I have been using mailshape for 4 years or so. it keeps track of your history and has a lot you can use to grow with
Pros: easy to use, high amount of emails allowed. a lot you can do with it to grow with your business. keeps track of everything for you
Cons: Feels expensive for what it offers. My main complant is cost, and not having a discount i can do for annual or anything.

My overall experience with Mailshake has been very positive. It’s easy to use, efficient for managing outreach campaigns, and helps streamline tasks like building sequences and tracking replies. While there are minor issues with data handling and the lack of a Chrome extension, it remains a reliable tool overall.
Pros: The platform is very easy to use, with a clean interface that makes setting up and managing campaigns straightforward. I like how quickly I can create sequences, track replies, and stay organized without needing much manual effort. It’s also reliable and efficient, which helps a lot when running multiple outreach campaigns at once.
Cons: Sometimes, company details can get mixed up, especially when uploading the same CSV file multiple times with different headers. It can cause a bit of confusion when managing contacts. Also, it lacks a Chrome extension to filter prospects already in an existing campaign, which other tools provide and would make the workflow more efficient.

Overall experience is great. It's very efficient and price is good. Everything is very clear. There are no surprises of any kind.
Pros: It's very simple to use and all automated. I also get access to looks up contacts for free. Follow ups are great!
Cons: I wish there was no limits on stuff like unlimited contacts lookups. More integrations with Claude and other LLMS.

I've been using it on and off since 2016 for cold outreach campaigns and it's been the best of the 5-6 other products I've tried during that time.
Pros: It's very easy to use and the price is lower than the competitors that I've tried over the years. The UI is intuitive and for the past 10 years (on and off) it's always been reliable.
Cons: I still wish the price was a bit lower, but it's cheaper than the others I've tried, such as SalesHandy and Instantly.ai.

Overall, our experience with Mailshake has been really good. It is easy to use and helps us manage our email campaigns without any confusion. Setting up campaigns, adding contacts, and writing emails is simple and does not take much time. The follow-up feature is very helpful, as it sends emails automatically and saves our effort. We also like how we can see the results, such as who opened the email and who replied. This helps us understand what is working and improve our campaigns. The platform works smoothly for most of our needs. Whenever we had questions or needed help, the support team responded well and guided us properly. This made things easier for us. Overall, Mailshake has helped us stay organized and consistent with our email outreach. It is a good tool for teams who want a simple and effective way to reach people.
Pros: Easy to use interface Quick campaign setup Good automation & follow-ups Helpful performance tracking Most important is SHAKEspeare AI - It really helps in aligning our mail campaign.
Cons: Minor setup or integration aspects may need technical assistance Apart from this all the features are really working good.

It is easily the best and most hassle-free outreach platform out there. User-friendly, responsive support team and easy to navigate for even beginners. Highly recommend this underrated email automation platform to all marketers.
Pros: Ease of use, ability to scale as per business needs, monitoring tools to identify leads - opened and clicked contacts accuracy, great support team
Cons: Sometimes struggles with volume of sending, otherwise I do not feel any major drawbacks here. It outshines other tools in terms of most other aspects.
AISHWARYA Y. · Senior Digita Marketing Specialist · Information Technology and Services · March 31, 2026
I generally find the service works brilliantly. I have a level of subscription that works for me and opportunities to upgrade in the future. Recently while dealing with a question about an unrelated matter, Ismael, one of the service team, spotted a potential problem with how I had set up my emails. They highlighted the issue and explained carefully how I could resolve it. Incredible service: spotting issues on my behalf. I’m a very satisfied customer.
Pros: I find the service meets my needs. There's the opportunity to upgrade in the future if I wish. Vey good customer service.
Cons: There was a log in issue on their website. I spent a lot of time trying fix why I couldn't sign in. I contacted customer serivce who explained th e problem was at their end. I thonk they shoild have put up a banner on site explainig the issue. To be fair they were aplogetic and see below for what happned next.

Simply stated, Mailshake makes it possible for us to conduct our outreach campaign in a way that is manageable and effective. I did a lot of research before signing up for Mailshake. One major reason I decided on this platform is that it’s feature-rich without being so complicated that I would have too much difficulty using it. So far, I haven’t been disappointed—and I’m looking forward to being able to make even better use of the service during the weeks ahead (I know I haven’t yet taken full advantage of everything I could have).
Pros: One of the best parts of my experience with Mailshake so far is the excellent customer support I've been getting from the company's care team. It's been a tremendous relief knowing that [sensitive content hidden] will always respond promptly and conscientiously during business hours. To me, they seem more like good friends than tech support people I don't really know. The platform has many wonderful features. One of my favorites is Office Hours, held at the same time every week (on Wednesday). It's great to be able to drop in to ask your questions, get feedback and listen/learn from other subscribers.
Cons: There is admittedly a certain learning curve involved with using the platform. Also, it does have its limitations and bugs, though I believe that the company will work toward improving what needs to be improved upon. In addition to that, support is limited to business hours M-F Eastern. It would probably have to be more expensive if that were not the case, so it's an acceptable tradeoff.

