On the whole Scoro is a really useful device for my work. This keeps me in check and I don’t miss my deadlines ever now. It is a little expensive but the quality is professional and 100% real. I highly recommend to use it if you have lots of projects and you want to see all in one place. It changed the way I work on an everyday basis.
Pros: I really love that Scoro has everything in one web page for me. Being a Research Assistant, I have numerous tasks and better yet countless files. With Scoro, I can see my calendar, my “to-do” list and how much time I spend on each paper that I write. The dashboard is very clean. It does not look messy. I like that I can see my project progress without having to open five different applications. It saves me quite a bit of time every morning.
Cons: I do not like the price, however. If you are a small team or a student researcher, it is somewhat pricey. At the beginning too, so many buttons and things. I was slightly confused for the first two days. I had to watch a couple of videos to know where all the stuff are. Learning fast is not super simple, but it requires you some patience.

Pros: It was good for project management overall. Was on the system for over 5 years but it was time for something new.
Cons: We had many issues regarding time tracking and getting help from support. Also, support would NOT set up a meeting either to fix things, etc.

I had a generally negative experience using Scoro. I sometimes felt like I was using more time than I was saving (or being productive) while figuring out how to use the software and run reports for management meetings.
Pros: I liked that, in theory, Scoro had a wide range of time tracking and resource management functions for both junior employees as well as reporting options for management.
Cons: It's old and outdated. The interface looks like it's a piece of software from the late 90's and is extremely confusing to navigate. I was in a management role using this software and while they have an array of reporting options and functions, I found it very difficult to run and customize the reports that I needed.

Excellent onboarding process, easy to set up and use, and an highly integrated training and support system, Scoro has been a key part of our improved operational performance since its introduction
Pros: It provides our business with a 'one-stop shop' for our BD, sales, project management/operations and financial/invoicing management - removing the need for a multitude of supporting (but often not connected) software packages. With an easy to use interface, clear workflows and simple processes to develop reports and dashboards, it gives us a real-time view of our current and expected future performance, allowing us to make decisions using the correct data.
Cons: It's a little expensive, but as it often said 'you get what you pay for' and with Scoro, you get a lot of functionality and performance!

The overall experience is very good and there's very rarely an issue with the availability of the platform which means we have confidence every day that it's not going to affect our workflow. Once new members of the team are onboarded and used to using it they are always impressed at how functional and intuitive the platform is.
Pros: It's the most 'all rounder' tool of it's kind on the market. The most intuitive tool that I have used compared to Synergist, Traffic Live and Paprika. The data we get from Scoro is very valuable and it means that we can flex and pivot based on data rather than gut feeling.
Cons: There are some easy wins to make the user experience so much better - for example: - Being able to collapse rows into headers for very large quotes - Option to 'not included cost in overall total' by a click of a button - eg. Make optional (as per Synergist) - The gantt chart function is rigid and only set up for resourcing purposes rather than a dual function of being able to show a 'client friendly' version and also not being able to export as a PDF

It has been excellent. Onboarding team was helpful, and the help team is attentive and helpful. It improves the way we work, provided further visibility of important metrics. It encourages collaboration and visibility, therefore accountability of everyone It was a fraction of the cost of our previous system with so much more features and support.
Pros: I love how intuitive and easy to navigate it is. All sections are linked so you can go from one to the next without having to backtrack. It is also great how you can go from quotation, to tasks, to resource allocations, to project management, to invoicing, to financial tracking all in one place and with ease. It is easy to add and remove team members and keep our data secure. It is also very easy to customise on the go.
Cons: I love the constant updating and improvement but at times it is hard to keep up with all the new features!

