Pros: The biggest positive is how easy it makes it to access relevant sales content quickly. In an SDR role, speed matters, and Highspot removes a lot of friction when you’re looking for the right deck, case study, or messaging during outreach or meetings. It also improves collaboration between sales and marketing teams because everyone’s aligned on the same content and campaigns. That consistency is valuable, especially in larger SaaS environments. The platform itself is clean, easy to navigate, and integrates well into the broader sales workflow without feeling overly complicated.
Cons: The biggest challenge is that the platform relies heavily on internal discipline to stay effective. If content owners aren’t actively maintaining it, things can become cluttered pretty quickly, and finding the “right” version of something gets harder. There are also times where search results can feel a bit too broad, particularly when there’s a lot of older content sitting in the system. From a value perspective, it’s only really worth the investment if adoption is strong across both sales and marketing teams.

Pros: Its been a while since using this software but when I was I liked how easy it was to use and track employee sales.
Cons: Company was going through a trial at the time a few years ago. Didn't use long enough to form a negative opinions

Overall Highspot is a great tool to help our sales teams share out our materials that matter and track the opens from those shares.
Pros: For our company it works great to consolidate our sales materials into logical areas. This makes it easier to direct our sales people to the piece that will make the sale.
Cons: The reporting on the usage of the materials is not easy to navigate or to customize. As we are looking at what works the data points exist but not always easy to get to.

Overall, Highspot gave us a meaningful step up in how we manage sales content and training. If you’re serious about enablement and willing to invest, it’s very good. If your team is smaller or budget leaner, you’ll want to check if you’ll use all its features.
Pros: I liked how it brought all our content, assets, training, playbooks, into one place and made sharing with reps easy. The analytics on what content was used or viewed helped us refine what mattered. The user interface was solid and our team adopted it fast.
Cons: I didn’t like the cost. It pushed our budget more than I expected. Also at times finding what you need in the library felt a bit less intuitive when the content volume got large.

Pros: What I liked most about Highspot was how intuitive and organized it made content management. It really helped bridge the gap between marketing and sales.
Cons: At times, there could be so much content that it was difficult to keep everything perfectly organized. However, I appreciated that Highspot kept improving its search and tagging features it showed they listened to user feedback and continuously refined the experience.

Pros: Highspot provides a one-stop-shop for all internal materials. whether it be customer success assets or case study processes.
Cons: The UX/UI could use to be improved, but it is not terrible. Just a bit outdated and can be used to be modernized.

Pros: Highspot allows us to create materials for both our internal marketers to reference when crafting copy, sales materials, etc. It's also allowed our external facing team members to have a one stop library for everything they need to equip a prospect with information on our services.
Cons: Sometimes accessing the exact resource you're looking for has been a challenge in the past with all the different access types and permissions.

Highspot has streamlined how I access and distribute sales content. As a freelancer working with different sales teams, it helped me present materials in a more organized and professional way. Pros: High spot is a very user-friendly system and supports sales and marketing teams to make it easy for them to manage content. I liked that I could easily find the best resources and share with clients. The search functionality is great and saves me soooo much time. And it makes it incredibly easy to organize documents, monitor engagement and collaborate with other members of the team. The user-onboarding process was quick and painless.
Cons: At times the analytics dashboards are slow to load particularly when filtering by custom date ranges, this is as frustrating while reporting. The mobile version is also much slower than accessing it from the desktop on my phone, which also makes it more difficult to quickly access the functionality you need on the go. I also wish there was a little bit more that can be personalized in terms of dashboard layout and notifications.

Pros: - Ease of use even the first time - Many functionalities such as link tracking - Ability to create your own spot to keep your files
Cons: - Many of the documents are stored in Highspot in the cloud a bit like Google Drive this might be more linked to the basic use of my company but it makes you wonder why a dedicated tool is needed for that - The search functionality is very basic so finding the right document can be difficult if you do not have precise keywords

Great product - for me as an account manager it offers me a source of truth for all our documentation, trainings, pricing material, presentations etc. Can be easily shared with externals such as partners and customers too.
Pros: Can build an incredible database with documentation that you can also share with customers externally in an easy manner.
Cons: To be honest I wouldn't know anything to dislike on the product side. It can get messy in the tool if content is not kept up to date and clean, but that's a human error.

Pros: Highspot is most effective in a way that raises the question soliciting real-time data aka Relevant Realms during the customer interactions. It is astonishing to see how it assists the salespeople by providing relevant tips on how to continue the conversation and be more relevant to the buyer.
Cons: At times this search capability is not as efficient as it should be especially when very specific words are used. This can be time consuming especially when one is searching for specific resources, something that is not very suitable for hurry environments.
