Overall, it’s a fantastic solution for everyday quoting, and we already recommend it to other businesses.
Pros: We are very happy with Quotient. The API features and integrations with Xero, HubSpot, and Zapier make it a powerful tool for streamlining our workflow. The simple seat-based pricing is easy to manage, and we love the flexibility to customise quote templates.
Cons: One area for improvement would be design options—adding static photos and more creative elements would make templates more visually engaging. Also, Quotient doesn’t fully meet our needs for larger, complex quotes like tenders. We’ve explored alternatives such as PandaDoc for this, but it would be great if Quotient could expand in this area.

Great customer service, easy to use and clean interface.
Pros: The multiple option quotes and follow ups. Great. We used to send quotes back and forth with clients on my business when they wanted a change in a quote, now they can modify whatever they want in the quotes. Less human error and less time lost.
Cons: There's nothing bad, just things that would be useful are: a way to leave only the accessories or price items the client selected when printing a quote or downloading as pdf, and anchored final price while clicking the options on a quote, so the client can select products while seeing the final price always.

Pros: It simplifies my quotes by adding smart elements that clients like. Multiple choice options and optional items make the quote appear intelligent. The accepted option for the client allows us to immediatly schedule the services the client has requested
Cons: Would like added features like pictures in the body of the quote. Be able to add bulleted lists

I have been using it for some time now and has transformed my quoting experience. I was using Xero prior to this and this is leaps and bounds ahead. Great way to make a good first impression.
Pros: Easy to use, great support, fun features. It has made offering options to my customers really easy.
Cons: Not a huge amount to report. Maybe a little more fine-tuning over the way pricing and calculation is done but this is very minor and doesn't sour my experience.

I spend a large amount of my day quoting and this makes my life a lot easier. If I had to do the same in xero Id be pretty unhappy Id imagine
Pros: Very visual. Ability to add screen shots etc is a game changer The team are always on hand to answer questions or consider new features
Cons: Not much to dislike. The versions feature I find a little hard to follow. Could be a clearer way of doing this

Quotient has cut the time that we spend quoting in half, and the customer experience is fantastic. This platform definitely helps us set ourselves apart from the competition.
Pros: Adopting Quotient as our quoting tool has been a game changer for our business. Building out the templates was really intuitive and our clients are still singing praises about the professionalism of the quote presentation.
Cons: Honestly, I don't have anything to note here.

Complete ease of use and they make quoting easy. I do around 6 quotes a day every day and have been with these guys for years. Honestly, if you are looking for a company to provide the best and easiest way to quote, you have found them!

Superb! Everything always works and it's an absolute gamechanger!
Pros: I can't remember how we came across this software but it is fantastic! We've used it for over 2 years now. We love the layout of the quotes, the fact you can add photos, can send follow ups, it shows you when the quote was opened, client's can accept quotes or ask a question through it and it's all logged, there are notes for internal communication and the analytics help us understand how many quotes accepted, average value and total value, and can be looked at over a month, a year, all time. And, it integrates with Xero for one click invoice creation! A fantastic tool in our arsenal! Always recommending it to other businesses similar to ours (trades). It's never been down or offline and never clunky! 5*
Cons: I don't have a bad word to say about Quotient!

Could I just say that Quotient has been a lifesaver for us since we started using it. It is such an efficient and intuitive flow to use, and quotes are out the door in no time. Well done!
Pros: Ease of use, low cost, clean design, well thought-out flow.
Cons: None. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, not too little and not too much.

Fantastic customer service! They always reply in a small timeframe and so helpful. Great at listening to recommendations on what could be add to future updates.
Pros: So easy to use and get quotes accepted, with all product information able to added to our quotes. Been a big game changer for our small business.
Cons: Could do with a few updates, but nothing major

Easiest quotation based program I've used, feature rich whilst still remaining simple and easy to use. Love the capability to embed documents, files, pics etc.

Great; it's my go too software. Easy to use, customisable for your business brand, and has the ability to obtain signed acceptance at the click of a button.
Pros: One of the easiest to use and flexible quoting system which can allow you to obtain binding contractual acceptance at the click of a button. Formatting and customisation is great too. Should you have a problem the customer service is amazingly fast to respond with accurate and quick solutions.
Cons: I wish it had better connectivity with Freeagent accounting software; like it does with Xero. I also wish it had a project management and time keeping function which would allow those who dont have the need for deep project management software requirements a project management lite experience.