Makes working more efficient than ever! The best CRM and ERP platform, that i have already recommended to businesses that might find it more useful than the programs they are using right now.
Pros: Great customer service and feedback from Scoro team! Helpful by integrating everything in one program.
Cons: Changes after feedback may take some time to apply. This is not an issue because i know the Scoro team will take my feedback into account.
Rivo R. · Project manager and Sales engineer · Construction · September 10, 2025
Pros: Ease of use, reliability and the way everything is organized. The customer service has been excellent too. There are regular updates and the communication for the outages is good.
Cons: The different roles in the tool were a little hard to understand. The role titles could have been more user friendly and had more detailing to help assign the right roles to the right users.
Jay U. · Project Manager · Utilities · September 9, 2025
Overall is Scoro my best option for our planning but there are a few things the added the last time I did not like!
Pros: Task and time management, to be able to manage our studio in a very decent way! And of course theat we create our tasks directly from our quotes.
Cons: Now, I find the addition of the (Time Distribution by Roles) feature more of a hindrance than a benefit! I'd much rather see my Time entries immediately.
Manuel v. · Traffic and Studio Manager · Design · September 9, 2025
We've used it now for several years, and we're impressed with the rate of updates and new features being rolled out every year. Customer support is great.
Pros: Scoro has helped me to ensure my team is not overworked, to be realistic about available resources, and to prioritize work and communicate better.
Cons: The calendar view is not the best. Also, although this is of course mostly a benefit, Scoro is so versatile and has so many functions and small details, that some users find it a bit overwhelming.
Anna-Kaisa R. · Competence team lead · Marketing and Advertising · September 4, 2025
8/10 - Having used other CRM systems previously this is by far the most thorough thyat seems to work across multiple departments, where others seem to be taylored to do one thing great and the other aspects were lacking. Consistently good system.
Pros: Multiple ways to review projects and the new Ali has made it very simple to get what you need without the trial and error of the filters
Cons: Customisation and review times. We are having trouble reviewing 200 jobs and the latest actions from one page. We believe there is a simple fix to add a column to the project page, but we are having to use a not ideal workaround with things being missed.

Very Good and would highly recommend Scoro to track and manage your projects. Our business specialises in Marketing, we rely heavily on Scoro to track and analyse the success and progress of each of our projects.
Pros: Scoro invoicing is easy to use and links to projects seamlessly. All information is centralised and linked to the relevant project e.g. task management, workflow and payments. Customer Support are always thorough in their responses.
Cons: Synchronising can be a bit tricky and I often need assistance with this when we want to track certain things.
Julie D. · Owner · Marketing and Advertising · September 3, 2025
The security response feature is rather awesome. This feature is what make the software under priced.
Pros: The project collaboration feature is awesome. It has a built-in system that assist ultimately. It makes task management as easy as 1,2,3. It gives you more free time.
Cons: At this time, I do not have any dislikes about the software. Maybe one day I will run across something to repost, but it doesn't seem likely.

Pros: Scoro makes it very easy to manage projects, track time, and streamline your workflow all in one place
Cons: What I liked least about Scoro was how overwhelming it felt at the beginning. There’s a lot packed into the platform, and it took me some time to figure out where everything was and how to use it efficiently.
Keyara M. · Social Media Coordinator · Marketing and Advertising · July 22, 2025
I like using Scoro - especially calendar and time management view. I admit I'm not using Scoro on it's maximum potential - there is so much more we can use but are not there in our processes yet.
Pros: Scoro combines project management, time tracking, quoting, invoicing, resource planning and CRM into one unified tool—no need to jump across multiple apps
Cons: On the higher end of the market, pricing may deter smaller teams, especially when advanced features demand higher-tier plans
Kristina D. · Head of Retail Sales · Furniture · July 22, 2025
Scoro has significantly improved how we manage our projects, tasks, and team collaboration. One of the standout features for us is the ability to create task templates. This has been a game changer when it comes to recurring workflows – instead of starting from scratch every time, we can simply duplicate predefined templates, which saves a ton of time and ensures consistency across projects. The platform is intuitive, visually clean, and offers great transparency in tracking progress, time, and team workload. Customizable dashboards and detailed reporting give us full control over business performance metrics. We also appreciate the integration options, allowing Scoro to work seamlessly with our existing tools. Whether it’s managing client work, internal tasks, or keeping an eye on finances, Scoro ties it all together in one powerful system. Highly recommend it to any team looking to streamline operations and boost productivity.
Pros: Scoro offers powerful task templates, real-time project tracking, customizable dashboards, time tracking, and seamless integrations. It’s intuitive, helps standardize workflows, improves team collaboration, and increases overall efficiency.
Cons: Initial setup can be time-consuming due to the many customization options and also some features take time to master.