It's good but the interface seems oldish, if UI/UX can be made better this is a very nice tool. You can deifinetly go ahead if you;re a small firm
Pros: That I can do multiple thigns in additions to sending bulk mails, like connecting LinkedIn, tracking the link clicks and framing the next mail as per the link which was clicked
Cons: Lags alot, the list clean feature is very bugy. High effort when adding prospects that's the only thing which I don't like
Abiali K. · COO · Marketing and Advertising · February 18, 2026
Great software! I can schedule a ton of cold emails, change templates and phrases automatically. They flag emails likely to bounce, list cleaning, easy scheduling. The AI help bot is super useful for when I can’t figure out a setting - makes it so easy. Recommend!!!
Pros: The email scheduling is reliable and the software allows you to ensure email deliverability and reduces your spam rate.
Cons: It takes a few hours to learn and really get right, but once you do it saves to sumch time and is totally worth it

I’m a very happy customer and think this product is great value for money. I have significantly increased my business by using this emailing system.
Pros: Very easy to use. Quick to set-up. Very effective at allowing me to send cold-emails to thousands of new potential clients that actually get read.
Cons: Nothing. It’s a very simple piece of software that does exactly what it says on the box. Also excellent customer service if any issues do arise.
Seth H. · CEO · Health, Wellness and Fitness · February 13, 2026
A great front funnel outreach tool that is continuing evolving and improving my sales process in a scalable manner.
Pros: I actually paid a consultant to pay for a workflow automation that already existed in Mailshake and how it interacts with the CRM I use. Prioritizing outreach is the chief function I rely heavy on. What's more is Mailshake is founded on logical outreach meaning they wont let you cut corners on good practices to achieve high response rates. It is the reason I use it daily to manage my email outreach.
Cons: It was be cumbersome to sort data at times around intuitive design. Nothing major though. GUI design could improve and imagine will over time.
Jim P. · Owner · Marketing and Advertising · February 5, 2026
My experience changed after onboarding. While the software itself is easy to use, the early-stage sending restrictions did not align with what I understood prior to purchase. Because of this, I switched to Mailchimp, where I was able to send a 30,000-email campaign almost immediately. Additionally, I was offered a $50 bill credit in exchange for leaving reviews on multiple platforms. While incentives are not uncommon, it did raise questions for me about how representative the overall ratings are when reviews are incentivized. I would recommend that prospective users carefully review initial sending limits, warm-up requirements, refund policies, and how reviews are collected before committing.
Pros: The platform has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. Campaign setup is straightforward, and the sequencing tools are simple to use for organizing outbound email outreach
Cons: The initial sending limits were much lower than expected. At signup, I understood that I would be able to send up to 2,000 emails per day, ramping up to 10,000 emails per day as the email domain warmed up. After raising concerns, I was told that my account could be set to send 1,000 emails per day immediately based on the number of mailboxes I had. During a live Q&A session, I was told this change was being made, and I also received an email confirming that it had been updated. However, more than 24 hours later, the sending limit remained unchanged at roughly 310 emails per day. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and materially impacted campaign timelines. When I attempted to cancel due to these issues, a refund was denied.

Mailshake has been a solid, user-friendly tool for our outbound sales engagement at Rearticle.io. It simplifies scaling personalized outreach, improves response rates, and saves time on manual tasks. Support is helpful, and the platform is reliable overall, great for teams focused on straightforward, effective cold emailing without unnecessary complexity.
Pros: The intuitive interface and quick setup make launching personalized cold email campaigns effortless. Reliable automation for sequences, follow-ups, and multi-channel tasks (email + LinkedIn) boosts efficiency. Strong deliverability, easy A/B testing, and responsive customer support help us achieve higher reply rates with minimal effort.
Cons: For very high-volume campaigns, it lacks stability. Overall UI/UX can be improved. Scheduling and Calendar settings are complex.
Sai Ganesh C. · CEO · Computer Software · January 26, 2026
Pros: Once you get the hang of the interface, it's very intuitive! Automating email chains in a way that doesn't look or feel like spam has made a huge difference in my overall productivity.
Cons: Some kinks in the platform, and a little challenging to navigate at first, but overall I'm happy with the platform!
Michaela S. · Commercial Advisor · Real Estate · January 21, 2026
It's been really great since the start. I'm more than a year down the line using the platform and I'd highly recommend it.
Pros: It's really easy to navigate the user interface. It flows better than most CRM tools I've ever used - monitoring how many emails I've sent, checking the status of specific prospects and managing my team is all super easy.
Cons: There aren't many issues that I've faced but if I could add one feature it would be to integrate a way of storing and dialling phone numbers of my prospects.

