My overall experience is very good. The platform is easy to use, the phishing email training feels realistic and practical. The quizzes and challenges make learning more engaging instead of boring. Customer support is helpful, and interface is clean and simple. Overall the training quality and security awareness benefits makes it worthwhile.
Pros: The training which they provide does not feel bored. The fake phishing emails arrive naturally in the inbox, so one can learn whil working instead of sitting through long cyber awareness videos. The user interface is very user friendly and value for money.
Cons: One thing I dislike after using this platform for a long time, some phishing simulations can become predictable. The software mainly focuses on Email phishing challenges and quizzes, while modern threats like fake calls, messaging scams and deepfake attacks are not covered enough. The pricing is bit expensive.

The Hoxhunt user interface is well designed and easy to use. I enjoy the game-like features, such as leveling up and leaderboards, which keep users engaged. I also haven't had any issues that required contacting customer support.
Pros: I like how Hoxhunt sends realistic-looking phishing emails, which helps us learn how to spot real-world security threats.
Cons: I wish Hoxhunt had the same phishing report button on the web as it does on mobile. Right now, I can only see the button when using my mobile device. It would also be helpful if it sent alerts or notifications if I accidentally clicked on a phishing link and directed me to Hoxhunt to review what happened.

Pros: Gamifies cybersecurity and anti-phishing. Clever fake emails, ability to "phish a friend" to test your colleagues to make it even more fun.
Cons: Hoxhunt's add-on inside of Outlook could be a little slow at times to process and delete an email after reporting it. It's a manner of 5-10 seconds but still a bit slow for something normally instant.

Hoxhunt has been an invaluable tool for reinforcing our company’s security culture. The ease of use, combined with comprehensive and engaging training modules, has made it simpler to keep everyone informed and aware of the latest security threats. It not only effectively reduces risks but also cultivates a proactive mindset around security best practices. Overall, Hoxhunt stands out as a must-have for any organization serious about cybersecurity training.
Pros: Hoxhunt simplifies the process of keeping the entire team informed about the most recent security policies and best practices. Its interactive and engaging training sessions ensure that security awareness is always a top priority for everyone, making the learning process enjoyable and memorable. The platform's content is consistently updated, and its focus on real-world threats is highly practical.
Cons: There's not much to dislike about Hoxhunt. If I had to pick something, it would be great to have more customization options for the training sessions. Nevertheless, the "pause training" feature is very helpful in ensuring that no one falls behind, which is a thoughtful touch.

Pros: It's very simple to use and have a soft interface
Cons: There's nothing I didn't like. Everything right

I have been using Hoxhunt for the past 3 Months at work, I like the different test experience it drops in my email to assist me identify malwares and phishing suspicious content or sender with malicious intent, I also enjoy the dashboard it reviews in ranking my progress and my organization progress. it is a fun platform and I always look forward to getting the testing emails.
Pros: Hoxhunt helps me identify suspicious emails and malwares
Cons: Hoxhunts visualise my progress in protecting my system and identify phishing emails

Pros: I love how Hoxhunt gamifies the concept of phishing scams. It helps keep users aware of scams and does a great job showing users with only similar scores as you. I don't know all of the employees working at my company, but when I do see someone I know around my score, I screenshot it and send it to them. It makes for a good laugh and friendly competition in the workplace. We have even had moments in staff meetings laughing about how someone once again was excited to get an email, but ended up being hoxhunted.
Cons: I don't have complaints about Hoxhunt. I have submitted feedback on aspects I would like to see differently, and the company actually has changed the aspects I wasn't a big fan of. So at this moment and time, I just enjoy using Hoxhunt.

It's very positive, I enjoy to use the product since about 5 years.
Pros: Hoxhunt is a perfect security awareness increasing tool, sending users authentic-looking, but phishing emails, which require immediate actions. The most complicated thing is that emails content can be quite closer to your current situation (e.g. you will have a business trip in couple of days and suddenly receive hotel's cancellation, which was booked for you). So it's not that simple to correctly distinct what is true.
Cons: Sometimes it can be so "real", so your blood pressure rises. "Your car on corporate parking has been scratched", "You need to pay an additional fee" and so forth.

Honestly I really liked it! Something new across the boring work inbox. Starting from the "usual" training phishing and scam emails - you can report them via hoxhunt and also get a micro (but useful) explanation about what have you just reported. Later - "spicy mode" - sometimes really believable and hard to detect. Also the gamification aspect is surprisingly fun. By reporting and completing micro trainings you unlock achievements and upgrade your "shield". It's a first time I saw such mandatory thing be quite enjoyable. Nice! :)
Pros: Explanation of security and phishing Training spotting phishing and scam Fun Now I'm paranoid of every unusual email I receive
Cons: Dashboard takes time to find, I always forget where it is Vacation mode still sends you emails sometimes

As a neurodivergent person I can really recommend Hoxhunt as cyber-security awareness training. It works for me and I am satisfied. I can see the progress in recognizing potential threats and I can't get bored with it. Thank you!
Pros: It's simple, engaging, real, regular and very user-friendly. I like the game-like graphics and very clear explanations of why such email is a scam.
Cons: There is nothing I dislike about Hoxhunt... maybe the holiday mode is not always working properly (and it's important because you can easily loose points if you get a hoxhunt being out of office).

