Okendo

Pros: The professionalism and knowledge from the team we work with. Review platform is great! Loyalty platform is great. We're about to learn about their survey platform as well.

Cons: Haven't experienced anything at this time that comes to mind. It's been great to work with so far. We're pleased.

Pros: I like that Okendo offers an easy way to create a view of reviews for my bakery website. The staff are easy to communicate with, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that the directions are straightforward and the website has a clean appearance. What's really helpful is the chat button for instant assistance, so if I get stuck, there's always something available to guide me through the process. The initial setup of Okendo was also very easy.

Cons: I find there's too much copy and paste or coding to install. I don't know anything about code, so some of the steps were new to me. There also isn’t an 'Add' button as specified in the written instructions.

Pros: Brilliant app and brilliant customer service. It's easy to use as a business owner, and for our customers to leave reviews. It also helps us to market our business and build trust across our community.

Cons: It's expensive compared to some other apps but the service is better to compensate for this at least.

Pros: I love the quick support, ease of the user experience and the shopify on site widgets. Super easy to use

Cons: The pricing could be better, as only 5-10% of people leave reviews, I am using 90% of credits that don't account to any value.

Pros: The team. From accounts, to onboarding, to customer success, and support. I have requested help on all matters of things at all times, and have been always met with a friendly and quick response.

Cons: We are on a annual plan which bills monthly, but during Black Friday we had more orders than ever, so ran out of credits. I found the additional credits very expensive (2x more per credit than our plan). I wish the additional credits were cheaper, especially because I am on a yearly plan, and this increase in order was a one off.

Pros: I love having our Loyalty Program, Quizzes, Surveys, and Reviews all in the same place. It saves me so much time on managing all of our programs.

Cons: So far, there isn't anything that I've disliked about using Okendo. Everything up to this point has run smoothly.

Pros: What I like most about Okendo is that it actually delivers on what a reviews platform should do. We moved from another tool that was missing several features, and Okendo had everything we needed from day one. You can tell they are always updating and improving the product, which makes it feel like a solid solution for the long term.

Cons: The only thing so far is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it has so many features. But it has never slowed us down. The onboarding team has been amazing and made everything very easy.

Pros: On-site and backend functionality, easy design modifications, helpful templates for reviews widgets, supportive onboarding and customer success teams.

Cons: In the sales process, we were promised sorting functionality that is not possible. We worked through this with our CSM and are looking for long term solutions.

Pros: I really like the Okendo platform and subscription model for how easy it is to add and remove functionality. I think having all of the offerings in one place and interface is a great way to ensure customers get the most out of the platform and services. It also encourages adding on additional services because there is less onboarding than starting with a new platform.The service level that the account team provides is also stellar, and I always feel like the people I'm talking to are invested in us making the software work for our business.

Cons: When first onboarding, it can be overwhelming to navigate and get over the learning curve for the interface of the platform. The builders for some of the offerings are also a bit clunky. Once you spend some time you get the hang of it, but it does take a fair bit of training and onboarding to become a super user.

Pros: Easy to use, great looking display on my store, and with a great support team

Cons: The original price, but they now have a free basic plan which is good for small businesses

Pros: On-site diplays for product reviews. Okendo Media Grid and Carousel

Cons: Referral program is not quite as impactful as we had hoped

Pros: Fantastic, easy to use platform. They are constantly improving, the back end is ridiculously easy to navigate, and customers had a high rate of writing reviews; much greater than that on other apps.

Cons: The price. For some of the base models it's just fine but I love utilizing one app for multiple elements and as Okendo expanded I wanted to use them for reviews, etc but the pricing was getting out of hand as we packaged them.

Pros: UI, support, function & fully custom to brand aesthetic.

Cons: no review group syncing, always have to ask support to push it for me.

Pros: Easy to use, amazingly helpful and friendly and proactive support team!

Cons: There's nothing I suggest doing better- y'all are crushing it!

Pros: A great one stop shop for post purchase engagement that is super user friendly

Cons: I wish there was a way to customize the widgets a bit more to feel more luxurious/ high end to fit our brand

Pros: Easy integration with Shopify, it looks really nice on the site, easy to use, prioritizes product review generation and works in favor of the brand - we have more control over our reviews.

Cons: Review request templates don't look the nicest.

Pros: Okendo is easy to navigate and offers simple integration and functionality that other review platforms we've worked with do not.

Cons: The onboarding experience was a challenge, especially when dealing with a nuanced site. That's something for Okendo to work on in the future.

Pros: I like the UI on the website. Backend is very easy to navigate and work with. Customer service very good.

Cons: Pricing can be a bit sharper, especially for low volume smaller businesses.

Pros: The Okendo backend platform is intuitive and easy to use. Their support teams are responsive.

Cons: Okendo offers useful loyalty features, but the customer experience is not intuitive. Navigating the platform feels clunky, and key tools are hard to access. It has potential but needs improvements for a smoother, more user-friendly experience.

Pros: Easy integration into Shopify. The team was great with the setup and the UI was easy to use

Cons: Seem like deliverability of review request aren't as good as other platforms.

Pros: Okendo is incredibly user-friendly, and the ability to customize review requests and display formats has been a huge benefit. The seamless integration with our existing tools and the responsive support team are definite highlights.

Cons: There isn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention something, perhaps a few more built-in customization options could make things even easier, but it hasn’t been a real challenge.

Pros: Super easy to use, compatible with our other tools and software, and effective in achieving our goals.

Cons: Wish there was more data being passed between platforms, and more customization available amongst the Okendo designs.

Pros: Ease of use and variety of service offerings

Cons: Lack of customization on some features can make it challenging to optimize.