Practical and easy to use. I recommend it to anyone. Its easy to see how many of your quotes are being accepted also.
Pros: We are really enjoying using quotient, super easy to set up and best of all you can keep all communication with the customer attached to their job. its amazing.
Cons: If someone else sent the quote and it gets accepted, it only emails the sender. it would be great if we can put 2 email addresses in for responses so the office staff can set up the jobs.

Quotient has really improved our presentation to potential clients. It puts them in control of their budget and what they intend to spend, and also explains in detail and pictures what our services/products are. I’ve received a lot of feedback and we’ve experienced more closings of jobs.
Pros: The simplicity and the ease of use. It’s not overly complicated and makes it easy to build out a quote of varying degrees.
Cons: I don’t like that quotient doesn’t have features for converting the quotes to invoices, and receiving payments. You can integrate with QuickBooks, but our business would be able to eliminate QuickBooks if we were able to handle estimates, invoices and payments thru Quotient. I would also like to see a more complex scenarios for either or options, because some choices in products necessitate additional optional services that go with it.

Pros: Quotient's system is simple to use and offers it's users easy to use templates which integrates well into other platforms for maximum efficiency.
Cons: Quotient should create a better reporting system to compare sales and change reports. Also, it can be costly for new companies going through a transition. They may question if it's worth it or not incorporating within their organization.

It has been great. We absolutely love it!
Pros: We love how easy and straightforward it is. Being able to use Quotient for our estimates really sets apart from other contractors and our clients are always telling us how much they like the way our estimates look, how easy they are to read and that they love the "optional" option which allows us to make our quotes a la carte'!
Cons: I wish there was a way to delete quotes and for Quotient to connect to Wave for invoice processing. Or if Quotient had an option for sending invoices/receiving payments would be even better. I'd love an all-in-one program to keep things streamlined.

Nothing but good things to say! Customer service has been awesome, the emails sent my way provide me with useful information, not just another sales pitch or special offer, and the pricing for what we get is perfect. A program designed for the big boys, but priced with the little guy in mind! -the initial set-up was easy -adding or removing price items is simple -dido for text items -quick glance on the margin you're making is very useful while working on a quote -collaborating with teammates is easy -knowing what quotes you have on the table, who you need to follow up with, and which deals you have won with just one click is awesome -being able to integrate with other programs we use on a daily basis was a bonus -the overall appearance of our quotes is like nothing else our clients have seen -being able to create and save templates for items or combinations of items we sell often saves us a lot of time What can I say...we love Quotient!
Pros: I think when it comes down to it, the last thing I need is the headaches that come with over complicated programs, that continuously try to upsell you, or strip away tons of features unless you dish out more dime. With Quotient, you get an easy to use program from start to finish, for a reasonable price. As an added bonus, you have the satisfaction of providing a final presentation you can be proud of. When I did have questions I couldn't figure out on my own, a quick and directly related response to my email is what I got. If I could say one more thing, it would be about communication. Not too little, and not too much. If there's one thing I find annoying, it's the daily BS emails I get with special offers, or useless information from most other companies. I don't get that with Quotient; the emails I do receive are pertinent to what I'm using the program for and help me save time, effort, and in the end, money.
Cons: In all honesty, I can't think of any cons when it comes to Quotient.

Not only is the software super easy to use, it is super customizable. I've never used any other proposal generating software so I have nothing to compare it to but I'm very impressed. I'm super picky about user interfaces and intuitive software. The people who created this are genuses. Also, it is really nice that they send out emails for feedback and take the time to personally respond. Their customer service aspect is great and it is so nice to to have my input and ideas valued, validated and appreciated!
Pros: I LOVE the user-friendly interface of the software and the customizable line items. I LOVE that it is all done online with quick access for clients including accepting contracts and the convenience of the Q&A section for multiple CCs on a single proposal. My management updates the pricing in each line item annually and it makes keeping up with price increases super easy! Being able to include photos of what the products look like is so helpful. There really are just too many great things to say about this software.
Cons: I hope to see collapsible line items in the future. My proposals are super detailed because I think it is important to educate people so they can make informed decisions. However, when doing add-on options and providing multiple (Good/better/best) options for desired services, the quote gets really overwhelming and LONG. If the line items were collapsible they would be able to find options easier/with less confusion and it wouldn't seem like so much content in their face all at once.