Pros: What stands out about Hoxhunt is its ability to significantly enhance an organization's cybersecurity efforts. Through simulated phishing attacks and interactive training modules, it effectively raises awareness among employees about cyber threats. Hoxhunt's features not only help identify areas for improvement but also empower staff to recognize and respond to phishing attempts adeptly. Moreover, its functionality for reporting and mitigating spam emails adds an extra layer of security to safeguard the organization's digital assets. Overall, Hoxhunt's comprehensive approach makes it a valuable tool for bolstering cybersecurity preparedness and resilience.
Cons: One common concern might be that while simulated phishing attacks are useful for training, they could also potentially induce stress or anxiety among employees if not handled sensitively.

My overall experience with Hoxhunt has been very positive. It has effectively enhanced my email security skills and awareness through its interactive approach. The platform is user-friendly and provides valuable insights into potential threats, making me feel more confident in managing email security.
Pros: I like the interactive training and real-time phishing simulations that Hoxhunt provides. It makes learning about email security engaging and practical, significantly improving my awareness and ability to spot phishing attempts.
Cons: The frequency of the training sessions can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially during busy periods. A more flexible schedule for these sessions would be beneficial.
Melcher S. · Education in IT · Computer Software · June 5, 2024
Pros: That it is simple to use, not like other solutions provided by companies
Cons: Nothing at the moment, every time I have had to use Hoxhunt it has been very timely in response
Suraj C. · Energy Specialist · Oil & Energy · June 4, 2024
Pros: Love the fact that not only do they send out the emails, but then they also explain why/where the issues may be. Great resource of information with a wealth of knowledge.
Cons: Nothing negative to say at all. It's very simple and easy to understand.
Jason J. · Account Setup Coordinator · Financial Services · June 3, 2024
The challenges arrive in a timely manner. They are smart and complex enough to make you think. It just helped me to be more aware of cyber threats.
Pros: The explanations are exceptionally visual and easy to get
Cons: Nothing I would think of mentioning. I just like this product
Lea A. · Development Team Lead · Public Safety · June 3, 2024
Pros: The platform is user-friendly, and offers really engaging and personalized training experiences. It’s overall a powerful tool for strengthening a company's cybersecurity posture by turning employees into a first line of defense against phishing and other social engineering attacks.
Cons: What can come up as cons, is that with time, some of the emails coming in disguise from Hoxhunt for simulating phishing get unnoticed by the employee. Besides, if employees are exposed to phishing simulations too frequently, they might start recognizing the patterns of these simulations without really learning to apply the skills in real-world scenarios.
Sona V. · Trainee · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · June 3, 2024
Pros: I like the frequency of the "test" emails. I also appreciate the learning aspect of finding a hoxhunt email.
Cons: This is not a bad things, but I do not like how it can trick me. However that is good for the learning aspect of the platform.
amie v. · Security An · Utilities · June 2, 2024
I actually am much more aware of emails coming in that may represent a threat
Pros: Use of the product feels like a game, particularly how one ranks against their peers!
Cons: Given the interactivity, there is nothing i would change in the product
Todd W. · Agile Coach · Biotechnology · May 31, 2024
Pros: As a user, I find myself very skilled in detecting treats, Hoxhunt made me fall a couple of times. The quality of the messages sent are excellent, it helps me to stay much more aware of the possible dangers in email messages. I like to see how I'm going in the rankings.
Cons: Nothing, the frequency of the messages, easy to use, is adequate.
Anonymous User · KAM · Telecommunications · May 31, 2024
Pretty good, no real complaints. Everything seems to be working well.
Pros: They monitor our system to keep the company safe from hackers.
Cons: Sometimes, their test emails come at bad times.
Gayla W. · Commercial Support Specialist · Package/Freight Delivery · May 31, 2024
Pros: We use Hoxhunt for its simulated phishing email service. They'll send fake phishing emails to me and my coworkers to train us to recognize and thwart the real deal. It's a lot of fun and makes me actually want to check my email!
Cons: I don't really engage with hoxhunt often or deeply - I'm just on the user side for the phishing emails, which come in irregularly, roughly once a month (as intended, to avoid people from getting to expect these and spoiling the training). So I'm not really in a position to have a negative opinion of any aspect of hoxhunt
Clay D. · Software Developer · Public Safety · May 31, 2024
Pros: User interface and Realistic Simulations: The platform creates realistic phishing scenarios, mimicking common tactics used by cybercriminals.
Cons: User Engagement: Some of my colleagues find the Hoxhunt security training modules to be repetitive or uninteresting.
Ioannis L. · DevOps Engineer Regulatory Reporting · Banking · May 31, 2024
Pros: Hoxhunt is an exceptional platform for enhancing cybersecurity awareness. It effectively engages users through interactive training modules and simulated phishing attacks, making learning both fun and practical.
Cons: While Hoxhunt offers valuable cybersecurity training, some users might find the constant simulated phishing attacks disruptive to their workflow. Additionally, the frequent training notifications can be perceived as repetitive, potentially leading to training fatigue.

It is a daily reminder that it is easy to get complacent and open the wrong email. This program reminds me to look closely at the sender and content before progressing further.
Pros: The system send out test emails to keep you on your toes. It can also work with emails you detect and secure them until the review of their being legitimate people/companies with out fear of being hacked or possible scammed.
Cons: Not sure if the emails always get noticed. Reviewing of the overall progress make me wonder what I missed.
Matthew M. · Machinist Millwright · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · May 31, 2024
Pros: I think it's a very useful tool for safety and for practicing in order to recognize alarm bells right away.
Cons: At the moment I have not found any flaws. In case I find one I will report it in the future.
