Overall, the experience has been very good, and I would call it above average. We have been able to create several forms and use the information in tracking various aspects of our responses. I would give 5 stars but, there are a few things that I would like to see improved.
Pros: I do like that security is up to par and that printing a report is very straight forward. I also think that the interface in designing a form is very easy to learn. I would and have recommended AidaForm to others.
Cons: First, being a government entity and tax exempt, I would like to see future billing reflect that because it makes the payment process lengthy and is frustrating. Second, I would like to see the printable responses reflect the design of the form as it looks online rather than a bland PDF.

I enjoy using AidaForm as a one-stop registration form, ticket link, survey, and more. It's form builder is easy to use and covers a lot of what I need for my operations.
Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to make clear and good-looking forms. I use AidaForm for many different purposes in our operations and I can create a form quickly and effectively.
Cons: My least favorite part of AidaForm is that the automatic email function is locked behind a paywall. I pay for a subscription but cannot have emails sent that allow people filling out the form know that we received it. I have to respond to each automatically on its own.

Alles in allem wirklich gut! Einfache Erlernbarkeit.

Overall, my experience with AidaForm has been very positive. It’s a reliable and user-friendly platform that makes creating professional-looking forms simple and efficient. Whether for business, events, or surveys, it gets the job done without a steep learning curve.
Pros: What I liked most about AidaForm is how easy it is to use, even if you don’t have much experience building forms. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating surveys or registration forms really quick, and the templates are clean and modern. I also appreciated the customization options and the ability to collect payments directly through forms, which is super convenient. The analytics and response tracking are straightforward and helpful for understanding submissions at a glance.
Cons: Fast adaptation to new developments in the web forms space would be great, UI could take some polishing.

Very positive. I keep coming back to Aida form, even after trying others that came with new shining features but lacks the intuitiveness and solidity/reliability of Aida Form.
Pros: Ease of use. I'm surprised at how it's versatile features require no learning curve. You can setup a very complex form in no time. Quite extensive feature for a form, covering basic and advanced features. Users can even respond with voice. The many ways by which a form can be deployed is well thought out.
Cons: It's a mature app but currently need new features that new entrants boast of, e.g I'll like to use to see a gamification feature that allows me to use it for lead generation, e.g spin the wheel.

I use it for everything I do. Like I said, I've tried every form app there is and I would never switch away from Aida
Pros: So easy to use. The forms are super easy to create and they look amazing when they're published. I've tried just about every form app and Aida forms is clearly the best.
Cons: The formulas are a little odd, but their support took a look and fixed my error and it's been perfect ever since.

Great customisation and excellent integrations it has always worked well but has evolved to be even more useful due to vibe coding etc.
Pros: It looks good and is robust. Over time I’ve come back to it so many times with ai and vibe coding it is very good for integrations as a front end form
Cons: Nothing. It’s customisable and has always worked well as it been properly built. I’ve had aidaform for over five years.

Overall positive experience. Would recommend for someone wanting a standalone form tool that can be customised to brand.
Pros: Super easy to use interface. Easy to get started. Have used the tool for quick feedback tasks and more regular form capture.
Cons: It's an accessible tool but sometimes the default is to a Google form as this isn't part of a productivity suite

Very good experience, it's a simple and effective tool. We use it to collect customer's feedback, for lead generation, for internal assessments.
Pros: It's very simple to use and rock solid. It has all the features we ever needed, and it's reliable. I can't recall a single problem in over 4 years.
Cons: The conditional logic is not intuitive, every time it takes me a little while to remember how to configure it.

I run a marketing and sales consulting firm. We on take projects from strategy to execution to training. Over the course of a year, I will run 5 or 6 different projects where I need people to be able to respond to a survey, sign up to receive content, etc etc and whatever. I need to be able to just jump right back into the tool, have the controls be intuitive, or at least the same as they were when I used them last, and be able to control things like subdomain and branding, where to send replies, and whether to send each submission as a PDF document. Over the years, AidaForm has been consistent and reliable so I don't have to think about it, which may not be a sexy review, but it's what I appreciate more than anything.
Pros: The product produces great looking outputs, and it's easy to use and reliable. It's been consistently good the whole time I've had it.
Cons: Nothing really important comes to mind. I have minor criticisms about things like wanting more icons to choose from, how background images are handled maybe, but again, nothing big.

This form builder allows me to add forms quickly and easily to my one-pagers and blogs, saving me quite some time. As far as I can tell, it's been a perfectly reliable product.
Pros: AidaForm is fairly easy to use and quick to implement. It's been a reliable product for me since a few years now.
Cons: I think the customizability could use some improvement, though so far, I've been able to get satisfactory layouts.

I use Aidaform for my evaluation with my customer/client/students. Many thanks for this very quick form usage. At last, we can integrate the form on my website which a must for me
Pros: The usage, the opportunity to ask reply with video, audio, images, the bench of features, the cnames...
Cons: sometimes we have a duplication of the form on my website which is a loss of time. Nothing to say more

My experience has been fantastic. I purchased a lifetime deal 7 years ago and have had no unsolvable issues. Any issues I’ve had were quick easy fixes. I plan to continue using Aidaform for many years.
Pros: I’ve been using Aidaform since 2019 for 3 separate businesses. The interface is intuitive and comprehensive. All of my forms look professional and never fail.
Cons: The cart and payment options need to be worked on. Some of my forms are for school fundraising efforts and I’d like to see more payment options and other ways to organize items such as add-ons and bundles.

