It stands out for its customizable learner portal and progress tracking tools, though reviewers note friction with course archiving. Recent AI-powered features like Creator and Harmony expand automation and content creation.

Pros: The integration of AI features for admins has improve the experience of end users. The faster we get to solve certain queries, the sooner learners have new trainings and resources at their disposal.
Cons: I've commented on this a few times. Some features don't respond to how someone logically would expect them to respond, causing confusion.

Docebo offers a comprehensive suite of features that empower organizations to deliver effective training programs, enhance learner engagement, and achieve measurable results in their learning and development initiatives
Pros: A comprehensive course management tool support different content types, including multi - media, video, graphics and presentations. It allows for easy and smart course creation for all types of learners; one can easily manage and track the learning activity across different tiers of learners.
Cons: One cannot make easy graphic level modifications, without basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. The user experience is not that great as compared to other Learning Management systems.

Docebo provides a flexible and scalable learning platform that adapts well to different training needs. The reporting and tracking features are particularly helpful for monitoring progress and measuring learning outcomes, making it a valuable tool for both learners and administrators.
Pros: Learner experience and intuitive navigation. The platform makes it easy for users to find, access, and complete training, while providing a seamless and engaging experience that encourages learning and skill development.
Cons: What I liked least about Docebo is that finding the catalogs quickly and the organization or ordering of courses can be a bit challenging. Improving the way courses are structured and presented would make it easier for learners to navigate and access the content they need.

Overall, my experience with Docebo has been good. The platform is easy to use, flexible, and responsive to feedback. I also value the helpful customer support, which makes resolving issues and getting guidance much easier.
Pros: I really like the overall learning experience. I also appreciate that Docebo brings in product updates based on customer feedback and offers flexibility to tailor learning for different audiences.
Cons: The learning plans could be improved. For example, it would be great to have more options for segmenting courses or letting learners choose electives from a set of courses. Also, It would be helpful to have the option to create courses from a template to save time and maintain consistency.
Chelsy Ann K. · LMS Admin · Computer Software · October 2, 2025
My overall experience with Docebo has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and highly adaptable, making it easy to deliver engaging training and track learner progress. Its automation, reporting tools, and AI-driven features save time and enhance learning effectiveness, while the support team is responsive and helpful. Overall, Docebo has significantly improved how we manage and scale our training programs.
Pros: What I like most about Docebo is how intuitive and flexible it is. The platform makes it easy to create engaging training, track learner progress, and customize the experience to fit our needs—all while being reliable and user-friendly
Cons: Honestly, I haven't encountered major issues with Docebo, but if I had to point out something, it might be that some of the more advanced customization options take some time to learn. That said, the support and resources available make it easy to navigate.

You have a Docebo community for fast help, then support, then your CSM tht mean you have 3 different source to help you achieve what you need and also you have Docebo university wich is great.
Pros: Docebo is easy to learn and to take control of, that give you a powerful tool to begin your journey.
Cons: Like all saas, you will on the extend find some feature that are not enought and you will use your patience or other tool to achieve some task.
Isaac B. · LMS Administrator · Computer & Network Security · July 23, 2025
Overall it is very smooth. We have monthly meetings with our customer success rep which is really helpful and enlightening to system updates I wouldn't have become aware of on my own. There are a few hiccups here and there, but nothing extremely major, and typically very easy to use.
Pros: It is extremely user friendly to administer. One does not require an extreme amount of technical/coding knowledge or background to successfully manage this platform.
Cons: It can take a while for the Docebo team to make updates to any given pain point, because there are a lot of areas for improvement in the system. It is just that some are not as necessary as others to me/my team. E.g. we need there to be a better manager dashboard where supervisors can see what employees are overdue in training, but that might not be something that is a priority for updating for the Docebo team.

Docebo has been a reliable, scalable platform for delivering training across our organization. We've used it for onboarding, internal upskilling, and instructor-led programs. The flexibility of the platform allows us to design a branded and engaging experience, while the API and automation capabilities help us operate efficiently at scale. There’s some room for improvement in ILT admin workflows, but overall the platform performs well and continues to improve.
Pros: Docebo is highly customizable—both in how it looks and how it functions. We were able to tailor the learner experience to reflect our brand and workflows. The automation and API options save a lot of admin time, and ILT sessions are easy for learners to access, even on mobile. The support team is also exceptional: responsive, friendly, and very helpful when solving complex needs.
Cons: Instructor-Led Training (ILT) management still has some limitations on the admin side. For example, there's no built-in automation for session-level enrollment, and the instructor role permissions are broader than needed. We’ve worked around these issues with custom solutions, but native improvements would reduce admin overhead.

