. Doesn't operate like a traditional "In Box". When I move files to the share folder, I don't want them to still be stored in the "In Box". If I need to find a document, the search feature is what I use. I would love for this to be changed.
Samantha G. · Contract Compliance Administrator · Telecommunications · September 4, 2024
I use Concord to import, assign signatories, and send for execution for several different business units.
Pros: Ease of importing documents for signature
Cons: It is not always intuitive how to do something.