Mailshake has been a reliable and effective tool for running cold email campaigns at scale. It helped us improve response rates, stay consistent with follow ups and keep our outreach organised. It is now a core part of our sales process.
Pros: Mailshake makes outbound simple and organised. The automated follow ups, personalisation fields and campaign tracking mean nothing slips through the cracks. It saves hours of manual work and makes it easy to see who is engaging and who needs chasing.
Cons: The interface can feel a little busy at first, and some of the deeper features take a bit of time to learn. Once set up though, it runs very smoothly.
Floyd D. · Director · Marketing and Advertising · January 12, 2026
Pros: Mailshake has been easy to work with so far, with a short learning curve and an intuitive interface. Campaign setup, inbox management, and basic data handling are straightforward, which makes it practical for day-to-day outbound work. Client support has been responsive and helpful whenever questions came up, especially around campaign limits and deliverability considerations. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a reliable tool for managing outbound email campaigns.
Cons: Managing multiple domains and projects within a single workspace can be cumbersome; grouping or sub-workspace organization would help. Centralized reporting for sequences and A/B tests (instead of campaign-by-campaign exports) would also be a valuable improvement.
Kristina B. · Email Marketing Manager · Marketing and Advertising · December 29, 2025
Pros: Mailshake has helped us eliminate our previously disjointed outreach process. I no longer have to spend time double-checking prospects or worrying that our outreach team might be contacting the same leads more than once.
Cons: The main issue I have is that there isn't an option to edit or delete multiple prospects at once. This lack of bulk editing or deletion makes managing prospects less efficient for me.
Anonymous User · CFO · Marketing and Advertising · December 15, 2025
Pros: It’s simple to set up, easy to personalize at scale, and keeps follow-ups organized without feeling spammy. I especially like how clean the UI is and how clearly it tracks replies and engagement. It’s saved me a ton of time while helping me stay consistent and professional in my follow-ups.
Cons: Limited Linkedin functionality and automation features for timing and response rates in the platform
Anonymous User · IBO · Airlines/Aviation · December 12, 2025
I've been using mailshake for more than 7 years now, I did change once to another software but quickly came back running hahaha as the other one wasn't worth the few bucks of difference.
Pros: It's very intuitive to use. You have a lot of options to personalize the emails, sequences and send however you like.
Cons: It's covering my needs for the moment to send different campaigns, so I'm not sure if I dislike something.
Maroua A. · Founder · Marketing and Advertising · November 14, 2025
Mailshake has been a complete game changer for our company. What used to take days of manual emailing now takes minutes. It’s intuitive, powerful, and has helped us scale our outreach efficiently without sacrificing the personalization. I can confidently say we wouldn’t be where we are today without it.
Pros: Mailshake is incredibly easy to use and has completely streamlined our outreach process. I love how it personalizes each message automatically, saving hours of manual work every week. The ability to upload HTML templates has allowed us to create beautiful, branded emails that stand out, and the campaign tracking tools make it easy to see what’s performing best.
Cons: I wish there were a bit more flexibility in the visual email editor for users who don’t work with HTML. It’s not a dealbreaker since uploading our own code works well, but having an in-platform design option would make it even better.
Sabine F. · Principal · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · November 3, 2025
My overall experience with Mailshake has been totally great! It’s intuitive, reliable, and has helped me streamline my outreach process while getting better response rates.
Pros: Mailshake has completely transformed the way I do outreach! The platform is incredibly easy to use, saves me hours every week, and delivers amazing results. Highly recommended for anyone serious about scaling their email campaigns!
Cons: Mailshake is a great tool overall, I haven't witnessed a single bug so far. And it makes outreach so easy.
Anonymous User · Founder · Marketing and Advertising · October 27, 2025
customer service some of the best i've received, the tool is good and does the job and is good value but it lacks the more flexible features i'd maybe expect from a tool like this in 2025
Pros: has all functionality i need to send a campaign and increase deliverability. customer service excellent. good value for money for what you get.
Cons: doing a / b tests and then going forward with my chosen results seems to be clunky. also uploading contacts and not knowing what list they come frm easily.
Aran P. · Internal Benefits Campaign Manager · Public Relations and Communications · October 24, 2025
So far I'm happy with it. I like the analytics and being able to compare the success, open rates, bounce rates etc. from one campaign to the other and honing in on what is and isn't working with my scripts.
Pros: After the initial setup phase that I had had a slight degree of difficulty navigating, because it was so new to me, I was able to find the features I was most excited about using and get right into warming up my newly added domain, shortly after the initial 2 weeks of warm up period, I was able to launch my first campaign. I love how easy the process is.
Cons: I had some difficulty in the beginning connecting my email account, but after I got over that hiccup, everything else was pretty easy to navigate.