Docebo has allowed our organization to transform our training strategy from primarily manually recorded instructor-led sessions to digital learning courses with powerful insight tools. We are now able to facilitate standardized learning objectives across the company with ease and provide executives with quantifiable knowledge statistics supporting the training department's impact.
Pros: Docebo is a powerful LMS designed to deliver and scale modern learning experiences across various industries, including an intuitive interface, support of diverse content formats, and customizable learning paths. Docebo has helped bring our company's training initiatives to an e-learning experience, streamlining accountability and digitizing our completion records cross-departmentally.
Cons: While the desktop platform is easily accessed and navigated, we have had some experience with mobile users struggling to login to and navigate the Go.Learn app with ease.
Jade F. · Instructional Designer · Furniture · May 22, 2025
I would say its a Very good experience over all, and we have a great support from Docebo team which makes our lives way easier.
Pros: Very easy for administrators with minimum expertise to manage, the academy is helping a lot to navigate and help you to start as well. Can be used for internal and external customers is always a plus.
Cons: The reporting is not comprehensive, yet you find your way around by generating more reports and consolidate them together.
Ahmed G. · Product owner of Learning · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · May 5, 2025
Overall, my experience with Docebo LMS has been positive: the platform enables us to deliver a diverse and organized digital library to various target groups (customers, partners, staff) with a scalable structure.
Pros: The flexibility to manage different catalogs, learning plans and content types has been crucial for meeting our audience's varied needs. We are really happy with the community, which is a great source of inspiration (and troubleshooting as well).
Cons: The platform is powerful, but some configuration aspects can be complex, In our case, the certification logics have been particularly hard to understand and required many tries before being properly addressed.

Overall, Docebo has been great to work with. We rarely need help as the product works very well, but when we do our CSM is very helpful and the Community has been great too!
Pros: Docebo is easy to use, customize and build custom reporting to track our compliance and learning goals
Cons: I wish that a user could have more than one Direct Manager so that department heads could see progress for everyone under them.
Ryan H. · Product Training Manager · Internet · March 4, 2025
Overall my experience has been good. Our team went through a Docebo to Docebo migration which was definitely not seamless and required alot of manual work. The Docebo team was fantastic however, and their technical experience was a lifesaver so the project was successfully completed. I use Docebo as a Superadmin everyday and overall I would recommend it to others looking for an LMS.
Pros: Customer Service Experience - Support agents are super helpful Knowledge base is built out - the amount of courses, knowledge base articles, and the Docebo community for peer learning is again super helpful
Cons: - No option to archive courses, only put under maintenance - Our org needs to have more power users permissions, to avoid the amount of super admins we have - Lack of customization on pages. I would love to see more widgets, upgraded designs, and more meaning I wouldn't have to spend time learning what HTML/CSS hacks will work for me.