Scoro helps us manage projects, tasks, and invoicing in one place, which i think is great and makes our lives much easier.
Pros: Project management has been made so easy. Also the customer support always reacts quickly, when there is a an issue. They constantly update it, to make it even better.
Cons: Well its hard to say what i least like, since i have not had any negative experiences with Scoro and hopefully they will not appear any time soon.
Raiko B. · Sales manager · Construction · July 15, 2025
Scoro allows us to manage all our quotes and projects in one centralized location, with remote access anytime. Tracking past activity is also simple when needed.
Pros: Scoro streamlines the way we handle quotes and projects, making it easy to stay on top of everything—even when you're away from the office.
Cons: It's not a major issue, but responses from support can occasionally take some time. Apart from that, everything is very good.
Penti P. · Engineer · Machinery · July 15, 2025
Scoro is so simple and user-friendly it’s easy to navigate and makes staying on track with projects super easy.
Pros: Scoro helps me stay on track and be extra organized with my team. I can see my teammates calenders easily to better plan.
Cons: Can’t think of any cons other than I’m sure there are tons of functions that I have yet to try and master!
Carolina d. · Copywriter · Marketing and Advertising · July 15, 2025
Before Scoro, we pieced together spreadsheets, email threads, and whiteboard snapshots to work out who was free, which assets were booked, and where projects overlapped—a system that inevitably bred double-bookings and last-minute scrambles. Scoro consolidates all that information into one real-time hub: staff availability, room reservations, task timelines, and even billable hours sit side by side, updating the moment anyone makes a change. This unified view has virtually eliminated scheduling conflicts and makes it easy to spot capacity gaps or bottlenecks weeks ahead. Because the entire team can trust the data they’re seeing, decision-making is faster, meetings are easier to arrange, and project handovers happen without drama. In short, Scoro turns resource planning from a reactive chore into a proactive, confidence-building process—one that’s tangibly boosting our productivity and lowering workplace stress.
Pros: What truly sets Scoro apart for me is its powerful and visually clear calendar feature. It offers much more than just a place to log meetings – it's a centralized hub where I can view team members’ schedules, track room availability, and stay on top of all project timelines in one place. The integration of all these elements in a single, intuitive interface has made day-to-day planning far more efficient. It reduces the need for constant back-and-forth communication, and everyone on the team always knows who is doing what and when. This has brought a noticeable improvement to our coordination and resource management.
Cons: While Scoro has many strengths, one area that could be improved is the task creation process. Creating tasks through the dedicated feature feels unnecessarily complex compared to the more straightforward method of adding them directly into the calendar. The extra steps required make it a bit time-consuming, especially during busy periods when tasks need to be created or adjusted quickly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but refining this functionality could enhance the overall user experience and help maintain workflow momentum.

Scoro is such a complex tool to run you agency, very flexible and adaptive to every need. We currently use it in 5 different agencies and we knew there is no tool in the world to cover all our needs perfectly. But what we found in Scoro is tool that covers our needs best and people love to work with it.
Pros: Simplicity, design and the whole logic behind the system is just excellent. It really connects every tool agency needs into one complex solution.
Cons: Integration with Outlook is not 100% perfect. But the advantage the calendar sync gives us ich much much bigger than this little issue.
Richard H. · Traffic Manager · Marketing and Advertising · July 15, 2025
Incredibly positive, and I would definitely recommend it to other businesses seeking similar solutions
Pros: Scoro is by far the best tool I have used that integrates time tracking, quoting and project resourcing. The link with Google Calendar means that I don't need to re-enter work blocks, and the ability to back-mark multiple entries at once means that I don't have to be on top of my time-tracking every day or week when I am really up against it. Quoting work in Scoro is also super easy, adn the dashboards mean I can see where me and my team are spending too much or too little time, as well as looking after metrics like win rate and invoiced/quoted ratios. The rest of the team also find Scoro easy to use, and it is easy to adapt to each of their roles. It's useful to be flexible across the team as a tool, helping Scoro to be a one-stop shop for us. I would recommend Scoro to other businesses. Having used other tools for finance and time tracking, I definitely find Scoro to be the best I have encountered. The intuitive quote building makes it really easy to quote, refine and complete deals.
Cons: The support is not always as helpful as it could be, but I rarely need to use it as the tool is largely incredibly effective
Joe G. · Head Of Client Services · Marketing and Advertising · July 10, 2025
Not great. Their documentation is sub-par and doesn't even account for some of the features or how they work. Their Eli Bot is worthless, ChatGPT gives me better answers than their trained agent.
Pros: Very robust tool that helps provide a lot of insight into not only project level but more importantly agency level performance.
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's absolutely TERRIBLE. They basically make you pay for support. Based on the fact that it's more costly than a lot of other similar platforms like Productive.io, Bonsai and Workamajig, it should be better than theirs. It's simply not. I have tried 2 twice to schedule a call with a Product Manager to only be cancelled on both times. And when reacting out support they ended up ghosting me even after follow ups.
Trevor S. · Director of Operations · Marketing and Advertising · May 6, 2025
Pros: Scoro is an all-in-one business management that makes it super easy to manage projects and work collaborations automatically.
Cons: I have not yet discovered any flaws when using Scoro.
