Overall, I would use this in other companies in the future and I would recommend the app to other people in the Hospitality Industry.
Pros: This app allows me to be that much faster in responding to guest needs when they arise. If there is something wrong with a game or if the restroom is in need of attention, we can address it immediately instead of a guest having to walk around to find someone to help them.
Cons: I don't really have anything negative to say about the app.

Real Time Feedback and the team that helped us get started have been nothing but the best. It is easy to manage and the best at responding to reviews, solving guest complaints immediately, and encouraging 5 star google reviews.

Great team of people. Even their support team is spot on.
Pros: How easy it was to not only find out about issues that our customers have in real time but also how to generate positive reviews from happy customers.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of. I wish that I had this solution sooner.

So far using in our new gym it's been super helpful for being able to replace things that are out and communicate with Members when they have issues.
Pros: I love the automated AI responses-- makes things a lot easier sometimes!
Cons: Would like the AI to be able to create a response again after the initial one.

Pros: The ability for any problems to be brought to my attention in real time, directly to my phone. I am able to act fast and get situations handled quickly and timely rather than waiting to return a call or check my emails, etc.
Cons: I did not like having to come up with a response to every feedback received, but they fixed that with adding the new ai feature with chatgpt.

Pros: -getting back to clients quickly -texting back and forth in a time that people like to text more than phone calls
Cons: -on the app it only gives you the initials of who is replying not the entire name. Sometimes hard to know which of my team is replying

Pros: I like that it makes it easy to communicate with members, to run reports, track trends, and take action on feedback from members.
Cons: I dont really have any issues with realtime feedback. It connects you with the member so there is better communication.

Pros: RealTime Feedback is a wonderful platform that allows us to assist our guest far more quickly than relying on the "telephone game" of years past. It allows our team to help the guest experience as soon as their is an issue, and not having the guest find an employee to then radio for a manager for them to find a solution and enact one. We are able to enact a solution immediately and reduced the wait time to solve an issue that arrives.
Cons: The only downside to any technology is relying on the connectivity of the building.

It is a nice product, but I don't think we get enough value out of it to justify paying for it right now. I believe we are not paying for it and are a testing it out for ASM Global.
Pros: Allows us to respond to guests while they are at the arena and resolve issues quickly.
Cons: It is not heavily utilized by our guests and is primarily used in suites to try to order food, which is not what we want it to be used for by guests.

Pros: the process for the customers is seamless and quick to submit their feedback. the feedback hits inboxes immediately allowing for an instant response time allowing for quicker deployment/resolutions. I love the new AI feature as well for the initial responses. though it's not always accurate for some nuances of our business, it is a great starting point that can be edited to create a preferred response.
Cons: the satisfaction percentages don't really make sense to me.

Pros: I like how I get prompt notifications of issues with problems on my game floor. It directs me to the location of the problem accurately if setup properly
Cons: Only issues we have had have been related to setup configuration and guests not understanding how feedback works and giving accurate information through the request.