As mentioned, the people and the product and the services are stellar. I would recommend to anyone. I was previously with LinkedIn Learning. Docebo is simply better.
Pros: First, the people. Knowledgeable about their product and services as well as those whom they compete with. [sensitive content hidden] was attentive, empathetic, and communicated incredibly well. Their library of content is phenomenal and is the learning platform has all the "bells and whistles."
Cons: Restrictions on user licenses. If we have a team member not using their license, we are not able to transfer it to someone who will.
Craig K. · Dir of Culture and Leadership · Human Resources · February 12, 2025
Pros: It is a robust LMS solution that has the ability to customize, scale, grow and develop with us as a company. The available features and cadence of new releases has thoroughly impressed us and we have aligned our L&D strategy with the platform and it's functionality. To be more specific, here are the the three standout features for us: High Customizability: Allows us to tailor the platform to meet diverse learning needs. Scalability: Easily supports growth and varied use cases across different audiences. Continuous Updates: Regular improvements keep the platform aligned with industry trends and evolving learning demands.
Cons: To summarize, our top three pain points with Docebo are: Steep Learning Curve: Initial setup and configuration can be complex and time-consuming. Basic Features Awaiting Upgrades: Some key features, like the notification module and certificate app, need enhancement. Advanced Customization Requires Technical Expertise: Certain advanced customizations can be difficult without technical know-how.
Lila H. · Director, Learning and Development · Environmental Services · February 11, 2025
Pros: User interface, power user and super admin access profiles, notification updates.
Cons: Limitations with managing annual certifications and retraining.
Davina T. · Senior LMS Admin · Banking · February 10, 2025
Docebo came to me very highly recommended. The team did a great, clear sales presentation. They were very pushy at the contract signing period, offering and then going back on special pricing. Although we were a bit put off, we did sign a contract with Docebo. The most value part was the 4-month on boarding. [sensitive content hidden] our trainer was outstanding. In addition to creating a training plan that matched our needs, he focused on important topics and held ad hock meeting with my group. Likewise, he was very response with email questions. We are please with the product - creating courses and learning plans are easy.
Pros: Good ease of use and comprehensive tools.
Cons: Inconsistency in the account management team. I have had three account managers in one year.
Valerie R. · Manager of Education and Student Programming · Higher Education · February 7, 2025
Yes, the beginning training was a bit overwhelming, once you get a grasp of the ins and outs, it is a very dynamic program. I love that we can brand the homepage ourselves. We have 3 different homepages set up for different companies we work with, which makes them feel like the platform was created just for them; making them feel special. The gamification part of Docebo, makes learning fun and was easy to transition our customer's from the other platform we were using and keep their accumulated game points.
Pros: I like that it does the job of 3 different programs where I work. Now I can do all my work for my customers in the one platform. I can even send emails and notifications straight from Docebo. I also really like to Docebo Community. If I have a question or am just looking for some tips, I just search the community or post a question in the community and I will get a few replies. But if I don't want to ask the community, there is always someone willing to help from Docebo.
Cons: As a super admin, I am still not able to look to see what notifications or emails were sent to someone or if they opened the email or not. I would like to have access to notification/email logs.
Cindy M. · Product Support Specialist · Automotive · January 20, 2025
Being able to continuously get in and check progress of the lesson and also review it was very helpful.
Pros: The ease and accessibility to use the program without having any problems.
Cons: None that I can think of, and I have used it a lot
nicole b. · Advice behavior therapist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · December 16, 2024
I participated in the selection, implementation, maintenance and administration of our Docebo instance, including setting up SSO and multiple "extended enterprise" portals, to meet the needs of multiple internal organizations.
Pros: Docebo is a solid choice for a corporate LMS. Features currently meet most needs for running compliance and professional development learning programs, and a lot of the newest features/roadmap plans are ambitious and exciting. The development team listens to the needs/wants of the Docebo Community and introduces new features/advances quarterly, which is enough to make you feel like there is true progress but not so speedy as to be difficult to keep up with. Recent changes enabled batch unenrollment and archiving, which is really handy. The Docebo Community is a friendly place to get answers and workarounds, when needed. Customer Support has been decent and occasionally exceptionally good.
Cons: There are some significant drawbacks to the notifications feature but a new notifications engine is on the way next month, so I'm optimistic that some of the things I want to see will be coming or at least possible in the future. Not all entities can be duplicated (learning plans, etc.) which can be cumbersome. There is no real way to retire a course so everyone has some version of a workaround; that's not great.
Jennifer K. · Director · Financial Services · December 9, 2024
We chose Docebo as an LMS solution as it provided flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to create a visually branded and designed interface. Our company was using another LMS provider that was not integrated well and there was low engagement. We did put a lot of effort and resources to build out the Docebo LMS, which paid off as we have high engagement, a deep seeded admin and power user team, and the platform has been quickly integrated into company learning quickly.
Pros: ur team appreciates that there are meaningful enhancements to continually create a better admin and user experience, which is why we have added it to our long-term roadmap. I personally appreciate the admin support chat and email team.
Cons: the need to have an in-platform authoring tool that is robust, interactive, and has more options and tools. They just launched a version, but it is very basic. This would allow us to launch the platform globally, as other regions need in platform authoring. The other piece is that Docebo has a Salesforce-type technical approach, where they have premium partners that can assist with dev and API work.
Janice T. · Learning and Development · Apparel & Fashion · December 4, 2024
overall i enjoy docebo lms and find the platform pretty easy to use and has alot of great features.
Pros: I really like Docebo's interface and ease of use. Both admins and learners can navigate the platform with ease. Docebo's community offers great ideas that Docebo implements and that gives users even better functionalities.
Cons: the pages and menus areas could be easier to use. more gamification features.
Preeta B. · LMS admin · Hospital & Health Care · December 4, 2024
The overall experience has been great. Pain points are few and mostly minor.
Pros: Configurability of the products allows us to pick and choose what features are available to our learners and how each feature is used
Cons: Reporting and Learning plan duplication are lacking
Jamie T. · Senior Trainer · Financial Services · November 21, 2024

Cons: actually, can say no. so far I am experiencing good.

Docebo is a modern learning platform that is characterized by its user-friendly interface. It also offers a variety of functions such as exchange options via forum or FAQ, gamification and reporting functions.
Pros: The modern interface and intuitive handling allow you to quickly learn new content. This saves time, which means the training effort can be optimized.
Cons: There are extensive customization options, but not all individual use cases can be implemented.