I have been using Aidaforms since 2020 when they were featured on AppSumo and have seen the product grow over the many years. I enjoy using it. Forms are whipped up easily, and their customer service responds pretty quick if you need help.
Pros: Aidaforms is easy to use with a drag and drop interface and easy customizations. I like how intuitive the interface is. The forms are 'attractive' in a way that they invite users to fill them out. For a user to have the opportunity to voice record their answers is a very nice extra too.
Cons: The recapchta is a bit clunky, and the thank you message cannot be customized other than needing to create a dedicated thank you page on your website. It would be nice if at least the default thank you message could be rephrased even if the layout of the message remained the same. Another point that can be improved is removing sub domains. That's not very intuitive and I needed support for that.

My overall experience with AidaForm has been awesome. As a long-time user, I've found it to be a reliable and efficient tool for creating professional forms. The platform has consistently met my needs for various projects, from simple contact forms to more complex surveys. The customer support has been responsive, and I appreciate the regular updates that improve functionality. I would definitely recommend AidaForm to others looking for a user-friendly form builder.
Pros: AidaForm is incredibly easy to use with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes form creation quick and straightforward. The templates are well-designed and save a lot of time. I appreciate how responsive the forms are across different devices, and the integration options with other tools work seamlessly.
Cons: Sometimes I would like to add different fonts to better match our brand identity. While the existing font options are decent, having more variety or the ability to upload custom fonts would be beneficial. Additionally, more advanced customisation options for styling would help make forms even more unique to our brand.

I had bought this app on AppSumo many years back. Since then, this was used on many of my agency client websites. With a appsumo code, the value for money has been great. I have since recommended this to many people in my network.
Pros: Simple form creation, great UI, dependable submissions by email, never faced any issues in past so many years.
Cons: I didn't see any improvement in your Notification customization options (all points critical for a Digital Agency managing multiple clients) - 1. Add option to customize Sender Email 2. Add option to customize Notification Email subject line with form variables. 3. Add option to create Notification Email message template with form variables. 4. Add option to separate a bcc: field for Notification Email. Currently your app only supports multiple emails using comma. 5. The form fields should be packed more concisely with less vertical and horizontal space. Due to current lack of this, form looks very large on many screens with too much blank space, and doesn't look mobile responsive too. For just these first 4 points not on Aidaform, we use Jotform who nailed this part beautifully. Hope you can add this feature soon.

I’ve never had a bad experience with AidaForm in all my years of using it, and I keep coming back to it. The margins and design aren’t easy for me to adjust, but overall I love it.
Pros: It's easy to use. Everything is drag and drop. I use it for my audience can pay me a service fee and the membership fee.
Cons: The design options feel limited for me. They may have some options, but it’s not easy for me to edit the design using code.

With all the features AidaForm offers, it should be a hybrid between a website builder and a WhatsApp form, like this one: https://appsumo.com/products/marketplace-whatsapp-widget/ P.S. On several of my clients' websites, I've replaced the email form with a WhatsApp form.
Pros: No other form builder has as many features as Aidaform, including: shopping cart, local payment integration, complex calculations; it's truly versatile.
Cons: 1. The landing page design is far from ideal; it needs to be more flexible, taking advantage of its shopping cart element, among other features. 2. I suggest more video tutorials. 3. The notification emails are not white-label. 4. Email buyers about updates.

I was looking for an alternative to TypeForm and found AidaForm. I've used it extensively for internal and external forms I need to use, my clients, etc., and haven't really run into a situation where I can't get AidaForm to fit the bill. I know I haven't even used all the features, so I like knowing there's more bandwidth to tap into.
Pros: It's very easy to use Lots of options to make very sophisticated forms and surveys Love the summaries it sends and the integrations Love the look of the final suveys, very clean user experience
Cons: I'd like some more design options for the page itself, very limited visuals. They're nice, but I'd like more tweaks It'd like a way to select multiple fields to make bulk changes (e.g. moving fields from optional to required)

I have been using AidaForms for several years now and it has never failed me - I continue to use it with confidence for all my client website forms from basic "contact" to more involved event intake forms.
Pros: The easability and speed at which I can create a form for my website. The forms are reliable and data collection/export from the system does what my clients' websites needs.
Cons: Lack of custom design controls: color choices in particular. It only offers preset them options. I'd like to have better control of the theme choices to match client branding.

For marketing/webdesign agency's it is really easy to spin up a order page for client who want landing pages with orderforms and payment intergration. Also for private websites it is an easy to build, easy to intergrate form builder.
Pros: I'm using Aidaform for a couple of years now on some of my client websites. Some clients don't want a whole webshop to mainain so I offered a Aidaform 'orderform with payment option'. This is working like a charm for a backery and a hair product shop. Easy to intergrate and also comes with some handy stats.
Cons: Well the last couple of years I think they not really brought new features. The things they had still works fine but I think development is standing still.

The fastest way to build good looking forms with personality, I like the visual style of aidaform. I wish the video survey responses was a lot easier to use.
Pros: They’re easy to setup both one-page and multi-page forms. The settings for each question are easy to find and edit, and the forms have good visual design.
Cons: The video reply feature needs a lot of work to make it smooth and easy to use. Also the audio response feature needs work. VideoAsk is a good app you can look at for ideas.

I´ve been using aidaform for many years and it´s still my goto form builder. i can build a form super fast, with cname and branding control.... in less than 5 minutes.
Pros: It´s my favorite form builder by far. It´s simple to use yet very powerful. I can build simple forms or complex checkout forms.
Cons: i would love to see folders to organize the forms (instead of tags)... i think that´s the only point to mention.
