We have recommended Emotive to many clients to help launch their SMS program.
Pros: It is super easy to use Emotive's tool to build SMS campaigns. The interface is fun to work in. Replying to conversations is streamlined and I can get through it quickly while still servicing the customer with a response. The best part of Emotive is their team - they are always there for you to call on for text copy help and platform help. They are always responsive and seems like they love their job with Emotive.
Cons: I have tried to think of a con about Emotive and I cannot come up with one!

Overall I am very happy with Emotive and my customer experience manager JC.
Pros: I like the one-on-one customer service. My experience manager JC has made managing my SMS so much easier. He is vested in the success of not only my SMS but my brand.
Cons: The yearly contract - but I now understand because they need the time to work with the brand for it to be successful.

When I don’t understand something or have questions, they always take time to explain.
Pros: As a person new to using SMS marketing I wasn’t sure what to look for. Emotive knows what they are doing to help small businesses, they are a full service provider, organized, helpful with strategy and listen to my requests. I recommend this team.
Cons: Pricing is reasonable. At first I didn’t understand it but they are always willing to explain.

I really appreciate the custom and hands on approach to working on engaging the customer through SMS.
Pros: emotive has brought a personalized customer centric experience to our customers and has helped us to engage our customer base and boost our sales in the process. We have a measurable increase in customer engagement and in revenue since we began working with emotive.
Cons: Nothing worthy of note. Although their support is off seas, they are always available to help.

Emotive consistently generates a 35X ROI each and every month for my clients. Some of my clients see even greater ROI, and it all has to do with conversational messaging which allows shoppers to interact and speak to a real person via SMS. A lot of SMS services allow for broadcast messaging (a la email blasts), but Emotive's approach is a bit different which allows for your shoppers to actually respond to any message you send. This generates a new level of engagement and gives your brand a chance to make a happy customer, each and every time. The best thing about it is the pricing. Yes, there are other services out there, but Emotive's pricing is so good that I recommend it every time over any of their competitors.
Pros: The way they handle SMS messaging for e-commerce storefronts. The pricing is also a huge pro!
Cons: Nothing not to like. The service works, their staff is super responsive, and once you learn about conversational messaging, you will see what I'm talking about!

Pros: The customer service has always been FANTASTIC! Specifically with our Rep, [sensitive content hidden]. They are always prompt and happy to assist you with any questions you may have. They have made the switch to SMS marketing a breeze!
Cons: They went through a phase where they went through a lot of Reps. We were getting a new one every few weeks. This made it hard to bond with them; however, they have all been super nice and easy to work with. Our current Rep, , [sensitive content hidden], will hopefully stay around :)

We’ve tried plenty of SMS tools in the past, and so far, most of them fall short. But Emotive? It’s a whole different story. Emotive has consistently helped our eCommerce clients pull in solid leads and real-world sales. Case in point: in just our first three months, we tripled our SMS opt-ins. Yup, 3x.
Pros: The platform itself is super intuitive, but what really stands out is their support. Need help? You’re not filling out tickets or waiting for days—you’re literally one text away from someone jumping in to save the day.
Cons: Pricing can scale quickly: While it’s affordable for small brands, be aware—if you start seeing major success, the cost will rise along with your results. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to keep an eye on.

Overall, Emotive has been instrumental in increasing my bottom line with virtually no time involved! [sensitive content hidden] are easily accessible for support and ad creating during my busy seasons.
Pros: ROI is high, easy to use, great support and when my business is in high season, [sensitive content hidden] (my assigned copywriter) has my back. She is so good at capturing the voice and brand of glō as well as checking in to see if I need her to create broadcasts. The investment seems high at $200+/mo but with each sms blast, the return is rarely less than $1-2k
Cons: Creating segments is tricky for me! As a business owner, I’d rather spend my time in the lab and in front of customers so I rarely take the time to figure out how to create segments. Despite my tech challenges, I can always lean on the Emotive support team to create these segments for me.

Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), & an intuitive user interface. When Emotive created its own pop-up for gathering phone numbers and email addresses from customers, JC and the support team took care of the entire migration for us. This is definitely a good option for businesses using SMS marketing.
Pros: Emotive has a good support team for SMS. They helped us migrate over to their native pop-up, answered questions, and wrote 1st drafts of text messages for us.
Cons: On the Attribution side it would sometimes take weeks to get responses to questions. However, if you're only using them for SMS, the support team there is great.

We have been using Emotive for our SMS campaigns for over two years. They are a great company to work with and their customer service is fantastic. The platform is always reliable, and the customer service reps are always helping with suggestions on how to improve campaign performance (they are also very easy to reach). Their analytics are easy to follow and shows exactly how each campaign is doing. We are a large company that sends over 100 SMS message a month, and have always had great results. Would definitely recommend Emotive to anyone who wants to increase their SMS campaign ROI.
Pros: Customer service reps are very helpful, always make suggestions, answer all questions quickly through calls or email. The platform is dependable and the analytics are very good.
Cons: There was a short period of about 4 hours, over a year ago, when they system went down and couldn't send. This was the only time this happened in over 2 years. It never happened again.

Pros: Emotive is by far my favorite SMS platform...and I have tried them all! They have an incredible integration with Shopify that allows us to seamlessly collect leads from popups and push them into our Shopify. Their UI is so easy to use and they have tons of templates that you can pull from. They also have a great Slack community where you can connect with other users and get helpful tips and tricks. The list goes on and on with this company. I can't suggest them enough!!
Cons: None - it's by far the best product for SMS out there!

It's a high-touch experience and they provide plenty of resources to help you succeed, between their onboarding specialists, customer success managers, and copywriters. It's a sophisticated platform and has been driving big signup and sales numbers for us.
Pros: Two-way messaging. Cost-matching with competitors. Easy testing before sending out campaigns. Follow-up messages.
Cons: There is so much to learn on the platform that it's going to take our team a while to know how to fully utilize what is available
