Pros: It is easy to use. The facial recognition is amazing.

Cons: With certain people it has a hard time understanding if they ate shaking their heads yes or no.

Pros: Very easy to use. Staff and resident like it because it only takes seconds to gain access to entry.

Cons: We have to reboot the machines a few times a week if we have Internet connectivity issues.

Pros: Ability for the facility to make changes in the screening based on current needs and with regulatory changes. Once the initial check-in is completed, facial recognition is very helpful and makes check-ins quick and seamless for most individuals

Cons: Report that is sent is extensive and difficult to navigate when attempting to complete audits of particular categories

Pros: Advance Entry is very easy to use. When we first got the system it was very easy to explain to all employees and visitors. Everyone likes the system.

Cons: The internet connection goes out easily in our area. So sometimes it is hard to use.

Pros: Very useful, and time managed when entering

Cons: There are no cons at this particular time, its very helpful at our leisure

Pros: The system is easy to operate and serves for multiple uses.

Cons: The stand. It is not as secure and stable as I would like.

Pros: Easy to use, clear display and functions

Cons: price of refilling labels for visitors tags and a flimsy piece of plastic that broke off on the labeler shoot.

Pros: I like that Advanced Entry has taken the burden of manually checking in each employee and visitor off of the receptionist. It is easy to use and most people are able to check themselves in and out without assistance.

Cons: I wish there was more flexibility with the screen itself. Sometimes, if someone is too tall or short, it is hard for them to position themselves within range of the screen.

Pros: Ease of use for visitors for entry and for them to enter reviews via text.

Cons: No customized reports for facility to use.

Pros: Ease of use for people. And helps generates reviews and feedback

Cons: Blasting information system is hard and not user friendly and limited blast messages

Pros: I did not have to screen visitors anymore

Cons: How it says: Thank you for registering today. People think they are done and just walk away.

Pros: Keeps a accurate and thorough record of our staff and visitors.

Cons: Older users have trouble with reading the on-screen text and understanding how to use a touch screen device/keyboard

Pros: Keeps people from being too close especially now that COVID has reared again.

Cons: It causes a backup line when there are multiple family and friends needing to check in

Cons: I dont have any complaints with this system its easy to use.

Pros: Easily able to track residents and staff and screen for Covid-19

Cons: Sometimes it would get disconnected from internet and would be unable to screen visitors.

Pros: that it saves time and cuts down on direct contact

Cons: that when I am leaving at the end of the day I have a hard time logging out for day

Pros: It has allowed our company to get rid of paper tracking forms. It is easy to use, It helps track infections.

Cons: At first it was difficult to get all employees to adhere to new check -in system.

Pros: I think that the kiosk is a great tool. I love that it recognizes people after the initial registration and that it includes their picture on the badges. It's so cute how it says Goodbye to the person when they check out. We had some dangerous people who were coming in to visit a resident and I was able to go into Advanced Entry and print out pictures of them to post around the building

Cons: The first thing I would change is the message that says "Thank you for Registering" after the name and phone number are entered. This is extremely misleading and I am constantly saying "you're not done keep going until a badge pops out" because, in seeing that message, people naturally think they are done. I would move that message to the end

Pros: I like being able to track the number of staff and visitors.

Cons: I do not care for the new beta version as it is more difficult to make changes.

Pros: Real time data that assists with symptom management and visitor tracking

Cons: sometimes hard for first time users to enter

Pros: It is a fast and easy way to check in visitors and employees to our nursing home. I also like they fact I can download and print a spreadsheet to see all the people that signed in.

Cons: It's suppose to remember your face so the next time you come in it is faster process however sometimes I see they ask employees and visitors to re re-register.

Pros: It helps me to know information about the visitors and staff

Cons: I like the system and I really can not say or think about cons at this moment
